I can help with the translating. Only into polish and german though.
I have certificates in both english and german, polish is my native tongue. I don't really know much about fitness but i will gladly help. It is the first time I will try translating someting "real" not only as exercise therefor its for free. If you are interested just contact me.

Why dont go to the courses or dont ask for help in specialists? I think that you can't learn languages without people who know this language.
