Lol, one thing update the op with a link to your kernel source so you are GPL compliant.

It's linked in the download section buuuut i'll put it in the op as well as build instructions later, but for now, it's taking forever to upload the kernel to xda
Edit:
I uploaded the kernel to devhost for now while I wait for xda. I't stuck at the screen that says

Nice to see another contribution in moto g world It would be nice to mark it as for stock or CM roms in OP.
Keep doing and I have fingers crossed for you
Cheers.

Is this for the stock ROM? Will it work on 4.4.3? Thanks OP!

Working on Cyanogemod Milestone 8,
Seems good, defiantly alot smoother
Keep it up

Doubletap2wake and sweep2wake are set as default already so unless you want to turn it off, I would suggest using Trickster Mod. Same with Intelli_plug.

I have intelliactive and Ondemandplus already (I'll make it more clear in the op). If you can suggest me ones you'd like to see, I'll try to port them.

Oh, and because I miss it on every Kernel Post (maybe its only because im a newby ^^) herehere are some of the governors explained

Damn! Trying this out right now! Thanks anarkia!
First impression. Feeling much faster than 033.s! Nice job! Thank you!
Yep, nice kernel, but can you fix sweep2sleep? sweep2wake&sweep2sleep work, but s2s only not work

Sweep2s dont work for all terminals.
Can anyone explain to me how voltage control works? A little confused by the options in Trickster Mod. Thanks!

Disable boost, set low and high to 75.000, stay threshold 1350000, it's a good and stable middle way for all chips.
You can take a log in Semaphore thread, there you can read more about it.

Tylog sweep2sleep work for you .... do you have try this on faux kernel?
We'll, works. both s2w+s2s, s2s only works but it activate s2w too.
What I will say, you can use s2s+s2w or s2s only, the result is the same, with both settings s2s+s2w are active.
I don't know if it works with faux at the same way,I never use this kernel for long but I think there is the same.
But I have no screen freezes or any other problems since yesterday.
I edit my post, sitting in the metro and no good phone signal
Tapatalk Nexus 4
Anarkia, in what a difference between 33s and 34e? Everything is identical... I waited for frequency 192-1900... or new governor
And still, whether it is impossible to add s2w only?
Its an interesting approach keeping 2 cores always on, but oh my its damn smooth.

Sweep2sleep works , the only point is it didn't work alone, if you activate it you will automatically have sweep2wake to but it works and I see not really the problem.

Cannot be flashed directly over ak kernel right?
You can flash directly. If you have a problem use reset kernel , for me it works without.

Lets try the new beast

Omg.... look what i was asking in the other 043 kernel thread.. I had no idea that all of my wishes are coming true here in this thread.. Thanks a lot dev...

I don't know what i doing wrong.
I flash kernel over AK 043 kernel phone doesn't boot.
I flash reset kernel phone doesn't boot.
I reflash this kernel again phone doesn't boot.
I reflash AK E043 again phone boots.
What am i doing wrong?
Please test to flash reset kernel , than this one without boot, after flash both reboot. You can wipe cache/dalvic cache too.
If this didn't help dirty flash your Rom and then kernel.
I am sure one of this two ways helps.
Tapatalk Nexus 4
Can yuo try to flash before this:
[4.2.x] RESET TO STOCK KERNEL
dev-host: Link
and then akfaux
There is no way to set gpu at 400mhz?
There's 200mhz, then 360mhz and then 600mhz which itself is way too high

I'm trying to figure out what are the big differences between this kernel and the regular AK kernel and the only things I notice are a different hotplug and gpu governor choices. Is there something big that I'm missing?

Thanks for reply
dev, first of all thanks for developing this kernel for our fellow moto g users.
secondly,i used the kernel and it's so smooth and so fast.

will provide feedback soon
Your kernel seems to be superb
even though mpdecision is on there is no brain drain and smooth too

Wait let me make it clear...
If you look into the zip file there is an init.d script which enables SELInux permissive mode(my initial report was purely concerned about this part)
As for usage is concerned some apps like Viper4Android won't work if SELinux status is enforcing
Sent from my Moto G using Tapatalk
Cool, another argentinian dev
Installed now, gonna test a report back. Thanks for your work.
Cheers.
great kernel, makes CM12 usable again :sly:
any way to add "FauxSound" to your kernel ?
its wroking flawessly so much speed and snapyness with cm12 its really awesome

By default, its 2, which means it will only plug in the second core, when really needed. 0 means fair share of work (depending on CPU hotplugging and MPDecision).
Will be updated as more features are added.
Thanks bro!!
Will try it.
Will this work on roms based on AOSP or is it only for CM?
But anyways great to see some1 working on kernel development for condor! Thnx

This is based on CyanogenMod kernel source, and it unpacks/packs existing boot.img. So there are chances for it to work on AOSP. If you are going to try, do let me know.

Not only dt2w/s2w but my own Music Mode function as well.
If KEY_CAMERA is properly configured in ROMs (which it should, atleast in AOSP), then gestures to run Camera as well.
It will take time though.
Keep It UP!
This is working good. No issues faced.
Best kernel ever 'D
I think implementation of dt2w/s2w won't be toughest off all devices I saw dt2w being implemented.
It will come in next update for sure, but the update will take time to come.
Reason : Unless I complete the 'thing' which you can see in attached SS .

If u use zzmove governor disable all the hotplugs coz it use its own hotplug as anyone knows.
[Q]How i select profile from kernel tweaker app?
[A]You need to go in governor tunable-profile number and select the number of the profile from the list.
Zzmove profiles
1 ) Default -> will set governor defaults
2 )ybat -> Yank Battery -> a very good battery/performance balanced setting - DEV-NOTE: highly recommended!
3 )ybatext-> Yank Battery Extreme -> like yank battery but focus on battery saving
4 )zzbat-> ZaneZam Battery -> a more 'harsh' setting strictly focused on battery saving - DEV-NOTE: might give some lags!
5 )zzbatp -> ZaneZam Battery Plus -> NEW! reworked faster battery setting - DEV-NOTE: recommended too!
6 )zzopt -> ZaneZam Optimized -> balanced setting with no focus in any direction - DEV-NOTE: relict from back in the days, even though some people still like it!
7 )zzmod -> ZaneZam Moderate -> NEW! setting based on 'zzopt' which has mainly (but not strictly only!) 2 cores online
8 )zzperf -> ZaneZam Performance -> all you can get from zzmoove in terms of performance but still has the fast - down scaling/hotplugging behaving
9 )zzinz-> ZaneZam InZane -> NEW! based on performance with new insane scaling active. a new experience!
10 )zzgame-> ZaneZam Gaming -> NEW! based on performance with scaling block enabled to avoid cpu overheating during gameplay

Read sultan's thread carefully..you will find that sultan's cm doesn't support custom kernels..only Arsenic works with that kernel.but if you are using sultan's cm why you need another kernel..just flash cm 13 and flash this kernel or whatever you like.

Well first of all this isn't Sultan ROM's thread, and there is nothing wrong with trying out new kernels if they are compatible.. the dev was kind enough to upload a version which works.
I'm on CM14.1 with Boeffla kernel. But it lags to much in my opinion. Animations, games all has some stutter. I can install a fresh cm14.1 with this kernel. But is this a lagfree experience for the OPX?
