Pretty nice!
They look like Xperia wallpapers style mixed with Android L colors and style.

I couldn't use my phone after installing this .. keep on getting " Unfotunately, the process com.android.phone has stoppe"

To install the new system UI, what do I do ?
Do I just replace the one from system/app, set permissions and reboot? Back up is only needed for the original system ui right?
