[Q] how do you get rid of blotware on LG L90 D415 - LG Optimus L90

I've rooted my LG L90 D415 T-Mobile phone. How do I get rid of the blotware and if anyone can make a list of the blotware that be helpful. Do I need to do anything else to get rid of it.

IF you have rooted your phone you can use any uninstall programm, like root uninstaller (just do a little search in the playstore)
I unsinstalled:
Pretty much everything Google besides Music, Email, Playstore
Pretty much everything LG besides Quick Remote stuff you'll find practical

[Q] Disable/remove specific system apps: What's New/Google Settings (No root)

Hey everyone. Just signed up so hopefully this is the right sub-forum for this question.
Amazing forum by the way. I've been visiting here frequently since getting my Z3 Compact and you guys have been a massive help so far. You've really helped to improve the functionality of my device and streamline the software so thank you. Now on to the question I want to ask. I recently installed Wondershare Mobile Go. The application was a huge help in removing certain apps (basically all the bloatware that Sony's stock Android firmware comes with). In addition to that I used the disable trick to disable most of the apps thus hiding them from the app drawer. As a result my phone is almost complete in terms of getting it to the point where I want it (only the apps I want to use; everything else rendered either disabled, hidden or uninstalled).
I recently however hit a roadblock. The apps I'm having trouble with are predominantly What's New, Google Settings and also an app called Downloads. I can't seem to uninstall or disable those apps. They're the only three remaining that I want removed or hidden from the app drawer. Now I've already researched this on the XDA forums and have already tried the ADB trick. I tried that last night and it made no difference. I used the Hide command (as I'm running Android 5.0.2) and it had no effect. I must have rebooted my phone four or five times running the commands each time and What's New just would not shift. I know the fastest and easiest way around this is to just root my phone and manually uninstall the software but I only just got my Z3 Compact and I really don't want to void the warranty.
Is there an easy mechanism in which to hide, disable or uninstall the three aforementioned apps? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most lg bloat apks

I was googling trying to find out what the current camera Version is for the LG V20 and ran across these LG APPS download via APK MIRROR. I know that at certain times in the past I've deleted lg apks only to regret it... so if this is something that you have done this would be an easy solution... If it doesn't work I'm sorry to say I cannot help due to lack of knowledge either way... enjoy

I apologize about that screenshot.. it was unintentional
Hello. Don't know if it helps, but you can find most of G4 extracted apps here https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/themes-apps/fm-radio-quick-remote-apk-t3195648 FM Radio, for example, is working fine on all devices.

Guide: Laggy V40? Make it ROCKET! No, it's not the UX!

Something was not right, for me, when scrolling in browsers and play store. It was laggy as hell. In other apps like facebook, tidal, instagram, youtube it was fluid and fast. But not on browsers. Tried all, chrome, opera, firefox, bromite, but all was stuttering like crazy. Play store also. I tought there are few rougue apps, twilight theme, fluid nav gestures and smart files manager, but I was so wrong. I also blamed the LG UI skin, but again was so wrong! So how did I resolved?
Guide - possible for any LG out there:
1. Remove SIM
2. Factory reset your phone in the way that doesn't require Internet to go through activating the phone. If you cant do this, it will fail. You should NOT put the email account. (I did reset from phone settings, not by keys. Also remove phone security such as pin, password, face id etc for this to work - just select unlocking the phone by sliding up)
3. DO NOT connect to internet, do not insert SIM.
4. Settings - apps - show system apps also.
5. Disable, remove permissions, set modify system setting to NO and draw over other apps to NO for all korean bloatware (screenshots attached) and for Google play services, google play store, google, and google service framework.
You must do this for each app. Example in screenshots.
6. Connect to wifi. Do not put your email in play store or gmail. Not yet.
7. As soon as connected slide down the notifications pannel. A pop up will apear after few seconds with Google trying to update some libraryes!!! Hit CANCEL!!!
8. Restart and connect with your email on Play Store. Disable asap app updates.
9. Your contacts won't sync now. Don't worry, its normal, you just removed some permissions.
10. Update and install all your apps from play store.
11. Re-enable that 4 google apps, give permissions to all for contacts, phone, wifi etc, enable also draw over other apps and modify system settings for these apps.
12. Insert SIM.
Enjoy! Hope it works for you all, V40, 30, G8, G7 etc
Weird, but its like I have stock vanilla now. Rocket!

Never had any lag on my Sprint v40 (root w. US Pie)...
Interesting guide. Could be useful for people without stock US Pie and loads of bloat for sure.
Sounds like a thing for korean models. Which is interesting. I used korean fw on my G5 V30 and now V40. Never had an issue. The G5 didn't even have root to disable or remove preinstalled apps. Factory reset alone would've fixed most issues anyway. Still, worth a shot if anyone does think their phones are slow or something.

There's octopus and vlad!
I dont think ive experienced lag except in games. Good post nonetheless :good:
Make sure you disable LG root checker which has proven to cause laggy behavior in the past for rooted phones.

Removing Google apps & services

Okay, I know this is going to sound stupid, but bear with me. I love my p20 Pro, I recently bought it and haven't had any issues with it. However, I don't like having Google apps or services on it. I don't want to put a custom rom on the phone (unless it's a modified version of emui 10 with Google apps and services removed) but I just don't want any Google related stuff on it. I haven't signed in with any of the Google apps, I've disabled most of the main ones like YouTube, chrome, etc and uninstalled docs, slides and those apps because they're able to be uninstalled. I know it may seem stupid to remove the Google apps and services, but I've done it on older phones with custom roms and have come to feel more comfortable with them gone. Anyway, if anyone has any ideas on how I can do this, please let me know thanks in advance!
Maybe uninstall them via ADB
