I was stupid last night and waited because I called AT&T and they told me I could use my 25% off discount for it in the store. I go to the store today and they are like sorry that's not covered as an eligible item. I am going to hassle them until I get the discounted price now.

25% off 300 is only 75, which is not as good at the T-Mobile deal was. Just doing the math, you had no reason to let AT&T cause you to pause.

I received a confirmation e-mail from T-Mobile today. And they said they have charged me for the order. It should arrive in less than a week Of course, the Thanksgiving Holiday may delay that a little bit.
Amazing to catch such a deal so shortly after its release here in the USA.

i ordered mine on 9/5. it says it wont ship til october 1st. if thats the case, im just gonna run to best buy on sept 15 and see if they have any unlocked versions in stock and pick it up there. then ill submit it for the sd card and charger through samsung and cancel my preorder from samsung
ordering through Samsung has been a horrible experience. I orders on aug 26th(t mobile variant)...still don't even have a shipping label

Preordered black Unlocked N8 Sep1st and nothing. I just got the money back in my account Samsung withdrew Sep1st so idk what the heck that means. Only reason I did direct Samsung order was for the N7 owner promo. Samsung should have prioritized their direct orders instead of carriers. Whatever if I get my N8 In October I'm going to complain. There is absolutely no reason it should take 1 whole month for preorders to be delivered. Either they prepare for product release or they don't. Come on. Not even a status notification.
I pre order Unlocked version on 8/29 with note 7 promo and ship date said week of sept. 25. Only the Wireless Charger was shipped today. The rest still in pre order.

Ordered unlocked last week with the Note 7 promo, also got a 10/1 ship estimate. My bet is they give a worst case, but the devices will go out before then. Probably not by much, but hopefully we'll all have them by the last week of September.

How is it even possible to pre-order something and not get it at release date? It makes no sense to me and should not be allowed. They should have had it sell out to increase demand rather having people wait almost a month after the phone was released and it is still considered a pre-order. Grinds my gears for those unfortunate ppl who are going through this...

I placed my order on 9/4, unlocked, Note 7 Promo, estimated delivery first week of October. I really hope they could deliver before 9/20.
I ordered mine on the first day of pre order from samsung direct and received mine on wednesday last week.

this is ****ing crap. I ordered 8/29 black sprint model so I don't get stuck waiting like all those who ordered carrier unlocked, and here I sit with my order still in ****ing preorder. wtf is the point? I paid in full, no note 7 deal (couldn't find a receipt will take donations) black sprint model and 0 ****ing progress. not confirmed, not shipped, pre auth charge has disappeared, called Samsung twice and all the can tell me is the date on the website. well 3 days left and it hasn't been confirmed. you can bet your ass Sammy will hear from me the second it's technically "late"

Yes, received them a couple of weeks ago.
I submitted my promo on Sept 19th. It is scheduled for shipping 6-8 weeks from that date.

I was able to place a pre-order for this phone today. I'm taking this route over pre-ordering from T Mobile because I want root ASAP and missed having root when I received the TMO LG V30. That along with the fact that I will get a square trade warranty for the phone makes it a better option. The wallet hurts for a bit but in the long run I'll be happier and less likely to give my phone to my daughter .
I'll be watching as TMO and others officially allow for pre-orders and I'll post the details here for an easy one-stop-shop for pre-orders.

Damn, I should've done overnight shipping. I called Sprint yesterday trying to get the shipping speed changed, but the outsourced overseas support agents weren't any help.

In the past I've always had most success contacting my Sprint store directly OR by using the online chat method. YMMV.
Ordered through sprint on drop day. Supposed to be here tomorrow.
