ROM Tool Box Pro boot animation installation function won't work on my HTC One. I have a Sprint phone and the animation is not bad for Sprint.

[Q] Nexus on gsm HTC One

Hallo
If HTC doesn't offer current HTC One owners the choice of converting our phone to a Nexus experience HTC One, what are the prospect of someone with a Nexus experience HTC One can make the image available for us to download and put on our devices?
With s off and the same hardware..almost a certainity

Nice! Will most certainly look forward to that.
I definitely think that will somehow work. HTC has no reason altering the hardware, they can't afford any more negative criticism.

What does the term "s off" refer to?

Security off. Allows for write access to the radio and bootloader parts of the internal memory. With security on (S-ON) but with the bootloader unlocked, you have write access to the system, boot and recovery parts.
Isn't this just basically flashing a custom ROM to the phone only buying it instead?

HTC ONE DUAL SIM for Europe

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask you if can be said that new HTC ONE dual sim for Europe (UK) could have support from xda like classic M7 or not. Thanks
...sended by Tapatalk 4 #HD2
Nope, won't have any support, it's just the same as the Chinese version

Oh ...I suppose that is no way how to flash dual sim to be like normal M7...I would like to buy M7 but no sdcard...

Well, you can always use usb-otg, btw, 32 gigs imo is more than enough

Possibility of putting Windows Phone on the HTC One M8?

With the new Windows Phone HTC One M8 coming out (or possibly out already), would it be possible to put Windows Phone on the Android version?
With secure boot that seems a distant reality but maybe a conversion

We have a supposed "leak" of the Verizon HTC One M8 for Windows RUU, so it looks like there could be hope (at least for S-OFF users I think)
I moved this thread back to One Q&A since the moderating team decided that's where it belongs, but I'm closing it since we now have a single discussion thread for porting Windows Phone 8 to the current m8s. Please continue the discussion there.
Thanks,
