Hi.
It's not just about Cancelling Calls before the other side picks up, but I can't make a call unless I add the number to my Contacts. Using stock Android dialer. Have tried various Dialer from Playstore, and they do let me dial a number without having to add it to Contacts, but they all offer no way of cancelling a call once the phone has started to dial. Have tried various Kitkat dialers but they don't run. Also there is no option for Speaker Phone
P.S. There is a setting in "Accessibility" which lets me "End call with Power Button", so this solves one issue.

I have a missing button in my WM6.5 ROM (the 'go back') as illustrated in the screen shot - and despite extensive trawling both the ROM and all over XDA, to my embarrassment have been completely unable to identify the missing component. So time to ask for some help...

I would very much appreciate some help from anyone who has looked into / understood the file structure comprising the stock WM6.5 Dialler and can suggest a good place to look

In answer to my own question...... I have now identified that there were two small image files missing as follows:
Evidently without the back arrow image, the button itself does not display; the handset icon was also missing from the green Talk button.
Hopefully if anyone else happens to encounter a similar issue this may be of use to help resolve.

As i konw. that's because you should have a lite rom or have other dialer installed. this happened all due to the incompletion of the dialer. usually the dialer should include the fuction of the contact book, obviously ,your dialer is incomplete. you may have this installed and may have your problems fixed.
The new kitkat dialer is awesome, in that it allows you to search for the phone numbers of businesses and places not stored in your contacts. This is a feature I use constantly for work.
I have noticed a serious bug related to the search feature that will wakelock the device. Here are the reproduction steps:
1.) Conduct a search via the dialer app for a business or nearby place.
2.) Call the number. Then end the Call.
3.) Repeat steps 1 & 2 above with 2 additional businesses.
This should cause the dialer app to wakelock the device. I have tested this numerous times and the only way to keep the bug from occurring is to disable the search feature and caller ID features of the new application. (Cache wipes, factory resets, flashing factory images, etc. do not fix this issue. It is a bug with the app).
If anyone has a solution, please post below, but I think we may have to wait for a fix from google on this. 4.4.4 still has the bug.

Hi its my first post in this site!!!
I have a problem with my S3 mini i8190.
I had try to upgrade my ROM from cm11 to 12 but during the installer in recovery mode gas crashed.. It have a errore code and are appaers apixelate and distorded color...
Now if i reboot my phone in recovery mode happens this things and start my cm11 weel.
Then my s3 isnt recognized by my PC (the debug mode is active) and i have try with app like ROM manager or similar but recovery mode dont start.
help me please

This is a question/request for an mod/app for SNAPREFF.
Short Story:
I work at a local community.
We have a snapchat account to make a bound between members.
I therefore installed Xposed and Snapreff so members can send me a snap, and I will post there snaps on the "My Story" section.
We are now about 100 persons on that snapchat account, and Im starting to get tired of doing the same steps every time some member sends a snap:
Snap received -> Open snap (auto saved) --> go to gallery --> Send by Snapreff --> Hold record for 3 sec --> My story --> Sent
Is there anyone that has a kind of Macro app/mod that will work from "Screen Off".
I will really appreciate it a lot.

The main issue is regional wi-fi limits!
For example: I have Sony Xperia Z3 with russian simcard and it perfect works with wi-fi 5Ghz on 100+ channels. Sony Xeria X Perf. without sim works perfect too in 5Ghz 100+ch, but when I'm inserting simcard of rus region, phone can't see wi-fi spot, while I change channels from 36 to 60. But my TV don't works on this channels
Put in sim - no working 5Ghz 100+ch, put out sim - all working
HATE IT! First time meet this problem.
