Just wanted to say thank you for a amazing set up. It is running very stable and fast for me , only flaw I have noticed so far is the in call volume drop. Other then that AWESOME WORK!

Is very important to flash manually the ICS Hboot, you have to do it using fastboot.

Yesterday trying to install another roms, I made several mistakes with a lot of roms that doesn't work anymore, but for some reason, I installed the version of Holics ROM, this has a properly modified kernel by the author, but for some reason, the rom installed well and when I boot up the phone, it never pass the boot animation, in fact, it freezes when start to move the logo, so i decided to go back to borked ROM and the volume call was fixed. I don't know why, but was fixed.

There's a way to get the rom not cooked?
Just to know if this project can be revived.

No, this rom only works on the galaxy s i9000, if you flash it, you will most likely get a soft brick.

It is based on cm11, so if cm has any bugs it will have the same bugs, but I would assume that it's stable

If you are coming from a cm based rom, then there is no need to do a factory data reset, you should only format /system, all contents on sd will not be erased.
If you are coming from another custom rom, then you need to format system,data and cache

NCSROM Don't Work Camera
I do not know what has been done in this rom, but when I install it, my camera does not work, follow your step by step perfectly, my device has no physical nor logical problem, and how did the same procedure that you do not make much sense my camera does not work, and in the forum where did you get that link all for it are complaining about the camera in the last most recent posts ... has any solution for this?

This camera not working
since I installed the first version of this system the camera never worked in this latest version I downloaded it would be 15.0 OC1 the camera still is not working, why this happens?

The Rom is very smooth and fast but when I try to test Antutu Benchmark my phohe frozen and rebooted.
I disabled the mp decision but is same problem.

The reboot in antutu is a bug in william's kernel, but it doesn't affect day to day usage.
Btw i have fixed a few other bugs and included 20 more themes, i am uploading the build again

ROM is great and smooth.
But phone now can't connect to H+, only 3g which is slower.
Can anyone help?
