Introduction
IAGDroid was first released at a well known Iraqi Android website its main aim was to provide users with bloat-free, stable and fast user experience. IAGDroid had 2 major versions 2.8 and 3.0 the ROM had received a good user impact and I decided it shouldn't die since I have time to support the project and develop more for the great S3.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What's a ROM? And how do I install one?
A: Use Google period.
Q: What's the aim of IAGDroid?
A: The aim of the project was to provide users with a bloat-free, fast and stable stock ROM as I said before in the introduction, and it's going to stay the same.
Q: Is IAGDroid under active development?
A: IAGDroid is and will be under active development till' I break or brick my phone
Q: I'm experiencing bugs with the ROM?
A: If you're experiencing bugs of any kind please report here with detailed information, "I HAZ BUGZ PHONE IS NOT BOOT" is not a valid bug report since there is more than one problem that stops the phone from booting up so you need to provide information like what were you doing when you experienced, anyways this is just an example you already got what I mean.
Q: I want to build a ROM how?
There are hundreds of useful resources on xda just try to use that search button and don't spam other threads with useless questions.
Q: Can I use the ROM as a base for other ROM development projects?
A: Sure! Though you need to get permissions from me first.

Soon I'll upload the removed bloatware package so the users who need to get specific Samsung features can use the file inside the package.
And you'll be able to see what's removed from the original stock package.

I have been using this room for a couple a days and in my opinion is the fastest bug free Sammy ROM I have tried. And I have tried loads of roms .
Nice work

Rom looks promising
i've been trying it for 2 hours and its very good rom
keep developing it !

3. Help me bluetooth doesnt work:
The superics kernel has been compile from old samsung released sources. I am not sure if he will release new one. So if u want back bluetooth u must compromise cwm. Flash the following zImage using Ktool or mobile odin
http://www.mediafire.com/?i0y4hhh5fmcugh9 .
Its zimage for stock ics XXLPY. So no problems are there.

FAQ
Q-How do I install?
R-From CWM Recovery. Wipe Data / Cache / Dalvik and Format System. Zip and choose Install Rom.
Q-If I have the v1 Data Wipe is needed to install the v2?
R-It is indispensable. You can try installing on v1 only Wipe Dalvik Cache and Cache. In the presence of some kind of bug or error is recommended to perform a clean install before reporting the problem.
Q-I have no Root?
R-Log in and update binary SuperSU
Q-Where are the apps removed?
R-Within UpdateMe
Q-It will add more things to update me?
A-Yes.
Q-There will be themes?
A-Yes, in a few days I'll be adding that.
Q-What are Push Notifications?
R-We could say that they are going to receive notifications as a warning to new development and other information that I will announce. This way you will be informed about the development.
Hope the best for you!

Everyone has different tastes. And anyone can change the look for what they like in the themes n apps.
Leaving the appearance of the stock version is a very good move.
It gives people a choice and does not impose design.

Great Rom.
The only one that matches or exceeds wanam in my experience.
Plus the call record and hacked email which is a must for me.
And it's more responsive and better memory management.
One thing, if i flash another one with older cwm, is there any way i can hold on to to newer touch recovery, if not how to reflash touch cwm recovery easily without odin?
Thanks dev.

What should I do to overclock my device? - Thorough explanation and instructions on how to install can be found here - wrote by markj338
To make things easier for you beginners I have included an app that does the overclocking for you (Daemon Controller).
First open up and grant root permission, it will take a while to open for the first time.
Once it has open, on the 'OCD' tab you will find Wake/Sleep values. I highly suggest you to set the following values but you're always free to experiment it by yourself.
After making the following changes, hit apply and wait for a notification to pop up.
Now to set the values immediately lock and unlock the screen. Ta-Da! now you're all set and overclocked. Enjoy..
Note: If you have set the clock rates too high your device will most likely freeze, don't worry just pop out the battery and start over by choosing lower clock rates this time and apply which values is the most stable on your device.

It does have little bugs that came with stock 2.9.21.
But no major bug that I know of... Although network location did not work for some miui releases that is the only bug I was facing which the fix I've included.

Wow, I really appreciate your support. Your love makes me wanna continue doing these kind of stuff.
Also as a little gift, I've included a patch that disables sweep2wake for those of you that don't want the feature. Again thanks for the love!
How ironic! I spent ages yesterday trying to get the official miui working; gave up, went to bed, woke up and see this!
Will try after work. Thanks!
not working for me same as the current official one .. boots up htc logo ..reboots into recovery ..
S-ON CWM 4.04 flashed boot.img in the zip as well
Mobile Data, GPS and Facebook Contacts Sync was not working with the official MIUIANDROID.
I am giving this a try. I hope mobile data and gps will work in this.

There's already fixes for mobile data and GPS and is included in this ROM, you don't have to worry about that.
As far as Facebook contacts sync goes, it's not really a bug.
Go to your Facebook app > Go to friends > Hit the top right icon > Find Friends

Please read the whole post for changelog, Download links, and other important info
. As always: remember it takes a FULL charge from AC, and a full discharge then re charge battery to be accurate. Also leave it plugged in for up to an hour at 100%, Another thing i find helps battery life is to make custom auto-adjustment values if you use auto-brightness. Check below for full changelog Feedback always welcome Please read the Kernel section for more info and full config options for the kernel.

* Set flash to disable if battery is below 10% to prevent the random shut-off when taking a pic
* Removed/Disabled KSM
* Removed ZRAM
* User-configurable GPU OC (Not OC'd by default)
* Optimized and compiled with with the "Optimize a lot, or -o3 option)
* Added more I/O schedulers
* Tweaked voltages a bit
* Reverted CRT hack to smooth animation in Android 4.2.2
* Increased PMEM_MDP as it is needed in Android 4.2.2 to fix soft-reboots
* PM_FAST enabled by default (high power wi-fi when screen is off)
These settings were changed by Albinoman to help make the kernel more stable with our ROM, observed with tests by him. If you want more features of the Sultan kernel feel free to flash it, but support will not be provided in this thread.
Other Features of the kernel include:
* OC to 1866Mhtz (default 1566Mhtz)
* Undervolted
* User-configurable CPU OC
* User-configurable CPU default governor (ondemand = default)
* User-configurable I/O scheduler (default = SIO)
* User-configurable badass gonvernor (default = balanced)
You can edit many of the settings in /system/etc/init.d/99kernel,
Bugs
* MHL doesn't work
* back cam recording freezes if stopped after 30sec
* Random FC on certain apps. Pac problems
* Toggles in settings not working. You have to go into the setting (wifi,bluetooth, etc)
* You tell me!
Notes
* As of AOSP 4.2.2 ADB now has a whitelist feature. On first connect with adb it will say device offline You need to update your ADB then with the phone connected. Disable and Re-Enable Android Debugging in the Developer Options menu. It will ask if you want to accept and show the PC's RSA key. Select Yes and it will now work as expected
* If you are having a lot of soft reboots when waking the device set you min CPU freq. to 384htz in Performance settings.
* If you are coming from another ROM i highly recommend you perform and Wipe Date/Factory Reset in recovery menu when applying this ROM.
* The gapps linked to does not have photosphere. As far as i know it's not supposed to. If you want photophere search for the flashable zip
* If you can't get MMS to work. Send yourself a MMS. or just wait a day. eventually they will work again
* For the best battery life I suggest the stock settings with the exception of the ONDEMAND governor. Switching to BADASS will yield best battery results

Go Settings > wifi > [menu soft key] > advanced; turn off "scanning always on". That is on by default.
Then go to GPS in Settings and turn off Location Access if you haven't already.
That brought down Google Services battery usage down to 15% from 54%. It still shouldn't be so high bit I don't know what else to do. If you have Google Maps 7.x then turn off location access in that too. It is separate to the OS service for some reason now.
---------- Post added at 02:04 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:58 AM ----------
Also, I'd like to report some bugs. After reboot my app shortcuts on my homescreens are messed up. Folders do not contain all the apps I placed in them and some shortcuts are on the wrong screen. Widgets appear unaffected but I haven't tested that.
Also, the camera is a black screen until after a few attempts to focus on a chosen point. Then it overexposes the image.
I'm not sure if my reception is weaker as the 4.2.2 PAC rom didn't display reception properly. It displays properly the icon and text/dBm.
Electron beam shutoff animation blinks strangely (not sure if you can fix that) it worked so smoothly in 4.2.2.
And it appears that the random pause during music and video playback that I experienced in 4.2.2 is gone.
I blame tyler.
Otherwise this rom is a big improvement over 4.2.2 with the smoothness and speed.

Yes, it was just a toggle (however it took quite a bit to figure out that THIS was causing also the "SIM not found" message during the setup wizard; one also cannot toggle off the airplane mode until the wizard is done; maybe it's only my phone )
I have found the culprit causing no in-call sound, if OP allows, I'll add the link to the working patch here (with fixed Su, now the stock Permission works with pop-ups, also GearTools seems ok )
Good job!

It has all the files the original patch had PLUS some audio libraries added from a working Vibrant port AND replaces Su binnary in xbin folder. Hence it fixes no in-call sound issue and root problems with previous patch. Now the stock Permission Manager should be fully working, no more need for SuperSu app.
After a day of use I can say the same as some time ago with early Miui v5 builds: they are less smooth than Miui v4.1, unfortunately. Beautiful, for sure, but it is not enough (for now).
Hoewever I pray the OP to continue his work, I will be testing your builds as they come. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately more i can't do. MIUIv5 have lots of heavy stuff and our phone can't do more. The only solution (not so good) is removing many miui apps but this is useless and you can install a cm based rom if u want something really light without useful apps :/
Maybe when miui will be based on android 4.3 we will gain more performance but for now, its near the limit
