yes you can. in fact, there're tons of marvelous themes out there!
if you like inverted color (white instead of black), i suggest you to try inverted tango theme, MIUI v4 theme, or even better chrome os theme

Thanks for your answer mate ! I think the Miui theme looks very pretty and its good to have before real Miui is maybe portet. But how can i install it ? I tried theme chooser and flashing via cwm but nothing works

Hello Folks! After getting CM13 Or CM13 Based ROMs in our device everyone had a question in their minds that "Will CM12.1 Themes Work In CM13 Or Not?" and the answer is Yes! It does works in CM13. But not every Theme. Many Themes gives SystemUI Force Stop Error. Than we have to factory reset or reflash the ROM. But now to avoid this problem I made a List/Collection of working Themes on CM13. All the Themes are tested by myself.
My Conditions When I Tested Themes :

Based On - CyanogenMod 13
Important Notes
1. I was using latest Theme Engine(The Cyanogen OS Theme Engine). I used Modded Capps. If you are using stock Theme Engine and it doesn't worked for you than go HERE and Download latest modded C-Apps with all new working COS apps. It will support 100%
