Xposed doesn't work with lollipop because of the change from Dalvik to ART.If the developer will make it support ART seems to be not clear atm as far as I know.

Any permanent fixes for this without disabling Play Services.
Why doesnt it affect stock Android or is Google not sharing the fix?
PS. I have tried G Play Services, App OPS and unfortunately they dont work
The fix is to flash 4.4.4.

Just download the attached apk, install it and apply the theme.
It should work on all Lollipop / Marshmallow stock based roms on xxhdpi capable devices. It might not work without root (you tell me...)
Note that you will see the lockscreen effects only if you have installed a ported version of the Xperia X systemUI.
