I just got the same problem with mine, I know it has been a long time since this threat started but can you help me?
My phone shows the error no matter the key combination I press to open it, I also cannot open download mode or how ever it's called by pressing volume down and pluging in the usb

If you lost recovery, download mode and fastboot, the only way is the fix hard brick tutorials (no fix for D415 yet as far as I know tho):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90/general/guide-unbrick-hard-bricked-l90-variants-t3173429
If you get fastboot you can flash TWRP and then flash a bootstack for your phone model.

I ve tried it and it is not working, there are too many unclear thing on how to connect the points, even tho I did connect them with a metal wire (nickel wire not sure if that is bad) I saw no answer from my pc when plugging it in
I might try again at some point with a friend it was really hard to balance the wire on the 2 points alone and also plug the usb without moving it :S
thanks for answering though

Help: Boot Loop

Successfully unlock the bootloader on my W8 PC and tried to root the phone.
However, I get "waiting for device" after entering "fastboot flash boot Z_DooMLoRD_CF-Auto-Root-ported_FW-350.img" at command prompt.
Thinking that the bootloader unlock was unsuccessful, I repeated the process again and tried the fastboot command again......and it still had the "waiting for device " messsage
I disconnected the phone from the PC and powered on the phone and now its boot-looping.
Please help.....

Thx everyone!! i solve the boot loop!~
since i can enter fastboot mode through pressing volume up and connect to PC
so i try to flash the remaining stock kernel and work
problem solve!~
Am still stuck with bootloop
I can get into fastboot but cant flash the ftf as well.
I tried Flashtool (not the beta for Z) and also downloaded the French firmware and Z ftf.
But I cant the the green LED on my Z when connected to the PC (My Z had no LED lights)
However, when I launched Flashtool, it was able to detect my phone.
I proceeded to flash with ftf but it stayed "Flashing...." for a very long time.

Sounds like your pc isn't recognising the phone in fastboot mode. Did you install the drivers?

Looks like the drivers is likely the problem. But what drivers are you refering to?
The drivers from Android SDK, The Flashtool/Fastoot drivers or the Z drivers?
I have installed tboth he drivers from Android SDK with Google USB Rev 7 and from Fastboot and Flashtool drivers from Flash.
PC just cant detect phone at all
Thanks to those who responded to my thread.
Any small contribution from you is very much appreciated.
I finally got my set out of bootloop and working again.

HI had the same issue, bootloop, anoying
what you have to do is this: use fastboot and typ, fasboot flash boot boot kernel
the kernel i used was Romaur. press start. after that you will enter recovery in youre phone and go to sideload.
now in sideload, typ adb sideload Romaur kernel, or any i think, just tested Romaur. press enter and after you done, you are not having issues with bootloop anymoore

you f.ed up. live with it. if no one can help you in on thread, you don´t have to open another one. this is just annoying and people like me who want to help just get pissed because of that.
if your device:
- is FRP locked
- can´t boot into android
- can´t flash stock update.app via vol+/vol-/power
- has no twrp flashed
all together, you have to send it to an repair service.

Something similar happened to me when I tried to flash the chinesse ROM , but I were able to enter in fastboot and EDL mode. I think there is something wrong with the chinese ROM... Try using the global unbrick tool if you didn't try it, it seems like the smartphone works without the screen, so just connect it to the pc and look at the device manager, there is a possibility of that the pc recognise your phone in EDL mode.

If you can get into EDL mode the posted recovery tool will work. This could be a perfect timing hardware failure. If it is then there is nothing you can do. Flashing that voided the warranty and they can tell.
I dont see how you could cause the EDL to not work unless you were messing with some really deep stuff.

bro i hve got the same problem , did you worked it out?
I have faced a similar issue in the past but it was easily resolved by the unbrick tool.
I think something is wrong with your unbrick tool try re-downloading unbrick tool.
also i asked the service center of nubia bout rooting and they said the warranty will not get void as they repaired my phone even after it was rooted and was working cn rom.
Which error unbrick tool give you??

A great help. Phone blocked on MI. He did not enter neither in Recovery and Fastboot

Good evening everyone,
I had the bootloader unlocked. Then I blocked it to switch to the latest official GLOBAL MIUI (the phone is GLOBAL).
Later I decided to unlock the bootloader again. I installed the latest TWRP, an old XIAOMI.EU rom and then Magisk.
Everything seemed ok from recovery but, once turned on, the phone always goes in loop on the word MI. It does not go into recovery. It does not enter Fastboot and the PC does not see any devices.
Please tell me there is a solution ... the phone is not under warranty.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Did I miss any steps? Did I have to install the Chinese rom and then unlock it?
Try to press power button and volume down to the same time, that reboot the phone to fastboot. then, flash the twrp again. If don't work, try the same but using volume up. If the phone boot in to recovery (twrp) and the pc don't read it, u need to re-install the rom via xiaomi tool and fastboot, if the pc don't read the phone u need to change cable, port 2.0 and pc.
