Never mind it works...only thing that didn't change all the way is the stock dialer. When I click on my phone icon it still pops up white
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

After I input a number to dial, once I click call, then it switches over to the dark theme.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

I found out the problem, you have to remove this file.
SecContacts_Phone_FLAGSHIP_NA_ATT_WHITE.apk and the .odex file after I deleted both these files, the dialer turned dark for me.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

You have to delete the odex file for it to work
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

Takes the option to change the view of your favorite contacts away, they are stuck in Grid view. Also puts some video caller option that isn't supported where the voicemail button on the dialer use to be. Unfortunately I switched mine back because of this, wish that wasn't the case. ?
Sent from my Rooted AT&T Galaxy S5 using Tapatalk Pro.

Wish I was smart enough to know how to fix it. I was really digging the dark.

These files work great until I went to send an mms and it wouldn't send. Then I tried to receive one and it wouldn't work. So I had to go back to the default files.

Tested in Falls Church, VA just outside the District this afternoon. Running the .27 radio.

I'm using AOKP PUB build, .33 radio and using the LTE toggle, when the toggle is OFF I get 4G, but when I toggle it ON H+ actives; so it seems settings are backwards and when I toggle LTE OFF again, my APN profile gets deleted. I have to reboot in order to restore default APN profile, but loose fast.t-mobile APN profile.
Could you post the build.prop string so I can test?
Edit: APN - (fast.t-mobile) with rest as default, found out it doesn't matter if you're using IPv4 or 6.

Use ES file explorer to open build.prop which is in /system via es note editor. Then do the following :
Replace telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=0 with telephony.lteOnGsmDevice=1
Note that this will have to be redone when switching it updating ROMs (ie flashing new Cyanogenmod nightlies)

It also allows you to enable or disable LTE through the mobile networks settings menu and with CM10.1 you can add an LTE quick toggle to the quick settings panel.
I also forgot to mention that you need to enable the root items in ES file explorer's settings menu otherwise you can't access the phone's system files.

I believe if you are using cm10 there is an option Settings>system>NotificationPanel And then untick EnergieWidget
This will remove the toggles.
