Hello,
I am a ROM developer.(Look in my signature). However, I am not quite pleased with holo launcher. I recently discovered an old version of ICS launcher which had A FULLY FUNCTIONAL CLONE OF THE ICS SOFT BUTTON BAR. If any dev here is good at apks and all that stuff, then can u please help me to add that bottom bar to holo launcher? Apk attached below...please help!!

I don't think so. You need to have 4.0 and up, or you can install Cyanmobile(2.3.8), or use Button Savior or something similar.
EDIT: I forgot, some kind of soft keys can be activated in cm7 when selecting tablet mode(maybe the option has a little bit different name).

He's using MIUI, and afaik, there are no soft keys in it.

I didn't know that he's using MIUI. You can activate soft keys in MIUI but you need 4.0 and up.
If we cold edit SystemUI.apk i think we can active it

I need soft key in these miui because it is the best miui ever for me i tryed miui v 4 it is good but it's eate the ram i only have 120 mb ram free but in my room miui v 2.4.20 (self edit) i have 240 mb free ram most the time

Alternative
I looked for the same thing but read many threads and it seams there is no way to bring ICS nav bar (or something similar) to a GB rom.
The easiest way is to flash at least an ICS rom on your HD2 (like the one from Tytung) and use one of those 3 methods :
1/ Soft buttons
Use the app "Soft buttons" CAUTION : it's permanent, the only way to remove the nav bar is to re-flash your rom link
2/ Ultimate Dynamic Navbar
Use the app "Ultimate Dynamic Navbar" (link)
3/ GMD Auto Hide Soft Keys
Use GMD Auto Hide Soft Keys (link)
In your particular case, since your are attached to MIUI, you should try MIHOME (MIUI based launcher) on your ICS rom or try to find an ICS based MIUI rom.

But i found a gb rom (cyan mob) with nav bar ( softkey )

Do you have a screen lock? If yes, try to disable it.
I'm using official CM11 nightly 07-16 and it's working fine.

It seems to be a known issue with cm11 m7 and since we got dcma'd we still don't have m8

The Solution!
I had the same issue and i fixed it
the solution:
-Maybe you have some Theme from Theme Chooser CM 11 (I HAD ANDROID L THEME)
-Uninstall all the themes
-set Holo Theme Default
-Fixed!
You can have a lock Password and systemui cant crash!

I have the exact same theme xD but I'm using it now on paranoid android build 8 and I haven't had any systemui crashes today

The official themes for sony xperia i.e Experianz SSP Black n Orange worked fine before lollipop 5.02 update.
But now it does not change taskbar icons or the settings menu.
