NamelessROM Gerrit Review
What is NamelessROM ?
Simple - NamelessROM is opportunity.
An opportunity to have a voice to the development team of the after-market firmware that you run on your device.
The main goal of NamelessROM is to provide quality development for android devices, phones and tablets alike.
NamelessROM developers are available nearly 24/7 and respond to bug reports and feature requests almost instantly.
This availability will allow you, the end-user, to have direct input into exactly what features and functions are included on the firmware that YOU run.
NamelessROM maintains features and functions of several well-known open-source, AOSP-based ROMs, as well as many features of our own.
See the screenshots in the 3rd post, and visit our website for more detailed information.
NamelessROM = endless possibilities. Unless you have an iPhone, then you're out of luck.

Working/Not working list same as CM12? :silly::silly:
Or i assume if there isnt anything listed things then everything works?

after clean install nfc give fc and cant do anything

friend, good job! but at the moment it is impossible to use because of FCs ...

Just a small problem I had (due to not reading properly) The GApps you have linked is to the 4.4.x files, Might make it easier to link to the 5.0 ones?

Hello laufersteppenwolf!!! can you add split view(multi windows)?

This is quite strange TBH, because I added the NFC fix to this build which is working fine for @sunsettrack4 on CM12...
But I'll look into it

No, I am not working on adding features to the ROM, but making the device work with the ROM

I've just flashed and am also getting an NFC error. Do you know what might be causing it?

Ok got it!!! @laufersteppenwolf

CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

First time installing CyanogenMod 11 to your Galaxy SII G, or coming from another ROM:
- Read the official wiki
- Copy GApps and CM11 zips to your internal SDCard
** Must be at least once on stock ICS or JB before attempting!
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery (not asking to use the kernel, but flash it and use the CWM in it to flash CM)
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM11.0 zip from internal SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from internal SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 11:
- Copy CM11 zip to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM11 zip from internal SDCard
- Reboot
Upgrading from CyanogenMod 10.2:
- Copy 4.4 GApps and CM11 zips to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM11 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- Reboot

one thing i will say,is the boot animation isnt the best.it shows the flying particles for like 3-4 seconds and then the screen goes black until homescreen appears.
apart from that its as smooth as crom 5.6
edit-dark kernel works great apart from cam and video dont work
download and test :good:
thanks
Testing right now, feels good, it is fast and pretty stable. Also Device Control looks promising. I have Nameless as daily for now so i will report in few days. Keep it up
Sensors doest work, no autorotate and auto brightness.
Also Settings / Lock screen / Maximise widgets dont work, but i think that this option works only with AOSP locker, not with DashClock.

Introduction
This is ROM is built from Omni sources, but I cherry-picked (added manually) HALO from paranoid sources. This is my first ROM that I've every built so don't expect it to work perfectly.

Known Issues
Active Display causes SystemUI FC. DO NOT activate it or you will have to wipe data
Halo disappears from the screen completely when hidden (There is an option to disable that, but not in this build. Working on it)
Halo is a bit buggy when rotating the screen. Just disable and enable it from the notification drawer.
Multiwindow is still quite buggy, but that's not my fault. Blame team Omni for not finishing it

Congrats on your great work @paxy97
Just want to check how's the battery life on your home-version. I'm using walter79's and very happy with stability and battery.
You mention also in the bugs section that Active Display crashes?? I'm having no issues at the moment, and I really like this feature.
Any clue why it doesn't work on yours? If this is the case, not sure if I should change or maybe wait a bit.
Also, how is it with the Bluetooth issue? Still ongoing?
Anyway, I thank you for the hard work and the effort you are putting into this... keep it up.

Hm strange, when I flashed this ROM and enabled active display systemUI started crashing and I could do anything except boot to recovery and wipe data :/. Also while I was fixing some issues in the code I noticed that a lot of them came from active display conflicts.
I don't know about bluetooth, but I assume it's still bugged since my build is pretty much omni from source. I haven't changed anything regarding bluetooth.
I will ... until july 22nd, because I'm going on vacation for 3 weeks
For old cm themes. there are 9 commits: https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/c/2790/ #mGerrit
https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/q/status:abandoned,n,z
I'm sorry to say that I probably will not be able to make a CM version, because CM code is too different from Paranoid and I get too many errors that can only be solved by rewriting most of the statusbar and notificationService code (which I have neither the time, not the knowlege for). Sorry again, going back to dirty unicorn porting
Don't sweat over it, I assure you your efforts are highly appreciated.
Thank you for your work and please, keep it up!

I am , my pc has been running 48h straight downloading and building. Now I downloading dirty unicorn sources again, because I messed up the last ones. Hopefully I'll at least get that to build. Should not be too difficult though. It's based on pure omni, so I'll just add our device tree from omni's github and use walter personal github for the kernel, which is amazing btw . So hopefully in about 15h you'll have a build if it runs without any errors
New build coming coming soon (today or tomorrow, depends if it builds and uploads before I go to sleep).
Features:
- walter's personal kernel sources (the ones he uses for homemade builds)
- Omni's multiwindow (it's EXTREMELY unstable. It's still under review on gerrit)
- Omni changes so far
* Theme manager is still giving me a lot of errors so sadly no build with it yet

Yeah, it's much better than active display. Not buggy and doesn't consume as much battery.
Damn it. I just got up, looked at my PC and realised that it failed to build because I'm out of HDD space -.-. I had 30gb free didn't expect it to use that much. Anyway uploading the build when I come home from school
New build 20140613. Check changelog for changes

It WAS a mid ranger when it came out.
Can anyone comment on how the ram memory works on cm13 on L90? Do you see a lot of reloading when browsering?

Any idea if the SD card will ever be writable?
Definitely worth donating for outstanding support. Happy hanukkah, comrade Quarx! Hope, that fellows Kremlin bolsheviks won't nationalize your computer and wouldn't disconnect Russia from the Internet.
Would impatienly wait for future upgrades!
p.s. googlephone, cm13 works better than any other rom for me. Browsing is flawless.

Long story short: i bought these steam keys and couldn't use them, cause i'm not from that region (RU+CIS). They were cheap as hell, and i couldn't resist to try.
So, if some of you are from these regions, and are in need of these games, feel free to use a key. A key is usable only once, of course, sorry.
Moderators, please, don't be harsh, i know that it's not right place to post this kind of information. But people here are nice, so i tought, maybe it's better to give keys here, not to random asshole in reddit.
Code:
QPQNK-WB2ZX-EG5RQ Pillars of Eternity
X9XRI-G8C37-4VAB3 Wasteland 2: Director cut
7D6A5-C2B38-5PD9K Wasteland + soundtrack
:highfive:
For me most annoying issue is gapps errors after update. I know i can reflash gapps every update but it sould be not this way.
Anyway great rom. I love it.

No. Wifi does -not- work. (xt1540)
This should never never happen. How is this even possible in the 21st Century?
Lost trust in the rest of it.
