i've unlocked my HTC Desire 500 (single sim) but not replaced the original stock firmware. How can I restore the bootloader and unroot the phone?

it will stay. resetting is different from unlocking.
I have sim unlocked my from O2 Uk and it has remained unlocked even after flashing the custom Roms .. no problems whatever
Hey guys. Just bought one HTC Sensation Xl, but unfortunately it is SIM Locked on Orange Romania.
Already Unlocked it`s Bootloader and Rooted the phone. But from this point i`m idealess.
Do you guys have any tip for Sim Unlocking in order to use it on other providers? Is updating it`s rom an option for unlocking this phone?

Hello i have an htc one m7 that was initially locked to orange, i had it unlocked using a card that was inserted to flash some code.
For this card to be able to flash the code.. the htc was rooted and had S-off.
After the card flash that code i could use any sim in my htc one
Now there is a system update available.
My question is if i update will i lose my unlock, brick my phone ?
What do you guys recommend that i should do ?

I finally sim unlocked my HTC One (sprint) im running 4.1.2 ... I want to install custom rom, but I dont know, if simunlock will remain in my phone or not?
for example if i flash viper rom its possible to use my VODAFONE CZ sim card?

I just got an HTC One M7. I want to root it vs using WeakSauce. I don't want to S-Off and unlock the bootloader since root can be cleared, unlocked bootloader cannot. Any methods I'm missing?
