I did not want this, I think omnirom has a very slow development, it is almost a pure patch of android KitKat AOSP, what I wanted I did in my rom, merge what I liked best of all roms, achieving performance impeccable.
Its great...
Please if any one. Of you @ashwin007 @xperiafan13
Can port miui 7 pls.. I think many want it
Pls do if anyone of you have time to do so

You can still use it in xt1022 the problem will be that only one Sim card signal will work, that's the only difference between xt1022 and xt1021. And yes, it's kit kat, which is kinda disappointing.

AOKP-ANDROID OPEN KANG PROJECT
What is AOKP?
AOKP stands for Android Open Kang Project. It is a custom ROM distribution for several high-end Android devices. The name is a play on the word kang and AOSP (Android Open Source Project). The name was sort of a joke, but it just stuck, just like our infatuation with unicorns.
We fork the source code of Android that Google puts out in the open with every major version release, and we then add the magical unicorn bytes (read: we add some of the coolest features that are both useful and make your ROM awesome).
With AOKP, you can generally do a lot more with your device than what you could do with the original firmware that came installed on it.
Why AOKP ?
We were waiting for when you'd ask this.
There are a variety of reasons why a hilly billy Android user, on a bright sunny day, would suddenly start using AOKP and loving it.
For one, AOKP is lightweight. Most OEMs provide a heavy UI layer over Android and have loads of bloatware (i.e. apps that not everyone use every day, but you cannot remove because they're "baked in" by default). Since AOKP is built upon vanilla Android source, it has neither of the above.
Also AOKP has features that you will not find on your stock firmware. You can have a multitude of toggles to quickly flip a lot of your phone's settings right at your fingertips, or you can launch apps quickly from any screen using our Ribbons.
You can change almost each and every aspect of the OS, from its looks to the way it functions, with total freedom. And did we tell you, AOKP helps you make tacos?

PS: I have not built this rom, I don't even know if I can post this here, it's mostly a copypaste from another CM thread. If you want me to edit/remove this just tell me. I'm just posting this to have one thread for everyone to talk about official CM14.1 nightlies.

What is the difference between your thread and this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/orig-development/official-cyanogenmod-14-1-nexus-4-t3507532
Is it because the other thread is in the "Original" Android Development section and the author might modify the CM 14 code, where yours is in the "Plain" Android Development section and strictly for the stock CM 14?
Not trying to be a smart "you know what". I just truly don't understand. I am going to be installing this in the near future.
Thanks.

I see. Anyway, looking forward to trying this out when I get the time. Chroma is no longer supported and I have been meaning to try CM. I will be reading posts in this thread in the meantime.
Why did you make this thread if you have nothing to do with the ROM?
Can we use third party kernel with this? Specially for Touch2Wake/DT2W?

Will Aurora kernel be supported in this rom?
Is the building complete? I am very inpatient
I whish to test it Thanks always great job
finally ! Good luck !
I am wondering why you wrote to save rom and gapps on internal storage? Can they be saved on an SD Card which is formated as internal storage?
Will this rom support treble?
In other subforum like s5mini it is said that at first a compatible version of twrp is needed to prevent Problems.
I am happy to test it as far as it is available.
