I have a problem. blootoader with msm7227_setool2 unlocking that this freed my xperia x8 setool box. I decided to flash the kernel and have MiniCM9 naa ICS-3.0.2 and I quickly recognized my signal but when I did not have that???
free with my x8 setool box

eh.. I am sry but this english is just too hard to understand.. tell me if I understood correctly. So: you tried to unlock the bootloader with the msm7227_setool2.cmd and after that you decided to flash the ICS nAa kernel and use the MiniCM9 custom ROM, but you dont have the mobile network connection and your SIM is locked. If so.. reflash the stock rom and kernel (just flash the file from this link in flashtool: http://www.bergfiles.com/i/bf469d711dhfi0) and then relock the bootloader. Again try to unlock the bootloader but using the other .cmd file : msm7227_semc.cmd and see first if the network will work then flash another kernel and custom rom.

good is very rare I comment what happens with my x8

try to following step by step about flashing ICS ROM!
unlock bootloader using s1 tool! here the thread!
then flash the ICS KERNEL!
finish flash the ROM..
dont forget to wipe data / factory reset before Flash kernel and ROM!
[use google translate if you're still difficult with english :laugh:]

If you wanna unbrick your phone, use smartflash and any software you want. Unpack it with the rom extractor and patch it with cwm, then flash superuser.zip and you are good to go. Please use search and my noob how to, if you need any further information. If anything remains unclear, just come back

I already know that, but still nothing once I managed to be in cmw then after I made a wrong manipulation and I am back on the bootloop, so this is why I want a flashable ROM that ag recovery as this is more convenient. (sorry, google translate)
i don't really understand but if you want a rom with g-recovery to flash in cwm, Zeus has it
i talk french fluently too, try posting in both english and french about your problem

Mon téléphone ne boot plus après un flash d'une v20o (dont j'ai rajouté le CMWT dedans et la fonction G recovery ou V+ ne fonction pas).
Donc, c'est pour cela que je voudrais une rom avec le G recovery. Oui, je veux bien essayer avec la zeus mais comment faire vu que mon tel ne boot plus.
EDIT: les méthodes avec shttp et kdz et sos rescue j'ai tout essayer ça fonctionne pas, la seule solution c'est de flasher.. :/

But once you are in cwm, just wipe everything (data, cache, dalvik, and system), install zeus on it and it should be fine if not i think it s faulty hardware... did you maybe use v28 before? Yes i also understand a little bit french

Yes i have the cmw normally with lg convertisor 2.0 but my phone don't boot then why install zeus ?
The v28 ? No, I don't try.
EDIT: there is not longtime my phone succes boot the cmw and i make the full wipe and he reboot normally in v20s
ok so, use smartflashtool to flash a stock rom of froyo
then root it and install cwm the traditional way
or inject cwm as you did once again and try again
it should work
If you haven't flashed any other rom or used smartflashtool or kdz updater, search for adb recovery.
use it to go into cwm

Okay . But would not it be easier to give me a flashable rom in (.kdz) with g recovery?
EDIT: I don't have rom very very basic froyo and it will not reboot i'm sure.

There is no rom in kdz or bin/fls format with g recovery. So the only way is smartflash and then recover your phone either via a backup, or install a new rom, or even only root it with superuser.zip. check you rom.zip, if it is really fine. Check MD5 checksum for that purpose.

I've done this but I did not reboot so I could know what.
post your stuffs in french and the translation as well, i don't really understand your problems with the language.
search for adb reboot, reboot in recovery with it then flash a rom

If you did have to upload it so that I can download?
I'm having the same problem and have no one left I can do the procedure with Heimdall.

I read that the root does not work on 11w29 respectively cellphone works but the brick and elsewhere I read that it works again. So if I would be glad if someone helped me. You can root any X8. It doesn't depend on manufacturing date. Manufacturing date is important only if you want to unlock bootloader. (if it's 11W29 or above it's risky)
Ak chces root tak na datume vyroby nezalezi. Zalezi na nom iba vtedy, ked chces odomknut bootloader. (11W29 a novsie sa nedaju odomknut)
Na root ti odporucam Superoneclick alebo toto.
Kedze mas 11W29, bootloader by som ti neodporucal odomykat.

Rooting is possible for any of the phone.. Thats not the issue..
The main issue is unlocking the bootloader ..
This is risky for 11w29.
Dont try..

No, Jelly Bean bez odomknuteho BL nenahodis. Odporucam ti vsak GingerDX, je to uzasna ROM. Najprv root, potom nainstalovat CWM Recovery (napriklad pomocou X8 Toolboxu), stiahnut si GingerDX (musi to byt verzia pre stock kernel) a nainstalovat.
There is no way to install JB without unlocked BL. I would suggest you GingerDX, it's amazing ROM. You have to root first, then install CWM (with X8 Toolbox for example), download GingerDX (the stock kernel version) and install it.

Vsetko najdes tu na XDA. Staci hladat. (Ja som toto (root, CWM) robil naposledy pred 2 a pol rokmi takze si to uz moc nepamatam a hladat sa mi to nechce )
Hodim ti sem aspon nejake linky:

Vlakno pre GingerDX je tu
Tu mas priamy link na stiahnutie verzie pre stock kernel.

But try and download a gingerbread Rom.. They r good for our phones
Root your phone , download recovery install it on ur phone and through recovery u will have to install CWM then the desired Rom and then
Install the zip file of the Rom
Gingerdx and xperia soul generation 5
Are one of the most smoothest and fastest roms I have ever used

Strange. I checked before posting and have just checked again.
The second of the two links fails, but the first one gives you a page with a adf(dot)ly/Ws23p link which works just fine. (edited as XDA doesn't allow direct posting of those redirects. Worst case, I'll re-upload my own copy of it with MailBigFile for you.

Me ha funcionado con el segundo link por el que preguntó el amigo anterior !!!
Bastante dificil y engorroso conseguir el paquete ROM para el p-800 LG 4X HD ..... de la version Jelly Bean android.
En mi caso, porque dañé irreversiblemente varios programas del sistema operativo y fue una debacle.
Gracias a "" jamesclinton "" !!!!!!! por su aporte en DAR el LINK para poder bajar el ROM mencionado.
En verdad, da gusto conseguir personas que, desinteresadamente, colaboran con otras alrrededor del Mundo.
Por mi parte lo pondré tan pronto aprenda a hacerlo en la red.......el ROM V20B.kdz ....

I'm really a noob, so please don't go crazy for me asking...
I searched the forum before posting this reply, but I couldn't find a good answer:
Which KDZ do I need for my phone? I bought the phone in Germany, as it was much cheaper than the country I live in, Belgium. But which KDZ do I need? The German one, or the BENELUX one, or should I opt for the Europe Open one? To what does all of this have impact? Baseband? Or is it for languages?
I started to read about this because I have some serious roaming issues... I'm sorry if this is of topic, but I'm really confused on how all of these things are connected...
In Belgium, my provider is Telenet, but this is a virtual provider. They use the Mobistar network. Now, whenever I go abroad (it doesn't matter which country) I can not connect to any network! I've contacted my provider for this many times, but they haven't provided me with a descent answer.
In the beginning of the year, I had another provider, and then I didn't have any issues with roaming however... So here is what I have been thinking (I'm getting embarrassed already): Maybe I need the Benelux firmware because just maybe it includes some settings for my Telenet provider, things I need so that abroad I can connect... Pfff, I'm lost.
So, for your information, some information on my current configuration:

LGP880AT-00-V20b-EUR-XXX-JUL-17-2013
I'm running CM11 nightly 20150119, but until end of December, I was running the stock ROM (I guess it was the German one), and had exactly the same issue. So I ruled out that it has something to do with Cyanogen mod.
Can someone please describe to what extend the firmware version can impact my roaming problem?

I am also searching for the right kdz-file for my phone, a free P880 used with an Austrian-SIM. And then there is http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=FW898906432109876543213/V20C_00.kdz but I have no idea for which country this kdz-file is.
What I downloaded, but no idea if it is the right one:
