I am starting this thread to post some of my custom boot animations. At this time, all animations will be 1080x1920, since that is the resolution of my primary device. I will be posting more as they are finished. Feel free to make suggestions about future animations. If I like the idea, I may make it, but suggestions will not be treated as requests (I will not necessarily make an animation with your idea). I am already planning future animations, including: Oneplus One customized, Cyanogenmod (once I seek and receive permission), Possible sports team logos (I will have to look into the rules for using trademarks in a non-profit setting). Generally my animations will have an overall evil feel, but That doesn't mean I won't post a hello kitty or something at some point. Anyways... enjoy these animations as you see fit. If you stick one in a rom or something, a thanks would be nice, but I'm not going to freak out and spam your thread if you don't. No big deal. As with all of the free development on this forum, If you really like something I do, click thanks. If you can't live without it, click donate. I realize nobody here is going to get rich, and thanks don't pay the bills, but it's the thought that counts. Hope you see something you like.

DISCLAIMER:
Any time you mess with system files, you run the risk of harming your device. Generally the worst you will do by improperly installing a boot animation, is a bootloop. Not the end of the world. Double check that you set the permissions of the zip file to rw-r--r-- before you reboot, or you may find yourself with a minor to mid-level annoyance. If you have no idea what you are doing as far as system files are concerned, consider not editing them, and if you do, READ the instructions before you push the file, and again after, to ensure that you did in fact follow them. As with any mod, make sure you have a backup before you dive in to it. Happy booting!!​

Download the .zip file of your choice
Push the .zip into the /system/media folder
Rename or delete the current "bootanimation.zip"
Rename downloaded .zip to "bootanimation.zip"
Set permissions to rw- r-- r--
Double check permissions
Reboot and enjoy

Secondly this rom is not fully developed by me, i just ported it and added some minor tweaks in it(Booting Prob, camera bug etc)..

Yes it will work.. just use the patch for the non-IPS version..

Important Note :
Your warranty is now voided.
Please do some research if you have any concerns about flashing ROMs or any other doubts!
You are choosing to make these modifications, and dont point the finger at me for messing up your device.
P.S. But you can always get warranty back by flashing stock MIUI ROM.
Pre-Requirements :
Please backup the original system data (contacts, SMS, application data, etc.).
Please backup files to another location as the built-in storage (external storage or individual PC).
Custom Recovery Installed On Your Device.
Enabled USB Debugging.
Phone Battery Charged Above 70% At Least.
Copy Rom zip to your internal SDCard.
Instructions (How To Flash/Install ):
1) Boot into Recovery.
2) Clear Data,Clear Cache,Clear Dalvik Cache.
3) Flash ROM zip file from from internal SD Card.
4) Clear Cache and Clear Dalvik Cache.
5) Reboot.
6) Enjoy!

IMO in the spirit of open-source roms whose source's are not mentioned should not be shared as it is violating the rule's also doesn't make sense as rr is already there,i hope you close it or show the source's,i'll report it anyway's.

I just wanted to share it to xda and the other RR was v5.6.0, so i thought it is better to create a thread for v5.6.1 . There are no sources mentioned in the miui forum ,so i am closing this thread now.

- Warning this is not for daily use.
- Made with GSI created by ErfanGSI Tools, credit goes to him and other GSI Devs.
