It's still building guys. relax
I hope this release is not so buggy like the other ones! I hope this black flicker bug when going back in settings isn't there! Enabling hardware overlays fixes it but only this rom has this problems since the start, need to be fixed!

The best lollipop rom for my galaxy s5! Thank you!

Build 03-12-2014 Online

No problems with wifi here and with testers! When ever you encounter such issues, try and reflash the rom (clean install!!)
Good luck

got the same on fresh install
Edit : everything works just not wifi .....
And anyone got a flashable stock kernel? Newest Kt kernel has to be updated for the new sources still and sorry dragon but you kernel works not good on my side. KT is much better
Still have to enable HW overlays or still get stuttering ...
Fusion is not what was anymore.... That wifi doenst work makes it useless, sadly

Care to share screenies, or, kernel features etc?
Thx good work [emoji106] .some screenshots
Kernel Settings
Here are a few screenshots of kernel settings. The first pic is when you enter the kernel tweaker settings, you can then swipe to the right and left to change different settings. I really like how its setup and there are a lot of options and settings to change.
I see no tried gor Sprint. I will test tonight.
No EXT SD Card
I did a clean flash and don't have anything on my External SD Card - I can't access any of my files there -
Is there a fix or is this a known bug on this rom?
I just noticed that the OP says to install the rom from the Internal SD Card - I didn't do that - which maybe led to my problem? I am going to try again to see if flashing from the Internal SD Card will fix the problem of not being able to access my Ext SD Card
Well, tried to flash from Internal SD Card and External SD card still missing after flash. Can't even think about using this rom until this is cleared up - looking forward to a more stable version - it is nice to have lots of options and Fusion looks like it will be a very nice rom when things get straightened out a little better - looking foward to future updates.
Can't wait to try this of only your chosen host didn't spam my device and have a 5 minute wait time. I would like to offer you an account on my site if you like. Finally got everything back online
when someone call me it does popup show that someon has call me ??? anyone have this like ??
Pretty nice ROM man! Running it now and not changing it anytime soon
This could be the perfect Rom for me, if i could get the gear 2 connected. ... I tried for 2 or 3 hours to make it work but every time i get to the final step , after installing plugins, HostManager keeps Fc. .. I tried different versions and other methods proposed by some guys on the forum but failed. I would gladly use this as my daily driver if this issue gets solved.
Best rom for the S5, so far. Best battery life.
Sent from my SM-G900T using XDA Free mobile app
Running great here on 900f
Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Just installed your rom and so far i love it great job! And finally a ROM with a working active display. Only issue ive noticed is that when i tried to run atutu benchmark when the test hit around 22% when it was testing the cpu the phone crashed and would reboot. Other then that seems perfect thanks!
Yea this works so great. Battery life is the best I've used so far.
Wow, download of Gapps and the ROM say their going to take 2-5 hours
Should put download mirror because we have to wait 5 minutes to download. Ota download would be great ?
Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Same camera, NFC and data bugs as cm?
Camera sometimes cannot open until reboot, NFC doesn't work on g900i and mobile data is not as strong as touchwiz and needs to be toggled in and off every 15 or so minutes on cm and aokp
First time ever i have this problem in ever. My SD-card wont be mounted. The phone doesn't find it at all. Its just blank under SD-card under "storage". Did a full wipe.

Good morning,
Using it for two hours: pretty perfect for a test version! Simple and fast. Thank you
@androidfilesharing Any feedback on BT yet. Just wondering if it works.
Just installed, looks CM based so I'm assuming BT is not working.

Samsung S health and gear manager only work on samsung based roms, unless they have been ported. So, no, they'll not work here.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using XDA Free mobile app
@gmenelau I don't have a Gear Fit to test those apps, sorry.
Back to ROM, clear install, fully wiped, installed Gapps from Aroma installer and got a bootloop. It's strange.
Second try, clear install again with full wipe, now without the Gapps and have a bootloop too
I don't think so it's my fault. Every previous ROM I have tried works normally, it's first time with bootloop.

Works fine here. Try another pa gapps. I'm running Euphoria + PA Gapps + Boeffla and all works fine

so the issue is stock kernel that is not booting rom then, abouth wifi issues u will have to talk with @Gokulbalram since he also uses boeffla kernel and it works for him.

Nothing as such lol. Stock kernel works fine, you can test it for yourself. Anyway, I have high suspicion on the gapps package he is using.

ok then my bad, sorry :fingers-crossed: still he has issues with wifi not working while on latest boeffla?
i would flash it but last few days i flashed i bit to' much so i need a bit of rest with my phone
and can post few screen shots? it would be nice
I can't agree with that suspicion, coz:
1. Those are just PA Gapps but with AROMA installer
2. They works on every ROM I have been using on 5.0.X
So should work here as well.

It's just me, Syko and some freelancing graphics from @boysetsfire. I'm doing all of the feature sets, thread maintaining and Syko is just being a build bot for devices other than the shamu (Nexus 6). @boysetsfire helps me make cool bootanimation and wallpapers
Hope the experience on mako is just as buttery smooth as the shamu variant.
Just tested and unfortunately, franco kernel test build won't boot
Was waiting for this. Flashed today morning (I'm in India, I flashed the moment it was available ).
Thanks @sykopompos and @zephiK for this awesome ROM. It's running great.
The build is too good to be just a second build (but isn't that the thing for which @sykopompos is known ). Few glitches are there but they are manageable:
1. Can't see Home option (to select launcher) in settings
2. Wallpaper can not be changed.
Kudos!
Great!

Swift and smooth ROM. The only issue I have, is that it drains battery quite fast (cell standby).

Ah, nice. Is NeoKernel as good as the one included?
Hello! a great assembly, I would like to know whether the updated assembly in the near future?
Do you have some screens?
Hi Styxie
I've been using this rom ever since you posted it, as my daily driver. Great work, thanks a lot.
The main reason why I tried it was, because I always was short on storage and got error messages with CM nightly. So I tried this one together with open gapps pico. It solved my problems of low storage and lagging phone.
But I do experience the battery drain issue mentioned by steinarlundemo as well.
Do you plan to address this issue or is there an interim solution to fix that?
Best regards
dribber
Please help! I installed this ROM without problem but I have problem with capacity of storage. I formatted internal SDCard fully and I get the same problem as previos ROMs (CM, CarboonRom nad now LiquidSmooth).
Description about problem with video is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpe...rage-space-t3223302/post63257607#post63257607

Ever since I switched to Lollipop I battled with the same problem. I tried various things to improve the situation, but none of them worked to my satisfaction.
Now with LiquidSmooth the problem is gone.
That's what I did:
I resized my internal partitions (hint: not your internal SD card is the problem, but system and other partitions), used open gapps pico for starters and only added what I actually need.
Result, all my installed apps (and I have tons of them) are still updating successfully. No more annoying messages that an app couldn't be updated.
As a short relief you can try to use some app like clean master to delete caches and junk. It helped me for a while, but since the apps are growing it was only lasting for a short time. And I had to run the cleaner in between app updates to make it work.
So if you are looking for a more permanent solution, the repartitioning is the right choice.
What is left is the annoying battery drain, but it seems that this release will not be maintained. Or the dev is just too busy to send us a reply.
I still keep my hopes up that somebody will find a solution for this, so I can keep using my aged phone for a little while longer
