4. type 'repo init -u git://github.com/scotthartbti/android.git -b cm-10.1'. This will setup the folders to be synced.
5. type 'repo sync'. This will sync the folders to your beanstalk directory. Note - This will take some time depending on internet connection. Be patient!
6. After the repo sync finally finishes, all you need to do is add your device, kernel, vendor specific files for the device you are building for. (You must know what these are, dont bother asking me if your not sure.)
7. Make sure all your device specific files are setup as if you were going to build for CM.
8. Outside of terminal, navigate to beanstalk/vendor/cm. Double click on the get-prebuilts file and select run in terminal. This will fetch necessary files needed to build and place them where they need to be.
9. Type '. build/envsetup.sh && brunch "device name"'
10. Previous step will start building beanstalk for your device. The process takes anywhere from 1 - 3 hours depending on your computer.
11. Once completed, it will say package complete and you will have a beanstalk named zip file in your out folder.
Thanks for the new Rom. I get 403 google error trying to download the Rom.

Glad you like it! I ran it on my Infuse, it's my favorite too.
And I just switched to Google drive from dropbox. DL's are sooo much better now.
Nice! Before I got this phone, I tried this for a couple days on E4GT and it was awesome!
Thanks

Really? Because sending from internal always works on my device, but external takes forever. I think this might be a CM issue. I found that there are some issues with mms and CM for the jf series.

Present :
This is only my compilation; all the real work was done by scott.hart.bti :
"I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Builds put together by myself. This is a build composed off of the CM11 builds and I have added a lot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with my current setup. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!
I plan on updating this and adding features on a pretty regular basis, so if you happen to like this, keep checking back."

The icons don't come with the ROM; they are a paid icon set from Play called Nox, and you can find them here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kov.theme.nox&hl=en
That's why I put in the OP, 'this is how I have mine set up' - Sorry if that's misleading, just didn't want to use stock pics. The icons are 'paid', but worth every penny....

This ROM is really amazing, however I was wondering since I'm more of a fan of the stock look if I could request the stock halo background and stock lock screen button background. Or if you could direct me to where the pngs are located.

If you mean by 'stock' a black screen, all you need to do for the lockscreen is go to settings/lockscreen/background. It even has a transparency setting. I'll have to look for the halo, don't use it myself. I'm sure there's a way to change it as well. I'll get back to you on that one.

Oooh, I hear you. Unfortunately for those who hate it, its a part of the ROM. I may offer a 'with' and 'without' at some point, but for right now, that's how it is. Try Zip Themer : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kellinwood.zipthemer&hl=en
There are various threads here at XDA that have many lock button options and using Zip Themer is pretty simple.

If you want to access to system embedded png.s you'll have to decompile the frameworks.apk. Easier to just research the specific backgrounds here in XDA or in Google. If I'm not misunderstanding you again

And are phone are still pretty good spec wise. It is mainly for mid range phones. +art is still in development. Enjoy dalvik until art becomes like JIT (android 2.2) and is nessarry

Hi I just wanted to say that I've run the rom properly. It's superb I changed the kernel for matr1x,but that's a personal choice, due to colours. Love the mix of stock and added choice. Plus you built in a lot of stuff I have to add normally, like bionic and X. Runs as smooth as can be.
Thx again and as has been said welcome.
