Why not take out of a rom? Then I think you need all the other system files too.

Isn't this the 4.2 camera that was ported from the Nexus 4 or something?
It had way too few features as far as I remember.
Yeah it is..! If you want solely the cm 10 camera app the you have to mod cm 10 lib's to be working on tw rom

Spacecaker's SGS2 v12 rom has S4 like lockscreen..
Though not as smooth as CM10 but its quite good considering its on stock..
Go to market download galaxy s4 lockscreen from one chinese guy

I thing this battery icon is from kitkat port.You can seach around on xda and find it.

It is the stock firmware 4.4.2 for Galaxy Note 3. We already got it on CM11 but I want that icons from Touchwiz
