rear camara not working
i have gionee m2 8gb virsion.. after installing hive my rear 8 mp camara not working.. same happen when i install offcial 8 gb kk rom.. but after installing ota update provided by gionee my camra is working again.. i think camara fix can be found in 132 ota update provided by gionee. ithink iwill help you to find camara fix for new 8gb model relesed after october.. tnxx i hope youll provide camara fix soon..

I'm using Xolo Hive UI Room from my m2 but its rear cam does not working... how i solve this problem?
What steps have you done to make this Port of the MT6592 to MT6582? I tried a tutorial here but not found. I would do the reverse process.

Bugs in the Unofficial CM12 (Gionee M2)
I installed the unofficial CM12 in my Gionee m2 and found some bugs that are still in the ROM.

BUGS
1. Sensor is not working for Calling & Brightness.
2. I am using Vodafone network in my SIM slot 1 , its working fine but the signal is low compared to stock ROM. You might face problems while calling.
3. Some features like Wi-fi & Bluetooth were not working temporarily. They got fixed automatically after 2-3 reboots.
4.The sound quality of the Rear Speaker became poor. (As compared to other Custom ROMs like Dark L)
5. Most importantly the stock camera App does not support video recording
You cannot install CM12 via any other recovery. You have to install Philz Recovery to Flash CM12.
I did not encountered any other issues on my device.
The ROM is amazing and a huge thanks to the developer who made this possible. If the bugs can be fixed, it will become the best option for Gionee M2 users.

I have installed Cyanogenmod 12 on Gionee M2 & tried so many ways to root. Even though the Cyanogenmod 12 is pre-rooted. It fails to access the root apps like Romtool Box, MobileUncle Tools....etc.
Is there any solution to root perfectly Cyanogenmod 12 of Gionee M2?

Hey, im new in porting roms. And i did some research. I found out a guy ported c5 ultra dual rom to a7000(as i understood) so i decided to port Lenovo A7000 miui v7 to our device. my question is will it work...

I have recently purchased the ZUK Z1 and am already tired of the endless bugs that keep showing up from time to time. My device is running on the COS 12.1 and I was wondering if there are alternate ROMs that the members of this forum can recommend.

Try the NucleRom it's awesome with minor bugs, and the developer is active so you have support and updates.
