Does the Apt-X codec is enabled on Razr I?

Hello everyone!
I suppose that doesn't work Apt-X codec when I heared music thru Bluetooth Samsung HS3000 (apt-X codec supported) and Motorola Razr I which support apt-x too. I rely on my ears and data from Catlog app (no data about aptx codec at all) now. I know that two divices (Razr I and HS3000) support apt-x and I suppose that apt-x is bloked on a software level in the phone.
Could you pls anyone share your experience on this direction? And if it is possible pls share your log file from Catlog app (like this) if you happen to find in it the "aptx"...
Also could you please share your /etc/bluetooth/audio.conf

Hi Alexae!
I have just tried Sennheiser PX 210 BT, with which I have the option to try with wire as well. So I did listening to some flac and mp3 music on my laptop and on my Razr I. My laptop is a Fujitsu A530 not known to support aptx and there was an easily hearable difference between the wired and A2DP listening. With my Razr I I could not distinguish between wired or wireless. Although running the Catlog app I could not find any entry about aptx (as there is on the page you have linked). Only the A2DP protocol enabling is mentioned. I prefer not to share my log file for privacy reasons as I not aware of the information it can contain.
Hope it helps. I think we are lucky with this phone.
[UPDATE] Looking into Aptx further it seem it only comes with the Bluetooth 4.0 and the Razr I only supports 2.1. So from that the answer is there is NO Aptx support in the phone.

AptX

Does this phone support AptX (Apt-X) on bluetooth??

AptX working?

How can i check if aptx working or not?

LDAC Sound profile

Is there any way to use LDAC before Oreo update?!
LDAC comes within the firmware, unless you get a rom that incorporates it, I dont see how anybody could use it, sony's xperias are the ones that have it natively, as ldac is a bt sony implementation
Sony helped Google to include LDAC in Oreo update

Well, it is good that oreo will/may include LDAC, as it is an improvement, however, LDAC compliant speakers, earphones etc, are another matter

There are a bunch of headphones and some speakers on Sony's site that support LDAC. I have some MDR-1ABT headphones, which are excellent and support LDAC. I also have ATH-DSR9BT headphones for APTX HD.
Also, Oreo does give you Hifi BT codecs for sure. I'm using a Mi Mix with Android 8 on it which has LDAC and APTX HD. The sound quality really is head and shoulders above SBC (default BT codec).
I have seen ROMs on devices that ported APTX HD, but I didn't see working LDAC ports.

aptx HD support and stereo audio is not work (please help me how to install )

my bluetooth earphone is aptx supported and i connected my earphone and trying to activeaptx audio but SBC is default when i selected HWA it is not workig .and stereo audio left channel and right channel is not working it is steel mono audio .
I have a WH-CH700N Aptx-HD BT set from Sony. Worx fine out of the box (can see in the Sony Headphone app)
No need to install / configure in the OS
WH-CH700N supports SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD
Perhaps you need to install the app from the manufacturer. It is recommended for the sony
which BT headset do you have?
Meizu ep51 but sterio sarround not working

Hi, looks like it supports AptX but not Aptx-HD:

If stereo is not working, then something else might be wrong.
Does a wired version work normally?
You might want to check your BT set on an other phone / tablet
