Order Status: Called or Online Order???? - T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Since Im trying to figure out how tmobile is doing there ordering process, can everyone post whether they pre-ordered over the phone, the internet, or in store and the current status of your order and update your post if you get a shipping notification.
Current Status: Order is processed and received confirmation email. Money was taken out of my debit card. I ordered today since they canceled my previous order due to a bank error. Received a text and email stating my order has been processed. Overnight shipping.....

Does Tmobile update order status on sunday?

I ordered my note 4 on friday with the most expensive shipping option. The estimated delivery date is tomorrow, Monday the 20th. But, my order status is still "being processed". I was wondering how accurate their estimated delivery dates are. I'm super eager to get the phone rawrr!

Not sure but I ordered mine from T-Mobile on Friday as well with free shipping and by Friday evening I had a tracking number for delivery tomorrow (Monday). I ordered it around 3:00pm ET. I ordered it in person at one of the stores.
I went on Saturday and they said they had sold out all 40! I couldn't believe it. My friend, who is on T-Mobile, went with me. I am on AT&T. We ordered one and they said the 28th which also shocked me. I have to ask my friend what the status is. I will bother him every day until I get it. Lol! Hopefully before the 28th.

I was told the 27th when I was in the store and ordered mine last Friday. Was surprised when I got a text that my order shipped with tracking that same evening for Monday delivery.

I ordered mines Thursday the 16th in store around noon, didn't receive tracking untill Saturday, ground shipping will be here in California on Thursday the 24th...
I use to work at ups in downtown Los Angeles, from my understanding UPS don't open on Sundays, so tmobile might print your shipping label or have your package ready to ship today, maybe.. But ups won't get their hands on it until earliest Monday.

T-Mobile sent me a text message with tracking before UPS even picked it up. Not sure if that is standard procedure or not but that was my experience.

I really suggest that you forget about keeping track of yorur order online. During the Pre-Order release, very few people had their online orders updated - even after the shipment had been sent.
Personally - my online order sheet/receiept - said processing for 1 week after I got the phone - and in fact I got an email from Tmobile three days after I got my phone that my NOte 4 was shipped.
I don't knwo why - but the online system for reporting and tracking from TMOBILE has had issues - your best bet is to go to UPS and setup an account for "My UPS" then try to track the package with your shipping address. - that is what many people did with the PREODER - and it was much more reliable than waiting for notice from TMOBILE -
Regardless of what you do - good luck and I hope you get your NEW NOTE SOON -it is an awesome phone!
You can also try tracking by reference number using your phone number. That is the only thing that worked for me. Despite having my name in the shipping address they actually shipped it to my company name and those won't show up on myups.

That's cuz tmobile and anyone actually, that has an account with UPS can print their own UPS labels. But ups don't process any shipments on Sundays. I can't say the same about Tmobile warehouses not working on Sundays though I have no idea about them.
Do what some people suggested and sign up for free ups account. You can receive text messages from ups everytime there is an update on the movement of your package. They will text you when it's been shipped or if there is a delay.

(Sprint now Shipping) Has your Note5 shipped yet?

Has anyone had their order shipped out yet? Sprint stated they would start shipments today.

nope no email as of yet...i don't think they will start shipping until Monday..so once you get it, it will be closer to the actual release date.
They told me it would ship out around the 18th

Press release clearly tells us this Friday, though.
"Preorders will begin shipping Friday, Aug. 14. Both smartphones will be available in Sprint Stores and all other sales channels beginning Friday, Aug. 21"

At least you guys were able to get your orders in. It trying to get mew to change my data plan which I do not want to do. Trying to order the Galaxy Tab 4 and it wants me to select a data plan. Hopefully the person I am chatting with will get it sorted for me.

I placed an order at 5pm PST on Thursday, 8/13/15, since the Sprint website said pre-orders being shipping on 8/14. My current status is still "waiting at the warehouse to be processed". At 5pm today, Customer Service Live Chat said that my order will be shipped by the end of the day because almost all of the pre-orders were practically ready for shipment at the warehouse. A few hours later, my status hadn't changed, so I contacted them again at 8pm. He then stated that it should now ship this weekend.
*Update:
At 11pm last night, I received an email saying that it shipped through UPS. The Sprint site says that it shipped and supplied a UPS tracking number, but the UPS site says that it's just "ready for UPS" and does not provide an estimated arrival date other than 2-day air.
This time its Sprint first. Last year, T-mobile users get their N4 first.
i'm not on Sprint, but FedEx tracking shows my wife's ATT Note 5 is scheduled for delivery on Monday, August 17th... surprised it's shipping that soon.
ATT also. Tuesday arrival. gonna miss my SD slot. but gonna love the phone no matter the difference

I ordered mine (black, 64GB) early in the morning of the 13th. My order status still shows no activity, just the 3-5 business days message. Live chat has been unavailable for the last several hours. They didn't waste any time billing my credit card, though. Looks like I'm snafu'ed.

UPS Ship Notification

With all the buzz about shipping, I remembered that all my pre-orders were shipped by UPS. I have an account with UPS and get notified if a shipment gets ordered for my address. Note that it is a notification of shipping ready and not shipped. I then get notifications when it actually ships. With the Note 7, I knew my order was shipping before I got an email...If you want to know if your device has a shipping label, sign up and install the app...If see orders that I have coming on Fri. And Sat. You can do the same with FedEx, I believe. If it is not on there, though, it isn't shipping yet.
It still doesn't guarantee the shipping time...it can only estimate but they do give you updates. I watched previous orders go State to State and then sit for a whole day before making it to my house.
You can even schedule the rough time to delivery the package...check it out.

UK delivery issues for Note 9 and Galaxy Watch

I pre ordered both items separately and both were confirmed for shipment on the 6th September for delivery on 7th September.
On 4th September I received an email stating that my watch was on route. I subsequently received a DPD email confirming delivery for the 5th and I opted to collect from the DPD depot via the button in the email message. The collection was confirmed and I received a further email stating that the watch was ready to collect. I made my way to the depot as agreed only to be told that they didn't have my watch and to contact Samsung. After being on hold for 90 minutes, the sales team claimed that they had suffered a systems glitch and that the email was sent out in error. I was then told to disregard that email and that the watch and the phone will both be shipped on the 6th for delivery on the 7th.
Last night, on the 6th, I called the sales team again to confirm that my orders had indeed shipped as scheduled. I was told that both had shipped and that I'll receive them on the 7th. I received an email from Samsung while I was on the phone to the sales team stating that the order will now arrive no later than the 20th. I mentioned that to them and was told to disregard that email.
Today, the 7th Sep, I received an email stating that DPD will be delivering my items. Once again I opted to collect from the depot. Another email arrived confirming that the items were ready to collect. I made my way to the depot once again. No items. They just said to contact Samsung as they had recalled both items to be sent back.
I have now been on the phone with Samsung for 90 minutes and have spoken to 3 different people who are insisting that my items shipped yesterday. They can't however answer the simple question of where my items currently are. I am now in a queue waiting to speak to a manager.
After being on hold for another 45 minutes the sales team manager confirms that according to his logistics system, the items are with DPD UK and so he has to contact Samsung logistics to figure out what is causing the confusion and subsequent delay.
I have been promised a call back on Monday between 2pm and 4pm for an update, with no delivery in sight.
This is absolutely ridiculous; 2 trips to DPD and over 4 hours on the phone as well as having pocketed £1300 of my cash since the middle of August.
Is anyone else in the UK experiencing this same problem?
F*** me mate I was suppose to get my phone the 27th shipped on the 26th. Didn't happen. Then keep getting mixed messages like they have no idea when I will get it Maybe 2 - 3 weeks. Then should be this week then I'll receive a message on the 6th that it's been shipped no email. Then it will be shipped on the 7th I'll get an email. Nothing. I've tried phoning but on hold for too long just getting pissed off.

Unbelievable. I ordered the Galaxy Watch but opted for later delivery. Let's see what turns up
CPW don't honour their trade in deals and Sammy can't be trusted to manage their logistics. And this is 2018, at least 18 yesrs after the first smartphones started to appear from Palm, Nokia and Ericsson.
I'm still waiting for Samsung to collect my Note 8 (Samsung Upgrade Program) I have sent over 20 emails to them and also emailed the company tasked with sending out the return packaging, it's been over 2 weeks since it should have arrived, they are a joke and I'm right on the cusp of sending it back and keeping my Note 8!
Had some minor issues here. Pre-ordered the Watch a few days after the phone - it's only ever been listed on the Samsung order page as shipping on the 6th of September, for what that's worth. Received an email from DPD yesterday telling me that it would be delivered today, only for me to check the app later in the morning and find that the delivery date had been pushed to Monday. Was half expecting it after what happened with the phone, though.
Phone dispatched on the 23rd and initially received an email from DPD saying that it'd be delivered on the 24th. Waited for it then, only to find that it was delayed until the Tuesday the following week, in part thanks to a holiday elsewhere. It arrived on the 28th, but without the wireless charging pad that I'd ordered along with it. The fun started from there, as Samsung listed the pad as having been successfully delivered. After a number of calls, I'm not entirely sure, but it seems that it had never been transferred to DPD or dispatched, as Samsung look to have been out of stock when the rest of the order was dispatched. Waiting for a refund on that.
As far as I can tell any faults were with Samsung rather than DPD, though could do without repeated emails giving a delivery date that they can't actually meet.
What a nightmare. Samsung's customer service is like sh*t. It'd take them 4-6 weeks to ship out a little preorder gift. How lame! At least you are not alone.

Yes indeed it seems that there is an issue and I'm not the only one impacted. Samsung has been a let down this time around and if it weren't for the fact that I wanted a flagship dual sim device, I wouldn't bother with them. Let see if Apple announce one next week. Much as I loathe iOS devices at least their supply chain and customer services are reliable.
A few people I know have cancelled their pre orders for both the Note 9 and Galaxy watch and are buying either on eBay or from foreign markets directly.
The MD of Samsung UK should be ashamed of himself for offering such extremely poor service in one of their biggest markets. I am expecting delivery of a Samsung TV today, I'll reject it and get something else, at least in that area there is pretty decent competition.
I am really pissed off. I'll send an email to the exec team asap. I'll keep you all posted.

I think this is to do with orders through Samsung so we get the dual SIM variant.
I phoned yesterday in the end to say haven't received a shipping email. They said it should still be delivered Monday or Tuesday but I believe it's just made up. Still received nothing also spoke with DPD to check deliveries pending at my address as I believe DPD are delivering. But again nothing. Haven't had a reply to that email I sent to trying g to phone them again but just stuck on hold .

I'm also still waiting to find out where my galaxy watch I pre ordered is and been told they have contacted logistics and will get back to me. I had all the it's been shipped and it's at the depot. With my response of no it isn't one been there! Have now waited a whole 24 hours and no response. Absolute joke.
I had lots of.simiar emails and notification from.dpd and Samsung. In the end was delivered on time on the 7th
So much for shipped the 7th and delivery the 10th. Received no emails. I've had zero emails since I ordered 2 weeks 2days ago. I've phoned them today and couldn't tell me if I will even get it just they have passed it to higher up should hear about it soon. Watch just arrived today, but there's no sign of the Wireless Charger Duo that was supposed to be grouped with it [going by the dispatch email.] Anyone else had the Watch show up without the charger?

I bought the watch outright and so will call my credit card company to raise a dispute and cancel the order. The phone was purchased on the Samsung upgrade program, I am currently on hold to the finance company to lodge a complaint and cancel the order.
At this stage, I am not sure I have any other options.

I also just realised that on the Samsung email which states that the order is complete, the shipping date is listed as 20th September 2018.

The price is good, but my primary worry is that this phone won't have factory images available or be safe to root even if the bootloader gets unlocked after a sim unlock.
I also wouldn't expect any ability to convert to an international firmware even if the modem portions are retained.

T-Mobile chat told me they aren't leaving the warehouse until Friday. I think he's wrong, as all other preorders deliver by launch date, but I haven't seen any movement yet.

I even paid extra for expedited shipping. It will suck to watch people walk out of the store with them on Friday while I wait till the middle of next week...
First Pre orders should be shipping out Thursday and delivered Friday on launch day. Check your bank account. TMobile will charge your card once your phone is ready to ship out. My card was charged a few hrs ago and pre order was placed on the first day.

When they ship it to you the IMEI for that phone is assigned to your account. They won't let you check out another device until you receive the first one. It's a hassle. I paid for next day
UPS shipping notification, delivery Friday. Excited about this McLaren addition.
I ordered mine on Tuesday evening via T-Mobile help on Twitter. Even transferred money into my account in case it charged early. My card was charged late on the 3rd and transaction was completed on the 4th. Hopefully I will get an update from UPS later today and so get the email update from T-Mobile with my imei. My order is a JOD upgrade. I got overnight shipping. I would have went into a store but I have to work 10-8 tomorrow do I can't get to a store.
I sure hope they ship them out tonight.
Edit: I just checked my UPS app and it is showing.

You're right, I would have just added it to another line on account and popped my sim in, returned to sender. Just put it on credit card.

Mine says 10:45 am to 1:45 pm. Good thing my wife works from home. She's even going to work in the living room so she can see the driver when he/she comes up on the porch. 99.9% of the time, they arrive sometime closer to 6 or 7 or later.
My daughter's iPhone on Halloween last year was supposed to arrive by 1:30, it got delivered at almost 9pm. I'm not paying $8 for the 2 hour delivery window, that from everything I have read and heard, also gets missed.
Once it arrives, I will be impatiently waiting for time to clock out and get home.
I really, really want this phone but the high chance of not being able to flash the international firmware is why I'm not going to do it.
