6606 Roms

Hello I'm here in the US and own a 6606. I don't have any trouble flashing firmware rooting or installing duel recovery and keeping it after installing a ROM.
The only problem I am having is after flashing a 6603 4.2.2 firmware I am unable to send nor receive pics or any files by text message. I thought it was only happening after installing a ROM but it's happening after I flash firmware. Does anyone know a fix for this? I had to go back to stock 6606 firmware and would love to root again and flash Roms

Download and flash this.
Can I do it with PC Companion?(software repair option)
well... for me simple reinstall with flashtool worked like a charm. back from custom rom to stock and than to another custom rom without any problem.
Repair with SUS or PCC, flash a stock ftf with flashtool, this is schoolboy stuff, you really should use the search facilities.

[Q] FTF selection

Hi, I have a soft bricked 6903, but I am a little confused. The device is locked on Vodafone Romania, could somebody help me with finding out what FTF I am suposed to flash?
Edit: Forgot to mention, i was on PAC rom, flashed doomkernel in order to flash some other rom, aroma didn't launch and know it's soft bricked
first you need to know about your phone relegation.if Australian relegation Search on xda for Australian ftf
Just flash the pac rom kernel using fastboot

i bricked my z3 compact, can someone help me unbricking it? plz?

i was going to try to root my 3 weeks z3 compact, but the root only worked on kitkat 4.4, and i was with lollipop, so i flashed a 4.4 rom to downgrade it, and the device, got bricked.... i already tried flashing custom roms, but never with sucess...
i would be glad if someone could help me....

Xperia Z1 IMEI gone again?

Got my Z1 the other day and flashed some firmware on it(cant remember which one) then rooted it, unlocked bootloader and flashed dual recovery to it and then flashed my rom. Rom worked fine etc but sim card was not detected because IMEI is 0.
I read up about this and followed a guide which involved flashing .290, then .257 and then after that to root the z1 and then flash .534 and then install recovery and then install my rom. This was supposed to 'fix' the imei problem but i've just finished flashing DU 5.1.1 and my IMEI is STILL missing and now I have no idea what to do next.
I want to run a custom rom but still be able to have simcard etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If you have C6902, then you have to flash the corresponding fix, which is in Z1 threads. Search for it. If you have C6903, then either reflash your original ftf firmware with flashtool or flash C6903 baseband only from the same ftf (also with flashtool). If you can't find original firmware, just flash baseband for your type (C69XX). And next time, read about the firmware/rom you are flashing (and write it down) or you may brick your phone...
