[APP] CPU States v1.0.0 BETA (cpu monitoring app) 0 permissions **NO ROOT** 8/5/2014 - ONE Themes and Apps

Hello xda members i developed a simple app based on the idea of cpu spy and Cpu Spy reborn with some aded functionality to help you debug any of the problems on the device; )
The application does list you all the frequency states as similar in cpu spy but with a flat design and much pleasant to look than the first version.
It also gives you the possibility to see cpu temp battery temp and information such as charging current the actual voltage the battery has etc
Hope You like it and im expecting ideas and opinions from you
PS: Hope you like it and please hit the thanks button
credits :
@Mirko ddd for some parts of the code
@Brandon Valosek for the idea )

APP IS TESTED ON :
NEXUS 5
NEXUS 4
NEXUS 7 2013
ONE PLUS ONE
partially NOTE 3 n9005 only

Simple app. :good:
Could you implement something to see the state of each cpu-core seperate?

Tested on LG D802 ( G2 )
Working fine
but it should be added more color options :good:

Looks like a very nice app in terms of the GUI.
Planning on uploading to Play Store?

[CONCEPT] Honeycomb-like lockscreen for Android 2.3

Hey guys,
I have designed a new honeycomb-like lockscreen (optimized for tablets in landscape mode and for smartphones - one handed usage in portrait mode), and I'd like to gather some feedback from you
This is not meant to be an exact copy of the original HC lockscreen: my goal is to offer a similar experience while also providing as much informations as possible and offering an option to use it fullscreen, without the statusbar.
[PROJECT STATUS]
Picard666 has done a fantastic job porting this concept to MIUI and now the project has been released at this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=19222707
CM integration is still pending.
[PICS]
Here are the latest mockups

Nice thumbs up from me

Very nice concept. I would love to see this incorporated onto CM.
I would also like to see this merged into CM7

This looks great! My only suggesting would be to remove the shadowing behind the lockscreen info. I think this would make a for a cleaner lockscreen.
Does anyone else feel the same way?
Do you know where you could get the lockscreen info widget you have?

Do you mean the semi-transparent black background behind the info text?
I think this is a necessary feature as it's a huge plus for elements visibility. No matter what pic you choose as the background, you'll be able to read the infos without any troubles
Looks nice! What is the gesture for unlocking the device? I'm guessing by the small arrows on the lock, you can drag it up, left, or right? Is there a way to just use one direction?
Also, link?
nice work buddy

Atm this is just a concept. If I'll get enough positive feedback I'm confident that with the fundamental help of mad-murdock this will be implemented in a future version of CM
I think that, usability-wise, the best option is to give the user the choice about the drag-to-unlock movement
Looks great, hope to see this merged soon
Love it! Super sexy.
looking amazing nice work
The design is nice, you got my vote!
Huge thumbs up for this idea, I really hope you guys get this put together!
Awesome can't wait for it to be on cm7.1

got my vote 100 times over
looks super awesome would love to see it in cm7

[TOOL] Reflecting Dockicons

Hey Guys,
I programmed a little tool to generate reflecting dockingbars for Android,
i liked my reflecting dockbar on the iPhone and didn't have found an alternative, so i photoshoped my first reflecting dockbar and thought about the idea of creating a programm to automatize the process.
Here is my first Release of the finished Tool.
Supported Devices:
All Android phones with a resolution of 480x800
Requirements are:
Windows PC
.net framework >= v 2.0 (preinstalled on Windows Vista + 7)
it's pretty simple to use:
1. press the wanted Icon slots (Dock Icons) and choose the icon image file.
2. press the Source Dock slot (Dock) and select the dock file you want to add the Reflections.
3. Press the Calculate Button
4. Now you can click on the result to save it to the whished directory.
For MIUI Launcher:
5. Copy the saved Theme to "sdcard/MIUI/theme"
6. Open Theme Manager in MIUI and select "Edit theme"
7. Select the "Home screen" or "Desktop" register
8. Your reflecting dockbar should now be in the theme selection under the saved name in 4. e.g you named the result "reflectingDock.mtz" the Theme should be called "reflectingDock"
9. after selecting the whished theme go to apply and agree the following dialog
Remember, it's still in Beta phase, so I don't give any guarantee that the results will be perfect.
i would be thankful for each feedback.
dockingbars and icons could be found in this great thread by rixsta
Tested Devices:
Samsung I9100
LG Optimus 2x
Changelog:
v1.2 (MIUI Support) added
v1.3 new MIUI-Theme structure added
Special Thanks:
ic#code - sharpziplib (C# library)
greets Leppin
It seems awesome! Gonna try it!
does not allow you to save the result
you have to click on the result picture to save it
yes but nothing
grml, sry.
new Version uploaded with bugfix for the save bug.
greets
Good job! Very useful! Would it be possible to add an option for 4 icons in some next version? So we could also be able to make reflections to our MIUIs docks! =D

Hey Guys,
little information for everybody: The Reflecting Dockicons Tool seems not to be compatible with newer versions of MIUI anymore. Will have a look what to do for making it compatible again as soon as i have time to spare.

[APP] Swiftkey 3 beta

Hey lads, the new swiftkey beta is out.
Here's the download link (provided by paranoid android85) - http://www.mediafire.com/?o4wxgq0c95fbl6b
One of the biggest feature is you don't have to use the space key anymore. The app knows where you want to have a space and puts it in automatically.
Another thing is new themes. 2 ICS-like themes, cobalt and holo. Give it a try, awesome so far

Once installed you can not do without ...
writes almost all by herself as if you read my thoughts!
is fantastic, a beta that has nothing of the beta!
Yeah its fantastic, only thing that's stopped me from using it is that it's not as smooth as the normal one ie. there are slight lags
Thanks, we will test now
Thanks for the share. It's real neat.
I had a lot of sms' to sync with it and i was surprised at how well it learns. I've had limited experience with the previous versions but i like the prediction algorithms that they use.
Plus i'm too lazy to use spaces now. I just type my whole paragraph and it fixes it for me.
worth a try, looks great thanks!
i like it

This is a very very nice theme, I like it.
Nexus 4 Tapatalk
Really nice theme. Thanks for that!
+Really nice phone.apk!
+Contacts also really looking good.
+The blue big title Linie in settings is cool, too.
+ the toggle style is one of the best (for me)
Suggestions:
- circle battery text is quite unsharp
- if u longpress any point in 'settings>about' it's hard to read
- maybe on-toggle (for example for Wlan) could have a blue line in front of toggle
- maybe blue icons in settings, but not sure if to much - so at least a kind of blue dividing lines or undertitles ...
- only one color style in keyboard popups
- blue underline in contacts (like in phone)
- one loading circle color (market[unsharp] , apps[xda is really cool] and system)
PS: seems to be a lot, but only suggestions, hope u don't get it wrong.
CHEERS and thanks again

Why arent Legend and JKay working for samsung? These options should be stock Touchwiz.
I just bought this on play store but got refund as many of the features werent working. Pressing the home button on lock screen didnt work, ink effect always didnt work, clock position change didnt work, status bar colour change didnt work.
