Hi, this is my first kernel, this based on the latest Ultima ICS kernel from riyal, with two minor tweaks
-now touchscreen reponse while swiping is 4px instead of 9px, so no more bumpy movements while draging items
-official "Sony Ericsson" boot logo

the problem is present in latest FXP (but probably not in next's) and also in stock kernel ICS
The solutions was 99% done by nicklas lof, here:

Works in Stock ICS, 431 and 587, it should work with FXP releases too
Installation:
Flash kernel using fastboot
Flash original Riyal wifi Modules using CWM

What is Stock ICS 538? or you mean 587
the recovery are same or did u update it too ?

So just to clarify. Everything is the same as Ultima ICS Kernel v1.4 with the changes you made for the touchscreen precision and SE-X logo. The WiFi modules to flash are also of the v1.4 too right?
I'll try this when you confirm my query, as I am running on the Stock ICS MK16a 4.1.B.0.587 (US) build. I'll try to post any issues that I come across after flashing

You are right, this is based in Ultima ICS v1.4, in fact Riyal already has this in his sourcecode, so next's versión should already have this fix, you have to use v1.4 modules

After you flash the kernel you have to flash latest wifi modules from riyal, using CWM
Why now 4px? Was Gingerbread not 2px?

I think GB was 2px, but with the current driver is quite hard to tap on links at 2px, I will compile one at 2px if you want to try
I use this kernel with stock ICS 587 and my phone gets freeze every time I unplug from charger and PC.
Anyone has the same problem?
Can you please update stock kernel to use this fix.
Or give some link to add recovery to stock kernel.

This is based on latest riyal changes, I think it has voltages messed up, so I will have to build it from stock kernel someday. I dont know how to add recovery to it.
I am, but not exactly when disconnecting the charger, only when its charging and very randomly, I think the source I am using has a messed up voltage table, I need to find the original voltage tables to fix it.

OK - after reading more it sounds like there has been some structural change to the driver model (something that needs fixed at a deeper level). Anyway, it would be great if you could additionally provide us with a ROM set at 2px just so we can see for ourselves.

Even better than that, I notice that the Touch Move app has a "tune" mode which allows the user to tune the sensitivity themself. It's currently only compatible with a couple of GSII custom kernels:

I have thier ROM aswell and find it good. Just a minor issue im seeknig an awnser for. Maybe you can see if you have same problem as me?
In settings, can you open up the PAC-man setting? Mine crash the settings... "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped".
However i have a custom KERNEL [KERNEL][AGNi][CM 4.2.2/4.3] 05-08-2013 AGNi pureCM v2.3.3a I9305 (ULTRA SMOOTH) and i have really awsome batterylife with it. But if i cant find fix for my problem i will probaly change ROM. :crying:

the settings works fine for me but i didnt flashed the agni kernel im didnt flash any kernel at all .. try do wipe and install the rom again without flashing the agni kernel..

its come build in the rom i think its the stock kernel of CM you dont have to flash any kernel if you dont want to..
just reinstall the rom

Stock CM kernel, does that include customizations? Like cpu, UV, I/O and the ususal stuffs?

Hi everyone. I'm having problem with my X8. i had previously unlocked bootloader. Currently using iXperia 8 iOS 7 Diamond Build 1.2.6 with nAa-14. the problem is, i can't use the camera. every time i opened the camera it will force closed. i had changed rom countlessly but still not working. i also has changed the kernel to nAa-jb-06 and use JB rom but still the same result. i really need the camera. help me.

Repair with official firmware and check the camera there or flash latest gdx top on nAa kernel
The official firmware it will flash stock Rom and kernel to

Also if you have plans to relock the bootloader must do it only in stock kernel..NEVER RELOCK BOOTLOADER ON CUSTOM KERNEL

The latest GingerDX (cm7) Rom with nAa 14 kernel because is for sure the most free of bugs rom..to see if is software problem

I flashed elemental kernel on latest hrc ota and seems to have broken the accelerator. Where can I get the stock kernel?
The Rom you flashed. Open it and you will find a boot.img file. Flash it in fastboot

I can just boot on latest Samsung roms with official kernel ans CM/CM derivatives with the stock kernel that comes with
So do someone knows what to do? Is there a way to go back to the old bootloader or to flash these kernels?

Do you know which bootloader it is - XXUFNI3 or XXUFNJ1? (It should be the same as your baseband unless you flashed a new modem).

My baseband is XXUFNI3 and I haven't flashed another modem so my bootloader should be the same I guess

So I just flashed everything from zero. I reflash samsung official rom through Odin, reflashed crDroid and finally flashed Boeffla kernel, and it worked great ! Guess maybe the boeffla kernel I first downloaded was corrupted or maybe something else. Anyway, thanks a lot!
