Touchpad battery stuck at 0% - TouchPad Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When I connect charger, TP starts and shows charging 1%, but within couple of mins charging goes to 0% and stucks there. i kept it charging overnight yesterday still it says 0. Even now, I kept it connected to charger and came to office, I am 100% usre, it will be at 0, after i go home.
Do you think battery is GONE? or the charger problem? (just got a new new cable) through the TP and get a new one? or is there a solution?
MY TP is rooted and i think its runnning CM 9 or 10.

SOLVED
I rebooted to webOS, and TP charged normally.
So my solution is, if TP doesnt charge, reboot to webOS and charge to 50%, once it got that much charge, it will charge in android also..
May be its a known solution, but I got in a lengthy way

Galaxy not is charging till 100%. any one else face same problem?

I got the galaxy note last week monday, it wasnt charging till 100% even when i left it on for hours to charge. Never charged more than 80%
Nope, it's charging up to 100% here.
Do you have your phone rooted?
Any custom roms?
Give us more details so we can actually help you!
If you got this after flashing a custom rom, try charging the phone while it's off (with the battery showing on the screen) till it's full. Leave it on the charger for about 30 more minutes just to be sure it's full. Then go inside ClockWork Recovery (while it's still on the charger) and go to Advanced > Reset Battery Stats. Then Reboot the phone and unplug the charger. Presto: you should be charged to full now and the phone will charge to full every time.
I hope this helped.
I've experienced this once but only the widgets reported the charge % inaccurately ( also got stuck at 80% ) the phone system reported 100%. Rebooted the phone and got 100% on widgets as well.

Well it just stopped at 80%, the system showed the same! I left it charging for 7 hours, it beeped that it was fully charged, but it wasnt!
I think it may be because I played with it for 20 minutes when got it rather than charging it.
I also left it on charge rather than letting the charge drop to 0% and recharging. I duno?
I went to CPW they said they will allow me to swap it. Which is good, as the stylus was coming apart.

Charging problem

So I have a touchpad charging problem. When I plug a charger it won't charge. I guess it's bad contact, but sometimes when it's start charging the touchpad freezes so I do the reset and it's won't charging again.
Please help me fix that issue till I have some battery left...
All helpful posts will be thanked.
The charger itself is 2 pieces, make sure that they are twisted together tightly. When I first received my touchpad a loose connection in the charger caused it not to be able to charge.
Also, if you have some charge left, reboot into WebOS and see if it'll charge that way. There's an odd glitch that happens to some people (has happened to me, too), where it changes to trickle-charge even when using the stock cable and AC adaptor. Reboot to WebOS, and it'll trip it so it'll charge normally again.
This charging problem just started with my HPTP today.
It would only trickle charge with both the HP microUSB Charger and the Touchstone. It's never done that before with any version CM9 I've flashed (Both Alpha and Nightlies). It started happening today.
I decided I would reboot into recovery and wipe the Battery Stats in the Advanced section of recovery. Now it's charging and the percentage is rising again instead of slowly dropping.
But if it continues to trickle I'm going to Boot into WebOS and see if what ve6ay says will work!
Edit, yeah it's still on trickle and dropping with the charger.. Gonna keep it on WebOS and see what happens..
Edit 2: ok so, with the Touchstone, the tablet only heats up quickly and continues to discharge while on the touchstone with WebOS running.
It also continues to discharge while on the Touchstone with Android running after running WebOS like ve6ay suggested we try.
But with the Stock Charger MicroUSB connected and running Android (After running WebOS) it seems to be charging normally.

Lollipop Upgrade Problem -> battery charging problem

Hi everybody,
I upgraded my Xperia Z to Lollipop. Immediately after that I got the following problem in the order described:
- Phone was at 80% after upgrade.
- It was not charging after the upgrade, and I had no more connection to the phone via USB anymore. Also PC Companion did not see the phone anymore.
- The battery drained after some time so the phone went into "brick-mode" because connecting it to the pc via USB, nor connecting it to (different) wall chargers did not charged the battery.
- With the phone compeletely empty, I just left it connected one evening to my wall charger, and when I woke up the next day the phone was again completely charged to 100%.
- But no the circle starts from the front again --> no connection to PC and not able to charge the phone until it goes out completely, waiting for some hours connected to the charger, and only then it starts charging again until 100%. I also once booted the phone before it was at 100%,.. even then it will not go on to charge when the phone is on, NOR will it continue to charge when I shut it down again manually (so not let it drain to 0%).
Does anybody had/has the same issue? I think it is a waste not trying to fix this because the phone is still in a very good condition.
Any advise would be helpful, thanks, Pieter.

Phone won't charge beyond 7%

Recently, I encountered a serious problem on my phone. When plugged into a wall charger, it won't get past 8% of charge. I even tried switching it off and charged but still it's stuck at 8%. Also, after a few mins, the battery would start draining.
I tried battery calibrator pro , but with no results.
I am running cm12 official.

Have you tried charging it from within recovery? I ran a ROM once that was too power hungry to charge and the phone (m7) occasionally refuses to charge while off (for me).

Inconsistent charging on new battery

I changed my battery on my Mi 8 SE 2 days ago and I have been seeing some weird issues when the phone is charging.
The first time I charged it with the new battery it started charging really fast going from 3% to 7% in a few seconds and it charged up to around 40% and stopped, after I unplugged the cable it started draining really fast down to around 30%.
After plugging the cable back in it continued charging and got stuck at 55% no matter what I even turned it on and it showed 70% and wouldn't drop or charge. after a day it finally turned off and I tried charging it again.
This time it had the same issues getting stuck at random %, however it somehow managed to charge up to 100% and I used it normally for about 24h after completely draining it until it shut down.
When I tried charging it again it charged to 81% and got stuck after unplugging the charger it started going down to 60% and got stuck again, when I turned it on it said charged and the battery showed 34% and rebooting it showed 53% and it kept saying charged no matter what.
Has anyone experienced this issue when changing the battery on a phone?
I have been using the original charger the whole time and I have also tried different chargers with the same results. I even tried to unplug and re-plug the battery and it doesn't change anything.
I am using Pixel Experience 11 with the final update and it is not rooted.
