Usually, a device does not appear so quickly on aptx website after its release. If Samsung does the things right, the compatibility is mentionned into the parameters.

At least the filesystem of the G800F contains the files libbt-aptx-4.0.3.so and libbt-codec_aptx.so. So I guess it is supported.

hmmm are u sure ?! xperia mini supports otg , then lg optimus black doesnt ?!
I have been asking the same question few times already but seems like no answer so far.
It needs to be supported by the chipset, and no info on that.
By any means please do share any findings.
It seems no one knows how to connect OTG to this device. anyway tnx all :|
There is always hope to be done via custom kernel, or the almighty ICS which is meant to support it on most devices.

SGH-T499 vs S5570 Hardware differences

What are the hardware differences between the SGH-T499 vs S5570
Is there any app that can list the vendor specific information?
I have a dart and trying to see if it's possible to get ICS or even JB on this phone.

I just noticed that. I should be moved my bad
GSM arena doesn't have much info. I'm talking about vendor specific like how makes the BT chip wifi chip and model of that chip etc etc
Helpful in trying to see if it's possible to port a rom made for the S5570 and what needs to be changed.
EDIT: Requested mods to move it.

I think you need to get samsung sources for dart. I dont know if samsung release the sources to help developers like sony but you can try searching.
Sent from my GT-S5570 using xda app-developers app

Any workaround then ?
OTG has to be supported by the kernel as much as the hardware. I really doubt the stock kernel supports it. You can try to load the kernel libraries from your linked post but there is no guarantee of a success.
