I'm surprised nobody else has chimed in with the original location. They reside in-

You'll have to open the apk like it's a zip file. I used Root Explorer and clicked "View".

The Browser,Phone,AppDrawer,Messaging And the Magazines icon which were leaked have been recreated by MuSaddiq, I have Repacked the leaked Icons and the Wallpapers of the new Samsung Magazine UX into an Apk for easier installation for new people around. with newer icons from the Galaxy S5 apps which have been leaked till date.
New icons and wallpaers will be added as soon as i get my hands on them.

I like it but it doesn't work too well in portrait. On my nexus 7, the artist/ title info is compressed to a corner instead of using the width of the tablet like the default skin.

This thread had been opened, before the phone had been released.
i had made those wallpapers, before the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, has officially come to stores.

What exactly do you mean by ''made by myself" ? They are from Samsung.
