I've created an international group for Android One users on Telegram app.

Telegram is fast, secured, supports bots and stickers, and of course, much better than WhatsApp for group conversations.
I would also request the developers of Android One to join the group. It will help the users in reporting bugs, giving suggestions, and, have a fun talk with other developers.
