No, unfortunately not... Like I've said in many threads before....
This rom, and many others are not only dead in development, but also dead in hosting... GONE, LOST FOREVER!!!!
I had a work with one of the members of PAC team, and for some reason he then decided to DELETE the entire N(7000)ote section altogether, not even leaving it for archiving purposes....
Personally, I think PAC have lost their way since JB rom anyway, as the KK edition was useless in comparison....
It's a pity no one (other than Bauner) really, are supporting our device anymore... which is a shame, as YES I know it's old now... But its still powerful enough to run Lollipop. Heck, I've seen it running on worse hardware, and even the S2 is getting more love than the Note....
Look to China, they're still knocking out roms...

Same thing is going on 4PDA. by the way, I am stumbling upon one dead ROM download link after another, trying to find a decent ROM

Hello, I use vanir for several weeks. Very satisfied. But unfortunately I have a problem: the phone once a day loses network. Fix this problem only helps to reboot. On the stock 4.1.2 this was not. When I changed the service provider, on the stock phone began to wake up several times a night. On vanir statistics show no awakenings. I have spent quite a bit of time tinkering with this. Thanks for uploading it. I have stripped out all the apps that require a google login for any real functionality. I have removed some of the bloat, and moved some of it so the user can uninstall without root. I added a few small apps for functionality. I updated a few apks and swapped out a couple of lg's apps for the AOSP versions. I also updated the su binary before I pulled the image and zipped it up tonight. It's uploading to mega now, but I am waiting on word from one developer about license for their app, which is included as one of the data apps. Would you like to take a look at it and see if there is anything you'd like to work on while I wait for approval to distribute with that one app?

can you unite your forces to create a kernel with System Write protection disabled and doubletap2wake both?
i suppose it's extremely needed to have both this features together
more than that, htc one mini has got such great Modified HBOOT. i'd like to get rid of this annoying red message on the boot screen. is our device suitable for it?
and for @bilal_liberty: sorry if i don't understand something, but apps like poweramp (music player) or quickpic (gallery) didn't recieve the opportunity to delete files from external sd. why is it so?

The promise is granted.
I will update to latest stock as soon as i'll find some time.
Especially djb77 was very helpful and it won't be such a mess to upgrade with his work already done.
I got further plans anway, but maybe it's to early to talk out now
