Remount System - Huawei Ascend P7

I have Huawei p7 L00 version,
I manage to root, install Google Play Store, and everything is Ok, contacts can sync.
But i want to add another gmail account, and when i go to >settings>add account> there is no google accont to choose.
Can someone help me to add more google accounts (gmail)?
-problem no2.
i can't make system RW, try with root explorer, but no luck, also i can't install busybox, nor adaway, propably because /system is RO.
Thanks

I am loosing my mind!!!!
I can't remount system into RW, Even if i delete system app with TB, and says it is deleted-it is NOT. after reboot phone app is still here.
I try to remount system with Es file explorer, Root explorer, Mount/remount app, but no luck it says it cannot be done. I will kill myself
I really dont know what is the problem
Device is Huwei P7 L00, rooted, unlocked bootloader, stock recovery(maybe this is problem i dont know)
Please if someone can help, i will appriciate.
Thanks

Yes,
-I cant install busybox, error,
-even i mount system, check if it is RW, i cant delete file,
- managed to delete and after reboot, theres the file again (same with system apps, i delete them with TB, and after reboot, they appear again)
uhrrrrrr

Last two things seems to happen because of the immutable.list. So that's not really that weird.
Strange thing is you can't install Busybox. What's the error?

I tried different location, but no luck.
I really dont know whats the problem.i am not a noob.but this kind of problem i see first tine

I have solution for your first problem (strange but works):
1. Open Google Search (install it if you have not done yet).
2. Go to Settings >> Accounts & privacy >> Google Account and there Sign out of your account.
3. Close the app then open it again. Go to Settings >> Accounts & privacy >> Google Account again. And voilà: you will see the possibilities both to choose your existing account OR ADD A NEW ONE!
Tricky but worked -- at least for me.

[Q] Market won't recognize sideloaded apps

It seems that since updating to the AT&T 2.2 Froyo update and rooting the market will not recognize any side loaded apps that have been added to the phone since upgrading to 2.2. All apps that I side loaded on 2.1 are recognized and can be updated but nothing on 2.2. Anyone else have this problem and if so have you been able to fix this issue?
I used SuperOneClick to root the phone and did a reboot the phone afterward to allow side loading of apps and it is working. I am still using the adb install command to side load all my apps, is this wrong?
If this is something that is not to be discussed I apologize now.
Well I don't have a direct answer to your question but since you are rooted I highly suggest you go and get Titanium Backup along with atrackdog.
The former application will alloa you to backup any applications you want (or aall of them) and then save them to your computer. you can then move the folder to any phone and use Titanium to reinstall the applications exactly where you left off. That means launchers will have the same layouts and games will still have their save states.
The latter will allow you to check the update status of those applications since they won't show up as downloaded applications from the market.

side loaded paid apps will NEVER show in market.
free ones can be restored...
tibu has never been able to restore market links for me either.
there used to be a program MCleaner but it got taken off the market..
but all it did was this (do it yourself)
Menu button > Settings > Applications > Manage Apps > All > Market
- force stop
- clear data
- clear cache (if availavle)
restart market > my apps

Actually, it does. Market only keeps track of the apps you buy/download through it. What you're asking is like expecting Wal-Mart to know what you bought from Target.
Hey guys I just had a question while reading through the replies.
I downloaded atrakdog and got a list of all the apps needed to be updated.
One of the apps was the market..
Mine is version 2.3.4
I need to update to 5.0.12
How do you update market? Btw I'm running cm7 does this effect it?

Market should update automatically. As far as the sideload apps you can. Also get root explorer and copy paste them to system/app then reboot and they'll all be there.

So your are saying instead of using adb installer just do a drop and drag to the system/app folder and install them that way? Now will that put them in the market place? I don't quite understand what you are really saying here. Excuse my ignorance.

That's exactly what I was thinking was moving the file to the system/app file then reinstalling the .apk first then doing the 3 button reboot to see if it would recognize the app on the market. I did try just a 3 button reboot after side loading a few apps using ADB Installer and just doing the normal drop and drag to the sim card and I know that doesn't recognize them. I am going to try and reinstall one of my apps that way and I will let you know if it shows up or not.
When trying to move a new .apk file to the system/app file it says "You cannot paste here because the file system is a read-only."

quote from android market downloading issues FAQ:
Android Market disappearing after Android 2.2 Update We're receiving reports from some users that the Android Market app is disappearing after receiving the Android 2.2 update. We're working with carriers and device manufacturers to resolve the issue and restore your access to Android Market.
In the meantime, if you'd like to resolve the issue immediately, we recommend performing a factory data reset on your device. Please note that this will reset your device to its original state, and while your media content (photos, music, etc.) will not be deleted from the SD card, applications and their related data will be uninstalled. To perform a factory reset:
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > Privacy
Press "Factory data reset"
Press "Reset phone"
Your phone will restart, and after everything resets you'll be able to access Android Market again. Note that in some devices the "Factory data reset" option may be located under a different menu item, such as Phone Storage.

or get a root file explorer program off the market for free,
get the app "SGS Tools" use it to "run script" > mount system RW
drop the apps in /system/apps/ with your explorer app
use "SGS Tools" again to "run script" > mount system RO
or buy the app root explorer. it has the RW RO button built in. so no run script....
or flash a custom rom..
or try a factory reset again...
^ A simple reflash of the ROM cleared up the problem of the missing apps for me.
Went from GR-12 to Subpression 3 and had the missin app problem...reflashed Subpression 3 and was good to go and then updated to 3.2 and no problems there either.
edit: I realize the OP said they reset their phone to factory settings, but I thought I'd leave my post anyway just incase someone flashed a custom ROM and experienced this problem.
I just had this issue after installing a theme and simply extracted the GR12 files on my SD card and installed the Market and vending apks.

Unable to install Titanium Backup

Hello friends!
I am presently running rooted Simplicity 2.2.1 on XXJVU with Semaphore 2.5.0bm kernel. After installing this ROM, I installed Titanium Backup Pro and then recovered all my backed up apps, data and settings. Everything was working fine until yesterday when I found that Titanium Backup Pro was gone. So after searching for it and finally unable to trace it, I tried installing it again, both from the apk file that I had in my SD card and from the market, but it failed everytime giving an error message saying "Out of Space: Titanium Backup could not be installed. Free up some space and try again"
This is strange because I have a hell lot of space available and still it is showing this error. I tried installing other softwares and there wasnt any problem with that. This message is flashed only when I try installing TB.
Can you guys please help me to come out of this situation because TB is a must have software for me?
Thank you.

For those of you who have used Lucky Patcher for Titanium Backup, removing the .odex will not solve the issue.
The solution is to remove the patch with Lucky Patcher:
In Lucky Patcher click on Titanium Backup > Open Menu of Patches > Remove ODEX with Changes!
If you have uninstalled the app before removing the patch, you will not be able to update it.
In this case just install the same version as before (this will work), then remove the patch and upgrade the app.
hope this helps

Deleting system files on Xperia T.

Good day, friends.
First of all, sorry for my poor English, i`ll try to speak shortly.
I have Xperia T LT30p running on stock f/w 7.0.A.1.303, bootloader is factory locked, rooted with this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886460) method.
I deleted some apps from SYSTEM/APP folder throug ROOT EXPLORER, not so much, i deleted Chrome, asian keyboards, power-saving mode and something else, APKs deleted successfully, they are no longer existing in SYSTEM/APP folder, but to my surprise the programs that i deleted are still in the system, they are still on phone, i see them in general menu, they are not deleted at all, and they are running and successfully workable! Maybe you can help me, how can i completely delete the apps that i don`t need ? Only the asian keyboards are deleted, i can`t choose it in text input.
Thank you.

Using titanium backup is the normal way I do it...all I can imagine is that you are deleting the apk but if it is already installed it may have some other files linked elsewhere...
Also, make sure you have the system/app folder as R/W not R/O.

SYSTEM/APP is on r/w, of course.
This is strange, because APKs are deleted, 100%, and only the links can`t make the program works propertly, but they are working!
But anyway, i`ll try to do like you said.

If I remember correctly, there is another folder in system somewhere ( I think on x10 it was system/user/app/customization) where the system will install user apps from, if they have not been deleted from here too they will be reinstalled! Try this: pick one of they apps you could not get rid of and use root explorer to "search" for the apk name, that will show you the locations.
I am quite sure once you have deleted the one in customization it will not come back once uninstalled.
Edit: system/etc/customisation

Can't update Polaris Office

What is the latest version? Mine is 3.0.3290.0 - FV02 and tell me I already have last version.
If you have rooted your phone you can delete the application by rootappdelete from store or you can install root explorer & go to system/app then delete the polaris office. If you don't have rooted phone you can't uninstall it....
