hello , i have an htc one m7 (android 4.4.3 , not rooted , s-on hboot 1.57) and i need help my phone have only english in the languages options i need to add another language but i don't want to root the phone is their a way to do it please ?

Try MoreLocale from the market. Otherwise you may need to change ROM. The EU ROMs tend to have Russian in them.

I own a HTC One (M7) with Softwareversion 4.4.2 (4.19.161.11).
This device has no option for choosing my language.
I want to have dutch language on it (without using morelocale2).
What I want is to flash a stockrom on my HTC which has teh dutch locale in it.
Can someone tell me how I can flash the Europe stock rom on my device?
My HTC one is not rooted, has S-ON and Boorloader is unlocked!

i am from india i got the Htc one 802w unlocked phone from eBay India... Every thing is prefect but the blinkfeed Showing in Chinese Language ... i have done all s-off root bootloader unlock.. Now can anyone tell me how to chnage language in blinkfeed from Chinese to English
