One can't simply make a recovery without any details. Use CPU-Z app to post screen shots along with the recovery.img of the ROM. And the mounts command executed in shell.
(There are many guides to get the recovery.img from phone using the dd command)

Would we ever see this on our Note 3?

This is my 3 years old Galaxy S2 with KK 4.4.4.
Are there any chance we would get this on our Note 3?

Until somebody unlocks our bootloader or someone finds a workaround to flash a custom kernel and make it boot up, no.

Or tried to convince main stream developers to create ROMs working with SS (if is it possible at all?).

First of all take a new version of TWRP: https://dl.twrp.me/titan/
2.8.6.0/7.0 is actual, maybe it works better.
Can I update twrp .IMG using an app call flashify?

The error brought there blames the bootloader it not be supported , so it caused the error . even if you install another TWRP , the error will be repeated :good:

Yes.But you can also flash the new recovery directly through TWRP.
Put the recovery on your sd card and for install just choose the ending .img instead of .zip .

Make This tutorial and then try to install the ROM AGAIN With the modified bootloader , you have a bootloader that will not be accepted by any Custom Rom .

OK thanks I will give it a shot..

Yes, you're absolutely right, he needs at least bootloader 4882 and he has the older version 4807.I should have read the screenshot better.
But a newer TWRP is a good idea nevertheless.

TWRP 3.0.0-1 question

I usually flash images via my PC, which is currently down. Has anyone had experiences with image flashing in twrp? Stable? Any major problems I should be aware of?
Thanks

The new version of TWRP 3.0.0.1 is able to flash img-files. But every IMG I have flashed was/is available as flashable zip-file.
For N6 you could look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3059493

Thanks I'll give it a read. I've been wanting to try N and being there are no flashable zips available yet through twrp I was considering flashing system and boot via twrp. Would it work?

I've not tried that myself. I would not try flashing N beta, as long there is no PC available to solve issues.
Better ask in this thread.
