Hey guys. I just decided to try Samsung S6 or S6 Edge. Looking for some great cases to protect it! But also I don't wanna spoil the original look of it since the design's so unique and beautiful! Anyone knows where I could find these cases available now??

Hit up Vajacases @ www.vajacases.com they offer a GS5 case so very likely they will offer one for the GS5. Plus unlike Apple, Samsung actually gets their accessory vendors in on the design so they are ready at launch where Apple forces everyone to wait, penalizes them for using leaked designs from further Made For I accessory options, like who cares. Do you have to have permission to make a case for a phone anyways. I can't imagine aftermarket car accessory vendors have to get permission to offer floor mats or other accessories.
One more thing . . . I did a quick Amazon search for Galaxy S6 Edge Cases and chose Leather/Faux Leather box and the search results are below.

looks like a spigen clone to me. 90% of the cases out there are spigen copies, they are top notch cases so everyone tries to replicate them.

I'm not sure I would say that they are copies OF spigen... most of these cases are made in the same chinese factories, it's just that we understand spigen's cases to be the in the top percentage of quality. But that's like arguing that Sheetz has better gas than BP has, although they both buy from the same supplier.

Spigen cases aren't made in china, and they actually have their company Headquarter in the US..

not to be rude, but we're suppose to believe your review when you got the cases for free? not all companies throw away free cases to beggers for a review, maybe you got turned down because good cases don't need to be given away for review. companies usually give away cases when they don't make many sales... also, amazon reviews are flawed because competitors can leave negative reviews to others.. buy good brand and be done with it.

I think you're a little wrong with that comment, agreed many cases do look similar to what Spigen make, but who copied who lol I think there's a growing consumer trend for cases that are either sleek and stylish or functional or protective. And pretty much all mobile phone case manufacturers have caught onto that trend, so it's now and immensely saturated market with everyone producing cases very similar to one another. I guess the benefit of this is they're all fighting for sales, which often means reductions in prices, good for us

its easy to know who copied who.. Who came out with the first Neo Hybrid? Spigen. now there is a flood of them. anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional or hasnt been buying cases for very long to have known what Spigen cases have looked like for years..

So I was hoping we could talk about high quality cases that look good and may cost more than the usual cases found on ebay etc. Even though I understand cheap is good at times I do prefer my cases to be of a high standard to hold my precious Nexus 7.

Saddleback is GOOD stuff. Might have to see if they have one that will fit the N7, otherwise might be able to request one.
Someday I'd love to get a Saddleback Attache. They are beautiful and will last long enough to pass down to grandkids (I don't have kids yet)!

Timbuk2 makes really great cases. They are currently on sale for the kindle fire. I have double checked the dimensions and it will def fit the Nexus 7. The great thing about the Timbuk2 cases are the functional design. They have a pillow style memory foam padding and ballistic Nylon outside, and a plush, velour faux fur lining for the inside. The faux fur really goes a long way to keeping the screen and body scratch free.
I have 2 on order. They have a couple of different color combos to choose from. I am def into the sleeve style cases. I don't understand why anyone would want to put their tablet or e-reader in a jacket. They are designed to be held, especially the Nexus 7. The rubber back just begs to be gripped.
I'm hoping for a nice case from Incipio. Love the case from them that I have on my Galaxy Nexus.
I went with the roocase super bubble and XOSkin screen protector. I will eventually get a TPU case but don't really like any that are out now.
Those handcrafted leather ones look amazing though! Very nice brand name for other leather goods, but I didn't know they made this line of stuff.

I've asked Oberon Design if they're planning to make one for the Nexus 7. http://oberondesign.com/e-reader-covers-4/siena-ereader-covers.html I've had two of their covers and they're amazing. Their tablet cover isn't intricate like their Ebook reader covers but the quality is definitely there.

Looking at the dimensions, the Nexus 7 should fit nicely. The quality is really drawing me in. But they're kind of expensive.

Actually, I got a reply this morning - a good one:
"We are looking into making a cover specifically for the Nexus. We have one ordered and once we receive it we will be able to develop our design. I don’t know at this point if the siena style will be an option or not. We will have to see. Stay tuned for more information on our website and facebook page.

Does anyone know if the official N7 case works as a horizontal kickstand?
I bought the Timbuk2 Plush Sleeve, which is designed for the Kindle Fire, but the Nexus 7 is within the maximum dimensions. I've always been a big fan of their stuff and this sleeve is no exception... super nice!
FYI... I can confirm the Plush sleeve for the Fire fits the N7 perfectly.
I also asked a G+ question to Vajacases.com. Genuine Argentinian leather products. I began using them on my Sony Clie back in the days of pdas
Awesome product, almost to the par of Oberon cases. I have one on my wife's old Nook but looks great.

Its highly likely that this same case from Blurex, Moko, IBlason, Yomee, Khomo have all come from the same chinese vendor.
None of these companies makes the cases themselves. They buy from China and then resell, its a pretty solid business deal. Almost anyone can start a company in the US peddling Chinese goods, just go to http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/612200809/for_google_nexus_7_case.html

Exactly, the thing I hate most is the cases for the nexus 7, none are unique other than the book covers at this moment, all come from china and alibaba.
BTW, I just got the KHOMO Leather Flip Case Cover Stand with Hand Strap today, and it's AWESOME for the price I paid, seriously buy it, the quality is amazing too!

I really wish I could, but the only camera I have is the nexus 7 front facing, but I assure you, you will think it's leather, it almost even smells like leather, and feels like it too, and a fine suede interior.
I am sold. Just placed the order for the flip case from amazon.

Just got my case in. Im very satisfied with it, the fake leather and microfiber don't feel cheap at all, it feels nice and doesnt add any bulk to the case. I recommend it, great value for the price.
I like this $7.00 case a lot more than I did my $50 Portenzo case.
Seriously guys, the 3.99$ case, is awesome too, doesn't even remotely feel cheap, these better be sold out by the time I look at them tomorrow, BUY THEM!

it covers the bezel part and i would like to avoid anything on the front part.

I cancelled the bluerex order today and ordered khomo but the one that is price at 6.99
I am looking for the best REAL leather case that anyone knows of that will be out. Or even some high quality leather case maker that you have used on another phone that you do not know if it will come out. No problem, just another forewarning that it has a magnetic clasp system. It might affect the screen, creating a dead spot while in the case. Not too sure if it can cause permanent issues just know there was a thread going around warning about the issues with magnet cases. I'm also assuming for that price that its faux leather, just another aspect of the case to bear in mind. Other than that it does look pretty nice :good:

Yeah, my hope is the magnet is too weak to cause issues.
This will be my theme park case so I can consolidate my wallet and phone into one.
And for the price I won't mind if it takes some damage unlike the cases that are 4-5x as much.

so i decided to say screw it an order the deep khaki color of that case
I want to get me another protective case,cover for my sgs note 2 N7100. Currently i am using samsungs protective Cover+ and it's a bit to smooth, slippery when i am holding it and it only protects my phone from scratches
I have the tough case from case mate on my sgs 3 and i think i looks big compared to how small a sgs 3 is, especially compared to my current phone a note 2 which is bigger then a sgs 3. I would like to hear your opinions on how good the tough case for a note 2 N7100 is and if theres any cheaper alternatives i can get with free or at a resonable shipping to denmark (DealExtreme is so slow, more then 14 days i have waited for 2 cheap screen protectors for my note 2 with free shipping, so i don't wont to wait that long)

Just IMHO, UAG and Tough Case are at the top of my case list for all around stylish with adequate protection and minimum bulk.

don't know how the shipping would be to Denmark but these are 2 of the best cases I've used on my note so far, thats saying a lot since I have a dozen lol.. they fit snug, have easy port/button access, feel nice and have grip and are totally worth the price IMO

The demand for it so overwhelming they ran out of stock. So whoever placed an order last month will be getting their case next week (you should check on the same page, someone already received it). Yeah, so they are out of stock but I'm sure it will be back soon. Just have to wait. Not sure what do you mean about reviews. There is only one post with someone who already received it on Sat and absolutely loves it. Wait till next week when you going to see a lot more detailed reviews in this forum.

I missed the part about Denmark! A lot of sellers have that case, though, and some are probably direct from China or HK. I imagine they would ship to you very reasonably.

Reviews of what? Nobody HAS it yet. People review a picture, and either say they "like it" or "hate it". Nobody has reviewed the actual product yet to confirm the quality and the fitment, which I'm sure not going to let us down.
I handled a number of Note 2 cases, read/watched a lot of reviews from actual note 2 users (not those "everything is great" reviews on YT because they want extra clicks). What I found, all these cheap ebay cases are OK as a temp solution, but the material is inferior and will stretch after awhile (especially those dual layer with silicon inner shell). Otterbox Defender is a massive brick with a flexing screen protector and people complaining about echo, Commuter has a slippery back, Seidio Active inner silicon will stretch and get loose at the top and the bottom after awhile (pulling away), Surface is pain in the arse with two interlocking halves, Ballistic corners are over exaggerated and bulky, Trident Aegis is nice but the back doesn't look even, even Beyond Cell Tri-Shield got some negative reviews with sub par material and inner silicon shell pulling away at the top/bottom, flip cases are nice to protect screen but not the whole phone protection and pain in the arse when you need to take a picture and/or constantly flip it open when you need to use the phone. Also, keep in mind if you want to use car mount, some of these cases will not fit in, etc. Again, this is just my personal opinion, everybody entitled to one and some will disagree with me. I'm looking for a case that you can lie down evenly on the back (without any wobble) or the front (thus also having a decent lip protection), power/volume buttons not too hard or too soft, case is not too bulky and slides in/out of the jeans pocket without picking up too much lint, fits in general grip car mounts, has a decent drop protection, easy to take phone out of the case and at the same time has a snug fit with no edges pulling away or loosing up after awhile, and with a unique design Is that too much to ask? lol!!! Hoping UAG case will be able to meet all these requirements, and Case-Mate Tough Case will be my back up case!

This is the only ebay case I haven't tried This one might actually work because it has plastic outer shell covering top/bottom. Waiting for my UAG and Tough Case to arrive next week!!!

product is temporarily unavailable because all of their first batch has been pre sold, and it is currently chinese new years so more cases arent being made until after the 15 day holiday.
99% of the reviews on the page are useless since only a few of them actually have the physical case.
price i didnt have a problem with since someone on xda shared a discount code.

Sorry man if English is not your first language (I wasn't born in US either ), but these are NOT ACTUAL reviews of the product. The product just started to ship a few days ago. ALL of those reviews are from people who DO NOT have the case yet. They just looked at the picture and making a comment if they like the picture or do not like the picture. Did you read those reviews? Don't look at # of stars, those are people IMPRESSIONS of what they think about the product based on the picture on UAG site.
Do you want to read actual review of the product UAG already released? Go to Amazon and search for UAG Galaxy S3. You will find 933 reviews with an average rating of 4.75 stars. That is a reason why this case is so hyped up. People expect it to be as good as S3 case. The comments on Note 2 page of UAG are NOT reviews, those are comments about people either saying "looks cool" or "why did you change the design from S3 version". Plus, you get a few negative comments from people who are waiting for their case and still haven't received it yet. Those are comments with "effen" references lol!!!

I just was referring to the delivering problems they have, like people is saying they have ordered it and it took a long time before they started to ship it.
Watched this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySorsozRZxQ and the sgs 3 version looks different then the note 2 version (why? only because of the size difference?), how is the grip? the 2'nd custom review i so of the sgs 3 version thought it was a bit slippery, dont like the corners so much on the note 2 version, find them a bit to big,bulky.
When is it possible to buy one and is the price the same as the tough case (40 $) that i know has a good grip. Mabye i have missed something (if i did miss something i will read it again ), but why the UAG before the tough case?
I appreciate your opinions and i'd like to hear more opinions on a good case,cover for my note 2, i just don't want to buy the tough case if theres one that much better although i have the feeling that the tough case i one of the best, top of the line.
There was a coupon "friends50" that you could use with Tough Case to buy it for $20. You can't use it on-line anymore, but if you can contact them (probably calling directly is not an option for you?) maybe they can honor it?
Again, just my personal opinion since I have been "studying" these cases for the last couple of months I put UAG before Touch Case because of its lighter 1-piece design and a more modern urban look (I like the reversible orange/black grill on white Navigator for my white GN2), versus Tough Case offering blue/grey 2-piece design. I'm getting both of them to have my own hands'on experience. I know everybody raves about Tough Case, but I have to see how that inner bumper feels. So far I didn't like any designs with inner silicon cases, but read Tough Case inner bumper is more like TPU sturdy. Will see... Yes, I'm a little bit biased toward UAG, but it can all change once I have both in my hands and compare one to the other.

I've only had mine a month, but it looks exactly how it did when it was new. If you're looking to try others out, put this one on your list. I actually just ordered another in blue. My wife got a dark purple one, and it's so stunning, it makes my black one look boring and sad. The dark blue seems to have recently hit ebay, and I found it for $6.59 shipped. I hope it looks as nice as the purple.

Wow that looks great. I'm probably going to go for this as well. I use a spigen case for my Nexus 5. I dropped my N5 countless times and it is still as good as new. Very happy with their product.

Ringke Fusion cases are some of the best cases I have ever owned. super thin, extremely light, good grip.. lives through drops like its nobodies business, and the port covers are a nice added bonus. I also love how they change the feel of the power/side buttons to give a more tactile feel. it was extremely helpful for me with my N6 2014. Honestly, these cases legitimately have an effect on what phone I buy now. Like one of the reasons I don't want the blu XL or Axon pro is purely because reearth hasn't made any cases for those phones. I'm glad to see there is already one for the 5X.
But can we find more cases of another phones on same website ?

+1. Love Diztronic and Cruzerlite TPU cases.
Perhaps its foolish to order four weeks ahead of the 5x delivery date... but the whole thing's been an impulse buy, so I ordered this one last night:

Hmmm... meh, I'll probably look for something a bit more discrete. I have the Spigen slim armour, or whatever it is called for my Nexus 5.
