Overview
Being a development site, I'm using this thread for development purposes only. also for the fact that this device forum has more activity than most other moto_msm8960 devices.
There will not be a public link in this thread until the last known existing error in this firmware is resolved.
Non-working
- RIL
Working
- MIUI v6 Camera
- MIUI v6 Scanner
- All Xiaomi HW unique apps
- Everything else
Outside of RIL, everything functions the same way it would on an actual Xiaomi device.
When PatchROM is inevitably released it will STILL not have the features or 'fullness' of a project like this.
With that being said I haven't been active in v5 development and I realize I neglected this device and folks on JBBL in general but working on other firmware was just more interesting. but as my moto_msm8960 device dies I would like to see the devices associated with it get a FULL and complete MIUI; something normally exclusive to people who buy the Xiaomi phones.
Download
If you are an experienced developer that feels they can contribute to or help resolve RIL issues in MIUI v6 I would be willing to share developer-alphas for the sake of progress. Please be in touch
Also this is not vaporware, I'm just not willing to release a preview of something that can be used for everything but as a phone to make calls with. If XDA moderators remove this thread I will not re-open it.

Thread closed. We Dont make threads without something to post.

Currently it only allow you to track times, I will add reports/exports/mail/other feature later (and before end of the month lol)
I'm working on full english/french support, if anyone wants to bring more translation do not hesitate to contact me!

More Information :
Hello,
Here is my first WP7 application!
It's still under construction but I'm posting here to get some feedback from users...I made it for myself at first, I may push this to the official marketplace later (free of course).
Comments (positive and negative) are welcome as well as help (design, idea, code optimizations, ...)
Hope some will like this!
See ya',
DarkAngel
I will update this post with release updates!
I don't know why no one has reply but it seems like a good app. I'll try it when I get a moment

The link appears to be down, shame I was interested in testing this. My employer is getting more and more interested in time justification. Sounded like just the thing to do the job for me.

[APP][4.3+] Active Display

After receiving many requests to make Active Display available to more devices as a standalone solution, I decided to give it a try. For those that are unfamiliar with this, I developed an open source alternative to Motorola's implementation of active display found on the Moto X. It originally appeared in ChameleonOS and I provided others with the necessary commits to incorporate this feature into other ROMs. That original thread can be found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2450697.
After quite a bit of work I have managed to get most of the features found in the original implementation into a standalone app that should work on any device running Android 4.3 and up. So for those of you that have wanted to give Active Display a try but are not on a ROM that has it integrated, your wait is over. I've created two variants of the app on Google Play. One is a free download and is supported via in-app adds and the second is a paid version which is free of all ads. If you know how to build ROMs, you can always check out the thread regarding incorporating Active Display into your ROM, which would be the equivalent of the ad free paid app.
Now for the links to the apps!
Active Display (ad supported)
Active Display (ad free)
Working on Android is a labor of love but sometimes it is nice to be compensated for all the hard work. The original implementation will remain free and open source while I continue development on the stand alone version to help bring this feature to more devices running stock and custom ROMs.
Can you please explain what Active Display does exactly again? thanks!

[ROM][5.1.1][AOSPA] ParanoidAndroid 5.1 | XPERIA ARC [07-27-15]

Welcome to the world of Paranoid Android.
This ROM at its current stage is not for everyone. It is very close to stock and does not feature x, y, and z like other ROMs do. What made it famous once is the great bunch of developers behind it, bringing most innovative features to Android devices, carving a path to what is Lollipop today. Immersive mode, per app settings, halo, hover, pie, are just some of them worth mentioning. Meanwhile, the devs are busy with the real world, currently building OxygenOS for One Plus. Whether or not PA will return to its former glory, we can not know. Devs that are still there say good things will come this summer. Let us hope so.
Flash this ROM if:
You are PA nostalgic.
You do not mind things being broken occasionally.
You like speed and basic AOSP.
You like being unique.
You are paranoid.
You are cool.
Do not flash if:
You do not know what AOSPA/PA is.
You like stable ROMs with regular release cycles.
You have no time or know how to do logcats.
You ask too many questions.
You are uncool.
This ROM uses CM device tree and AOSPA Legacy sources for everything else. Flash at your own discretion, I do not feel responsible for anything that might happen to your phone as a result of using it, or consequently anything else in your life. I like breaking and fixing stuff, so if your phone breaks I will try to help in fixing it but no promises made. Download links in second post. Other stuff in third.
And, most importantly, #stayparanoid.

Hello everyone! Beru Shinsetsu here! I'm making this thread to tell you all about me and share the achievements I have done inside and outside of XDA.
I'm a 19-years-old Turkish trans girl; who tinkers around Android custom ROMs, Linux kernel; contributes to as many open source projects as possible; and does all these through a phone. (The reason why is because my parents tend to take my laptop from me so I have to do all these through a phone. :/ )
I own a General Mobile 4G (Android One 2nd Generation, codenamed seed) and a Vestel Venus V5 (codenamed Teos). And I was the tester of RevengeOS Android 11 for seed.
For the achievements I have done, here they are;
• Helped seed maintainer, trkzmn, to get Android 11 up on it as tester.
• Built 6-7 Android 10/11 ROMs for seed, got face unlock up on the ones supporting and done massive fixes for issues on some.
• Got the first custom ROM to boot on Teos, with @nift4's help - Almost flawless.
• Since Vestel loves to keep their kernel sources closed-source, @nift4 and I ported a CAF kernel to it, which is much better than what they have.
• Developing my own custom ROM, Project Kasumi.
I have been on XDA community for quite a while now. I don't remember since when though.
And after all, nice to meet you all! Hope I can be more active around!
