i was told you would have to decompile the apk instead of extracting it
use apktool or ticklefish it may help

Hey guys,
I want to do a simple edit in my JP6 framework-res.apk to delete the task manager button that shows up with the home-button-long-press. I already decompiled the apk but i can't find what i need to change.

the LGLauncher needs to be decompiled with its dependency, i dont know which file that is :+

Use Eclipse and the ADT plugin to make your app and then, if you right click your project ,there is an option to export it as a signed apk.
But you have to know the Java programming language.

try using baksmali and smali. i found this tutorial somewhere in the internet or xda itself. dont remember.
