The TV dock is bloody awesome. It works brilliantly and looks really sleek when connected to my TV.
Anyone know if the T and TL housings are identical (aka the docks are the same)? I assume they are but just want to confirm.

Compared the body of the T and the TL and they appear to be totally identical. So I ordered a TL tv dock since it's sold in the US and a bit cheaper for me.

I got it directly from sony style since I have some points to use to lower the price.
playing movies
A question to the Xperia T and TV dock owner:
is it possible to play purchased movies from various apps like "google play movies" or vlc when the xperia t is inserted in the tv dock?
The description of the tv dock says only "...your own movies...". So I'm a bit sceptical.
FYI the "TL" dock actually is just the "T" dock, says so on the box.
Can you use the tv dock as a charging dock? Without having to plug in the hdmi cable?
Hi guys, just ordered my Xperia Z as a replacement for my S3 as I want to use it as a bike computer without a ridiculously large waterproof case. Has anyone found a way to get ANT+ or BT4.0 sensors to work or do I have to cross my fingers and hope that Android 5.0 provides the libraries for the latter?

Will fake controller works on PS certified on Z1?
i want to know it before i buy the controller...
is there any one that have ps3 tried to pair with Z1 using fake controller?
They will not as they don't recognize the protocol via USB Cable and the Bluetooth is the worse I ever see. If you want really enjoy the game buy the Original Joypad and connect it to Z1 via Bluetooth with Sixaxis. The best.
Source: I had fake one, sold for genuine, just troubles.

Do you mean the fake one?
Why have Sony gone backwards with the z3+ front speakers?. The z3 was much louder.
Any fix for this guys?

Not much we could do - I think. Z3 speakers are fully exposed. Z3+ is more like Z2 in terms of loudness.

I'm starting to think there was no point in the z3+, the z3 is a better phone imho. Should have just waited for the z5! Creedy Sony!?

Z5 has the same speaker placement as the Z3+. It could still be louder, but we'll have to wait and see!
Z5 Speakers are better than Z3+.. But Z3 speakers still the best

But it not working.

Buy Xperia SP if you like leds with music. You will get it really cheap. It is unique due to its three leds which are visible from front and back. I sold it to buy Xperia Z3+ and still missing it.
