[OFFICIAL] Firmware selection for SM-T700/SM-T800 Variants - Galaxy Tab S General

Hello my friends! I decided myself to creat a thread with official stock firmwares of our Galaxy Tab S. I don't touch it, all is stock! I'm grabbing this files from www.sammobile.com and than upload it on faster hoster
If it is wished by some users, i can extract the md5.tar files and upload different files (boot.img, system.img etc.)
What's in it:I will add the latest firmwares provided by Samsung, this means, always latest built date, highest changelog, latest modem, bootloader etc. I will creat different mirrors, I will add www.mega.co.nz I think
All firmwares are without branding! And it don't plays a role, if the firmwares are from Russia, New Zealand or Germany. The only difference between them is the preinstalled language and keyboard language. And that's all. You can easily change it
This will not tripp your Knox warranty!! It's an official update! Knox will stay 0.
Supported devices:
SM-T700
SM-T705
SM-T800
SM-T805
Instructions:
Flash it at your own risk, I'm not responsible for any damaged device!
1. Download the needed firmware from below and extract the zip to get the odin files
2. Download latest odin from here!
3. Open Odin, click on AP and add AP file. Same for BL, CP and CSC! Add all 4 files to odin (except wifi versions don't have any modem)
4. Make sure you installed all samsung drivers
5. Shut down your Tab S.
6. Open download mode by holding volume down, home button and power button.
7. Connect it to your PC.
8. LEAVE EVERY THING AS IT IS IN ODIN, OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE A CATASTROPHE (If you select something wrong.)
9. When your tablet is connected, there will shine a bluenbox in odin.
10. Hit start and wait
11. It will reboot and you will get the latest firmware from samsung.

This took me more than 20 hours to upload and download. I'm not mirroring these firmwares to other websites. If it doesn't work, use a proxy such as cybershell.biz or use a vpn

Yes all these firmwares are stock firmwares for the tab s. Just pick your model, and the right country of your device. Then flash with Odin!

I had this problem.. You must have v3.10.6 and flash every file in the corresponding place, after that I still got a fail message but I tried un-checking the auto reboot option and that did the trick (this will make the phone stay in download mode even after you complete the flash, to quit download mode you must press the volume down button and the power button at the same time for about 10 seconds) hope that helps, let me know.

What do you mean with that? witch 4 files?
Hope you can help me.
After a factory swipe and installing vodafone wallet on my S6 it says that it doesn't work on a rooted Phone
You have to put each file in the corresponding place, when you download the stock rom after you've extracted the zip you're supposed to have a file called AP, BL, CSC, AND the other which I cannot remember, those are the files you're supposed to flash, if you try to flash just AP like on the screenshot it's not going to work.

I think you downloaded the wrong firmware for your phone, your phone is G920F and the firmware you are trying to flash is G925F.
@Neostatic17, it looks like you downloaded the wrong file. The file should be a tar.zip, not tar.md5. Once you download the correct tar.zip, extract the file and you will see 4 files within the one file you downloaded. Then flash all 4 files with odin.
Edit...Ok, I've checked my pc and the file is a tar.zip before you extract it and once it's extracted, there are 4 tar.md5 files. All you have to do is put the AP file in the AP slot, BL file in the BL slot and so on. I leave auto reboot checked, but that is up to you.

N9208 No OS!!!

So somehow I've managed to delete my OS on my note 5 model N9208. I've downloaded the correct firmware (i think) from sammob but when I try and flash it with Odin, Odin just crashes. I have tried putting the ROM onto a USB to MicroUSB but TWRP isn't picking up the stick.
Help please :crying:

Odin just come back with this

Download Samsung Smart Switch and use it. It will work and there will be no guessing which firmware you need.

Smart switch doesn't recognise my device, my phone doesn't get past the screen where it states it's a Note 5.
Just adb sideloaded Nameless custom rom and I've managed to get it to go to the Samsung splashscreen but won't go any further. Not sure on what to do now.
Managed to get it sorted by sideloading a custom ROM with TWRP and left it on the Samsung splashscreen for a bit. To say I only got my first ever android phone on Tuesday I am proud of myself!

Here is the official stock firmware for the New (2016) Galaxy Tab S2 8.0" T713.

Country: Cellular South (XAR)
Firmware Version: T713XXU1APD9
OS: Android Marshmallow
OS Version: 6.0.1

Download T713XAR1APD9 Here
Hello everybody!
Sorry if this si not fine for me to post in this thread, but I think my question is quite related, in case I apologize in advance.
I recently bought a Galaxy tab S2 8" (SM-T719).
I installed the TWRP and applied SuperSU (as per guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-s2/development/twrp-3-0-2-1-galaxy-tab-s22016-sm-t713-t3390627)
All fine...
Only later I recall that I stupidly forgot to make a complete STOCK backup. If I need, can I use the STOCK provided in this thread even if it is for T713?
The only difference I see comparing the specs is the additional 2G support.
Thank you in advance and thanks to everybody for the great work!
PS: if it can be usefull to anybody I can make a BACKUP of the current state of the tablet.
Best regards!!

Thanks...about to Root and went to SamMobile and another Samsung site to get Stock in case of any problems Rooting....But Its NOWHERE to be found!!! A quick Google search led me here to trusted XDA!!! Thanks Bro!!
I cant believe there is no development for this 713 Tab! I have bought or tried everything Samsung and this is a a great tablet...I had the Tab S 32GB and sold it...never found another..and Note Edge also that had nooo development as well...I guess I get the things that are not popular..2014 Note 10.1 and Note Pro 12.2 there are NO Roms on those either! My Note 5 is the only thing I get to flash...But thanks again...I needed this

This will change when I get my hands on one Friday
I've just tried to flash this firmware for my SM-713 tab and it does not go past the Samsung logo (fading in/out).
I used Odin 3.10.7 and extracted the file "T713XXU1APD9_T713XAR1APD9_HOME.tar.md5" then pointed the AP field in Odin, to the file and flashed.

Lightning ROM... Its in the dev forums...
There's a newer version for this firmware T713XXU1APG1 (build 01.07.2016, the one in the first post is build 20.04.2016). I'm not sure what the difference is. Has anybody already downloaded the new version and saved it somewhere on the Internet? A free download from https://samsung-firmware.org/model/SM-T713/region/XAR/ takes almost 7 hours.

I've hosted the file on a separate mirror on Mega: https://mega.nz/#!uZ0S2LKJ!cv9_833R1kUVndRl4lpIM_UV51WiCtbVrWAd9S3m2TQ. No file changes, just a download/rehost.
Image restore via Odin fails with blue caution triangle screen
I had my S2 SM-T713 8.0 Rooted and tried to install Lightning. The WiFi failed, so I flashed the WiFi fix. Still no WiFi. Restored the rooted TWRP backup. It booted up to the lock screen, but refused to allow me to use the only pin that had ever been entered on the machine.
After numerous attempts to get around the pin issue, I attempted to flash this stock firmware via Odin. Every attempt failed at a different point. MD5 double checked and matched. The latest attempt ran as follows:

I am stuck at the blue screen saying that An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software. That software reports that my device is not supported. The other thing on the screen is a message that SU REV CHECK FAIL : [aboot]Fused 2 > Binary 1. I also cannot turn off the screen.
I have been rooting and running numerous ROMS on phones and tablets for 6 years. Any hope left?

Use the one linked in the OP.
Before you odin twrp or anything else let the tablet update to the latest firmware.
Success after loading the new updated Samsung firmware from link in post by dxxvi.

Finally had success after loading the new updated Samsung firmware from link in post by dxxvi (took almost 20 hours slow load). Confirmed that it does require a factory reboot after hanging at Samsung logo.
The new firmware allows you to choose whether to require a pin after reboot or just accept fingerprint input.
There is a newer version of of the firmware T713XXU2APJ1, release date 05.10.2016

I'm pretty sure you had to put the .tar in the csc on odin that's what I did to flash the United Arab Emirates stock 6.0

Just to let you know the XFN 6.0.1 firmware on sammobile (marked as "unknown") is most likely Netherlands T-Mobile.
Did it work? And is it connecting to Mobile networks? I would like stock 6.0 but I don't think it will come out for my phone (SM-G800Y). And did you need to flash it in a different way in Odin? Thanks.
