I have donated a large sum of my free time to this kernel. If you want to include my kernel in your project or use my source code, please mention it in your post, give proper credits.
Opensource does not mean 'Out-of-credit'
Thank you.
I would like to mention much more things but I don't like bloated OP's so I am keeping it short.

One can make a kernel with same name and features to other ones with similar devices. Well I'll let him answer your doubt since I can't do that. But don't jump to conclusions just because op post may look similar. Its a kernel and not zip zerg ROM.. So quite sure he won't be copy pasting it when he actually made a kernel and knows that would never work

@Shivam Kuchhal Are you sure the download link provided is for Moto E or G. Because when flashed it booted into bootloader giving message "boot fail" ... Anyway thanks brother for starting development for moto e :good:

I am using his Phantom Kernel 3.4.103 and WiFi is working, so I think he might have put wrong download link :v

The link posted redirects to moto g section so use above download tab of the thread..

does this kernel support OTG?? if not then can you make it?
Moto E , Unlocked bootloader , Rooted , Xposed

Use the downloads section above in the thread. I've corrected the link in the OP.
And yes the kernel is for Moto E.
Sorry for inconvenience.

Nice. Another kernel. I'll test it out as well.

flashed on stock ROM ..great work thanks
can we change the governor and other tweaks .if yes then how ?

@dhacker29 recently updated adreno and GPS blobs and made changes in kernel for their compatibility. That's why old ROMs aren't booting with latest up to date kernels.

I will not be held responsible for anything that happens to your device after flashing this kernel. If you don't know how to bring your dead device back to life please don't make any modifications and stay with stock MIUI. This is only meant for advanced users.
Zetsubou(aka Despair) kernel is meant to be simple with only cool features added on top of CAF/CM kernel. Kernel source will always be kept in sync with new caf(LA.BR.1.3.6_rbx.xx) and mainstream linux(3.10.y) updates. It will never include features like Overclock, Underclock, Undervolt, Quick charge and other potentially dangerous/unstable stuffs. Okay enough of the intro let's move on to the features
Features:
*linux version 3.10.105
*compiled with my gcc 6.3.1 toolchain using crosstool-ng (source: https://github.com/AshishM94/crosstool-ng)
*based on caf branch LA.BR.1.3.6_rbx.xx(rb1.13 as of now)
*updated prima drivers(LA.BR.1.3.6_rb1.12)
*adreno boost
*adreno idler
*HID usb keyboard/mouse support
*sound control
*governors: interactive, ondemand, conservative, performance, bioshock, impulse, chill, relaxed and despair
*custom hotplug: lazyplug
*I/O schedulers: sio, deadline, noop, bfq, cfq, fiops, fifo, sioplus, tripndroid, vr and zen
*zram, zsmalloc backport from linux 3.15
*ksm support
*wakelock toggles support
*supported filesystems: cifs, exfat, ntfs, msdos-fs, nfs
*KCAL advanced color control
*DriveDroid support
*advanced TCP congestion algorithms
*disabled crc check
*selinux updates from kernel common 3.10
*reduced load average
*frandom support
*fsync on/off support
*xpad driver updated from kernel common 3.10
*security patches from kernel common 3.10
check my source for other features
Use EX KERNEL MANAGER to control all features
Installation:
*Download the zip file and save it into the root directory of internal/external storage
*Reboot to recovery mode and flash the zip file
*Reboot device
It's recommended to flash ZETSUBOU only on top of stock kernel

FAQs:
*How to use USB keyboard/mouse feature?
You will need this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=remote.hid.keyboard.client
This app is from pelya. He is also the original developer of the patch. Please give the app a rating of 5, some fools have rated the app low cause their devices don't have a kernel with the patch.

I see [and have always thought], that your kernel has the potential to [BREAK ALL LIMITS !!!]

[P.S - Translation - Don't you think this one should also be berserk - start a uniformly named kernel for as many devices as you can develop for in the future.]

Let me ask this.. This is from what I guess is for TW and CM roms? Also what is the N910F-N910G, are they international phones? I saw a few roms and was woundering how easy it would be to port them to verizon.. I will download and flash this kernel.. Thanks.

Yes they are international variants of our device. But as far as rom porting, thats beyond what I know how to do right now so I dont want to steer you in the wrong direction with how to do it.
Sweep2Sleep only works right to left not left to right
Running on Paul Rizz, works great, I love this kernel

Does this support F2FS format?
Thanks. Gonna try it with cm 13!
@KingVekxin thank you sir for post the link, very much appreciated!

I'm running Modest ROM and Oscars kernel, I tried xposed but can't get it to work. I was hopping by flashing this kernel that I could use xposed, and maybe battery life it be just a little better.

I can't get Synapse to work with this kernel -- it keeps saying "No UCI support detected". According to the main thread, this means a bad flash. I've reflashed it with the same results.
Any ideas?
CM 13 bootloops with this kernel.
Running smooth for me.

Have you been able to get the ZL Emotion Kernel working properly? I'd love to make the switch from Oscar to have my ZL show proper stats, but I saw a couple of your posts on the main thread that seemed to indicate that it still doesn't show the correct battery stats or have all of the Governors listed in the OP. Thanks for the help and the post!

I'm still waiting to hear from someone on that issue, but it seems a lot of the Governors were taken out a few builds ago unfortunately, I saw no real explanation for it either I was looking all through the thread

As I mentioned earlier ukm still in progress. I am having my entrance exams coming month. So I am trying my best to add features to it and make it rock solid..
For adding otg plus fast charging I need to look for the commit if anyone has already included it in the kernel... Or please have patience because I don't own the device..
Testers are free to pm me..

Frequently Asked Questions: here
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Have a clean setup. (rom, boot.img & vendor)
2. Install magisk & reboot to rom.
3. Reboot to recovery (clean) flash the kernel & DON'T wipe dalvik/cache. (wiping cache will give bugs in MIUI and most likely give you the app open delay bug)
4. Power on the device and boot to android.
These steps only need to be repeated if you update your setup.

thk !!! Best Kernel !!!
haha didnt expect this warm welcome. thank u guys, constantly improving. make sure to read the faq.
i will mention the most important things though.
if facebook opens slower than half a second dont ever wipe cache because there is an app open speed bug which makes apps open even slower than stock kernel, otherwise it is extremely fast.
never wipe cache for miui as well otherwise you face even more bugs.
dont use viper4audio because it makes scores suffer. neither use LKT nor lspeed because you will get bugs.
also evaluation thermals are not anymore on by default.
read the faq despite.
hope everyone enjoys. thanks
I experience charging disconnections.
