[GUIDE][UNROOT] your l90 (no need to flash kdz) - LG Optimus L90

Hi all,
While searching for LG RCT (which detects the root of LG device)
I came to know how to unroot l90 without flashing KDZ
and which resets your RCT status and in download mode too...
This is not my work
I am sharing this
Here u can find the original post.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=45659334&postcount=21
First u need to unroot ur phone by
Full unroot option via superuser/ supersu
or delete the files
/system/[bin,sbin,xbin]/su
/sbin/su
/data/local/tmp/su
/system/app/[s,S]uper[u,U]ser.apk,
/data/data/com.noshufou.android.su
/data/local/tmp/[s,S]uper[u,U]ser.apk
/system/[bin,xbin]/busybox
/data/local/tmp/busybox
Then place this file in your Internal sd card
Make "RCT_security" file on your computer/ internal sd with "forel.lee" string
It should be exactly 9 bytes size
Then move it to internal sd if u created this file on computer
Just Reboot ur device..
This resets ur RCT check
and u'll see unrooted in download mode..

Can anyone test this and report back?

Need help with SGS on ADB!

Hi, I want to transfer a file called undo.zip from my computer to my phone, but it is bricked.
The file is in the external-sd, but in the recovery I can't flash it because my phone won't acces the external-sd in recovery mode.
The file is a zip to be flashed in the internal sd OR I can also have a framework to be moved directly to system/framework. Both ways should FIX my brick.
Okay, I can enter in recovery and download mode, but I don't want to wipe it or to change the ROM.
What I tried to do is:
Flash the file on the external sd on the recovery mode: Transfered the file to the external sd with an adapter... The recovery option for mount external sd in mounts and storage WON'T let me mount it. I think it's because of the kernel (I've got a DOC's kitchen rom with speedmod, but I installed Super Optimized Kernel and overclocked my phone up to 1.2GHz), so I can't mount the external-sd on the recovery.
So the other only solution is
Transfer the file to the internal sd with ADB
The file is in
C:\android\android-sdk-windows\undo.zip
And I have to move it to the ROOT of the Sdcard, but I don't mind where do I move it if it is on the internal sdcard.
This is what I exactly do:
-Connect the phone on the USB on recovery mode
-Open CMD.exe (I'm on wvista) and type adb.exe in the correct folder. A lot of scripts appear, so I suposse I'm doing it good.
-In adb, type ums_enable. DOES NOT WORK (does not recognize the command). I can't activate USB connection in that way.
-In adb, push my framework-res.apk to system/framework. Superuser error, DOES NOT WORK and my phone is rooted. I could do adb shell and then su, but I can't accept the su request in my phone because... well, it's on the recovery!
LAST AND ONLY SOLUTION: In adb, push the file to my sdcard root
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SHORT STORY:
All I do is "adb push C:\android\android-sdk-windows\undo.zip sdcard", but it gives me error because it's a folder. So, YES, it's a folder because I want to move it to that folder! If I try to move it to a folder in the sdcard, for example by typing "adb push c:\android\android-sdk-windows\undo.zip sdcard/foldernameIwant" it gives me the same error.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PART 2, IGNORE THE TEXT ABOVE
So, I managed to be able to move files to my sd on the recovery, but when I want to restore my framework by installing a JS5 stock theme, phone won't de-brick even if it has got a new stock framework that should make it boot... Any help? I'm sure the problem is on the framework-res, but it's now restored by another from a JS5 stock theme (I'm using a self-made JS5) and it continues bricked...

I can enter fastboot...Thanks for the advice:good:
hey!
Download CyanogenMod 10.1. then download this recovery CWM
when downloaded copy it to your ADB+FASTBOOT location and make sure your device is in FASTBOOT USB mode. then open CMD window there and type fastboot flash recovery recovery(press tab to auto fill) then press escape
It is says OKAY the click on Bootloader on then select reboot recovery and should reboot into recovery and try mount usb storage to computer from MOUNTS AND STORAGE
Before flashin aby rom, check ur hboot version.
Now, in ur case, copy out ur downloaded rom. Den extract the vold.fstab file (only dat file) located at /system/etc. Open it in a text editor (notepad or notepad++) and look @ d last line.
If u r using hboot 1.28 or 6.28, it should read "sdcard 34"
If u r using hboot 1.25 or 6.25, it should read "sdcard 33"
Save and copy back into d zip file.
Since u cannot access ur memory currently, boot ur fone into recovery and mount sd storage. Copy d now modded zip file to d root folder and flash.
Your internal storage is now visible.
Also, if u have already flashed d rom, u can get a root explorer and navigate to that file and edit it from there, then reboot your phone.
Just professional NOOB trying to be a NOOB professional.

Please carefully read this or it may cause your phone to loose droidboot
use method 2
after downloading META-INF folder
edit updater script present in com\google\android\ with notepad or any similar app
remove the red lines
"package_extract_file("fastboot.img", "/tmp/fastboot.img");
flash_osip("/tmp/fastboot.img", "fastboot");

package_extract_file("boot.img", "/tmp/boot.img");
flash_osip("/tmp/boot.img", "boot");
delete("/tmp/boot.img");"
and save then follow method 1
METHOD 3
The easiest method
first download the rom lower than the latest version like if latest is v6.6.3 then download v6.5.35 or any other
then DONT EDIT ANYTHING
flash it
your IMEI gets null
JUST UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM using System Upgrade.
DONE EVERYTHING FIXED.
THIS METHOD FOUND BE ME ONLY.

lg l90 405 is believed to be 410 dual sim

hi to all guys, I would like to draw your attention to what happened to me, and possibly know how to restore.
I am owner of a lg l90 model d405n, wanting to unlock the bootloader I used an application that I would have to just unlock the bootloader and install a modified recovery.
Actually 'cell after this hack is pretty much dead, he would not turn either.
I started looking for various tools and various programs in vain, the cell showed no signs of life.
Then, now giving it up for lost, I tried to go for broke, I low-level formatted, and then with an application (umbrick) I could flesciare boot and everything else. Now the cell was lit and was also in mode 'upgrade download.
I downloaded the firmware of KDZ 405 and I tried to use flash tool but the procedure is always blocked to 2%, giving an error.
With the tool of 'LG blatantly that I discovered the phone was identified as d410, exhausted by the various trials do not go into port I wanted to download the KDZ model 410d and, as if by magic, flash tool worked! I installed the latest version and the phone works wonders!
So now I have a cell phone with firmware that is not his (among other things the 410d is also dual sim).
I would like to restore its system orifginale, that of the 405, but I'm afraid to do other **** ....
I hope someone can help me out

unfortunately no
Stock bootloader (aboot and abootb) can be retrieved from your model KDZ. Every partition, except modemst1 & 2 can be re-flashed from the KDZ.
But the bootloader alone won't do anything, you must flash the entire bootstack of D405n, enter in Donwload Mode again and LG Flash Tool will allow you to flash the entire KDZ again in Emergency Mode without errors.
If you IMEI was lost or changed, it can be restored with other programs after.

There is no way to know if the bootloader is unlocked, unless you make aboot partition image and hash check to compare with the original bootloader.
You have first to flash the hacked bootloader (aboot), since you don't know if it's unlocked, it won't hurt to flash again.
First enable USB debugging, at this point I assume you know how to do this.
Download the hacked aboot for D405n v20a:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/bn39rz7ojtosqm3/D405n_v20a_patched_aboot.zip (taken from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90/development/recovery-twrp2-7-1-0lgl90w7xxshoxx-t2826150)
Extract the zip and copy aboot.bin to the root of your sdcard. Open android terminal ou adb, take su permission and allow it on your phone screen, flash the hacked bootloader with:
If you copied to the external microSD: dd if=/storage/external_SD/aboot.bin of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/aboot
If you copied to the internal sd: dd if=/sdcard/aboot.bin of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/aboot
Now flash custom recovery. Download http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=13334 (taken from the same thread).
Copy TWRP_2.8.7.0_270615_L90.img to the root of your sdcard. To make things easier, rename it to recovery.img. Take su permission and flash with adb or android terminal with:
If you copied to the external microSD: dd if=/storage/external_SD/recovery.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/recovery
If you copied to the internal sd: dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/recovery
Now reboot into twrp custom recovery, you can either send reboot recovery command in adb shell or terminal, or with your phone off, hold VOL - and PWR button, when lg logo appears, release and hold PWR button again until a blank screen appears, select YES twice (navigate with VOL buttons and PWR to select). Since now you are on custom recovery, twrp will boot instead a factory reset routine.
Download your D405n bootstack: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347759484 (taken from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90/development/bootstack-kk-l-l90-t3118632)
Copy to your sdcard (do not extract the file). In TWRP recovery, select INSTALL and flash the zip.
Download your italy D405n v20a lollipop kdz: http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=FW932KU032N9A1T29B55QPQ/D405n20a_00.kdz
Follow this thread to flash with LG Flash Tool (if you already have usb drivers installed, start at step 5): http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90/general/guide-flash-stock-kdz-offline-lg-l90-t2803479
If you face force closes after the first boot, do a factory reset (VOL- and PWR button, like I described before, but since now you are all stock, factory reset will be applied).
Now you are 100% on your italy d405n v20a lollipop.

forgive one other thing , I do not at this time use cards microSD , as changes this
I gave you the two options, to copy the necessary files to microSD or internal memory, and what part you didn't understand?
If you don't use microSD, you must use the internal SD command (If you copied to the internal sd: dd if=/sdcard/... etc).
In android, both storage is called SD, the internal one that comes with the phone is the internal SD (sdcard0, media, sdcard, etc), the other one that you stick in the phone is the external SD (external_SD).

This is not possible. If you flashed D405n bootstack, there is no way LG Flash Tool recognize your phone as D410.
Are you running the LG Flash Tool mod or the official LG Mobile Support Tool? Are you using Download Mode set to Emergency?
On Read Phone Information, you don't need to run it (sometimes it hangs), and click on Clear phone Software update Registry on Select Country % Language Window.
Also check if the KDZ you downloaded is not corrupted. It's a common error the flash tool fail because the kdz is corrupted.

Hai friends,
I have a huawei p9 eva - l19 c185b385. I tried to do the oem unlock and tried to change the region. now it is not booting and i can access twrp and fastboot only. e recovery mode is not downloading anything. i tried flashing rom through twrp. but it says cannot mount partitions (invalid arguement). So please help me what should i do?
Okey i had the same problem and dont worry because there are always solutions. (Sorry for my english, so I'm spanish)
First of all you will need to format your MicroSD, put it in a computer and then format it and clean.
After, if u have the bootloader and the TRWP installed is so easy, dowload the oeminfo_c432.zip (remember that u have to dowload the OEMINFOC432 for EVA-L19, dont dowload for EVA-l09) and copy the .Zip to the Micro SD (DONT extract, only copy the zip)
Then u dowloand the C432B136 (2,2Gb aprox, ) Atention: i supose that u have all this dowload but u have to dowload again because when u try to install and fail it becomes corrupt so you have to dowload again and extract all into the MicroSD. After this u have to have the Zip of the oeminfo432 and the file "Dload"
After this is so easy, turn on the mobile (POWER+UP) to enter with TWRP, now u go to Install, open the MicroSD and install the .zip "Oeminfo_c432", dont worry if when u are installing appear messages like "Can't mount data or failed partition or something like that, just dont worry.
Finally when this is installed click reboot in TRWP and press the 3 buttons to force the install the "dload" and will start to installing correctly.
Conclusion, is so important format and clean the MicroSD first of all and download again everything because i supose that u have the same files but are corrupt.
Again, sorry for my english and if u need more help contact with me and i will try to help u.
