If have rooted the phone and installed TWRP but i cannot find any rom what is working.

Obviously there is a cm12 ROM here for 64 bit HTC desire: http://forum.xda-developers.com/des...sion/request-rom-64-bit-models-a11ul-t3068513
this ROM work with 2 issues:
-the camera not work
-earphone issue
After flash superu.zip and reboot my phone it hang on htc logo screen. plz plz anyone help me please. im a beginer.
