Hi again, guys.
This is yet another ported CM7.2 ROM from the Galaxy Mini Android Development Section: New Experience V10.1, one of the more popular CM7.2 ROMs over there. This was made by autoradio78.
This is based on bieltv.3's CM7.2 RC4. Do not confuse this ROM with New Experience Jelly Bean/KitKat Special Edition.

I know what I wrote, but isn't New Experience Jelly Bean and New Experience Jelly Bean Special Edition one and the same? Also there is a KitKat version, so that was why I included it in the OP.

You're referring to the same phone. Capitalisation of the 'i' is of no consequence.

I'm loving cm for long tym.my mother is using galaxy mini pop plu,she wanted a best battery life,what about my loving cm7 battery life for only calls and standby in this phone.is there any bugs in this rom

For use my rom, you must start of 2.3.4 Android version (or high)..You can download this firmware S5570XWKTN and flash with odin following THIS guide.
Installations of Recovery 5.2.0.8 by Squadzone

If you start from stock firmware 2.3.4 or 2.3.6, you can install the cwm following

If you just have a custom recovery (cwm 4 or rz), you can download THIS zip and flash from recovery for update at version 5.2.0.8
Sdcard partition
------------------------------
For best use of this rom..you must have a ext partition:
- Go in ricovery mode;
- Select "wipe data/factory reset" and "wipe cache partition";
- Select "advanced" and "wipe dalvik cache";
- Now Select "advanced" and after "Partition SD Card"
- Choose ext4 format label..assign 512 mb at partition and 0 (zero) at swap
- Go back and make all wipe ("wipe data/factory reset", "wipe cache partition" e wipe dalvik cache")
Flashing ROM
-----------------------
- Go in recovery mode;
- Make all wipe ("wipe data/factory reset", "wipe cache partition" e wipe dalvik cache");
- Select "install zip from sd card" and after "choose zip from sd card";
- Select my rom and wait end of procedure;
- Now Select: "reboot system now";
- First boot requires long time (up to 10 minutes)..all normal.

1. Open terminal emulator app and type: "su" and give superuser permissions;
2. Type "dexo -h" and read options.

When you first start, you will find in Airplane mode: normal, that's a feature that I wanted to integrate for those who-like me-do not have a data plan and want to avoid losing money with automatic connection.

You have to ask at the developer of your CyanogenMod for to make appropriate modifications at SystemUI.apk and Framework-res.apk

I have downloaded it. I have just flashed a new update from squad so will try yours maybe tomorrow. I am most interested on how to add the soft buttons so that's why I was asking for a tut.

INSTALATION GUIDE
- Download the rom.zip
- Place it on the sd card
- Reboot in CWM recovery
- Wipe data, cache - go to advanced > wipe dalvik cache and battery stats
- Go to mount and storages > format system, data and cache

I did the wipe data and cache now. It is using about 63MB.

This custom rom was made in last year by a brazilian. I modded some things only, and added tweaks...
In addition, there are many things different between them: settings, statusbar, some mods...maybe it's look like yours because it's ICS/Jelly Bean style too.

INSTALLATION:
Maybe you'll have to pass a fresh stock rom via odin before install this rom
Remember to make your contact's backup before...
1. Download Excalibur_MW v.4.1
2. Pass the file to your sdcard
3. Shut down your phone
4. Enter in stock recovery --- pressing simultaneously these buttons (Vol+) + HOME + POWER
5. Apply update from sdcard > choose zip > ClockWorkMod
6. Wipe data and wipe cache
7. Advanced > wipe dalvik cache and wipe battery stats
8. Install zip from Sdcard > choose zip > Excalibur_MV v.4.1 ---- wait until the installation finish
9. Wipe data and wipe cache
10. Rebooty system now

Sdcard partition

For best use of this rom..you must have a ext partition:
- Go in ricovery mode;
- Select "wipe data/factory reset" and "wipe cache partition";
- Select "advanced" and "wipe dalvik cache";
- Now Select "advanced" and after "Partition SD Card"
- Choose ext4 format label..assign 512 mb at partition and 0 (zero) at swap
- Go back and make all wipe ("wipe data/factory reset", "wipe cache partition" e wipe dalvik cache")
Flashing ROM

- Go in recovery mode;

1. Open terminal emulator app and type: "su" and give superuser permissions;
2. Type "dexo -h" and read options.

When you first start, you will find in Airplane mode: normal, that's a feature that I wanted to integrate for those who-like me-do not have a data plan and want to avoid losing money with automatic connection.

- Open s2e application, and give root permissions;

You can't use patch of v9.0.0 for Special edition
For restore back SystemUI.apk of Special edition..extraxt it from zip of rom and put (drop) in a patch for alternative statubar of v9.0.0 and flash it via cwm
Or with root explorer put SystemUI.apk from Special edition to system\app folder..

Nope..in my rom there is Mr. android Kernel without audio distortion

Yes, in terms of performance this rom (as NE Jelly Bean Special Edition) is "slim" and system themed

If you use Holo Launcher..after you have added your google account..the icon of Play Store will appear in drawer..
If you use another launcher..you must restart it for view icon of Play Store

Come on...battery drain is normal if you use 3g..
In wifi and idle..battery life is good..

Now, with new experience KitKat! But no real CM11 KitKat. I'm appreciate S5830i user that make ROM look like.
good port dev, btw something missing.. i think clock its missing in status bar, but clock color its black lol.. (change color, now ok).. also supersu failed update binary... flash latest version v1.80 also failed... other wise, beauty + full of tweak rom...

no root acess..
Yesterday I flashed this awesome ROM to my ace, replacing Mindcr ROM after a year.
It's lightning fast, and with incredibly low boot time.
Only 2 issues:
1. Which version of gapps should I install, only for Google market?
2. The Bluetooth does not work correctly. Devices can be paired and conncetd, but I cannot use the BT headset for calls, no audio in or out.
Is there any workaround for these issues?

i agree with you, this rom really snappy... afaik, no need to install gapps for this rom, only google search missing... bluetooth ok for me, with phone to phone/phone to PC vice versa...
# DEV, when make call, button end call not show only pic... no way to end call lol, btw i just activated power button ends call in Setting/Accessibility...

Google play store is already there in the rom.
Bluetooth headset doesn't work in CM.So,its a bug in CM.

i agree with you, this rom really snappy... afaik, no need to install gapps for this rom, only google search missing... bluetooth ok for me, with phone to phone/phone to PC vice versa...
# DEV, when make call, button end call not show only pic... no way to end call lol, btw i just activated power button ends call in Setting/Accessibility...
anyone can comfirm this problem....

You can end the call by clicking that tiny blue strip.I need to resize the pngs

i have dalvik and address error. after install 4 kernel and this rom!
flash camera not working ...
I tried fix it from this post Here but not working ....
Any body help me ?!
