Method to add new BG image
Just download the below apk
1.use 7zip or root explorer to unzip the apk
2.Go to res-drawable mdpi folder search for panel_bg.PNG and edit with ur desired png
4.Then zip the exracted follder rename it to SystemUI.apk using root explorer.Thats it
But dont forget to upload the ss here.

Hello!
I made those icons for me to use on my Galaxy S. There are two versions: one is colored, one is black and white.
As you will see this is a work in progress. This small count of about 17 icons suits me fine but if there is interest I will add more.
I've made a README inside the *.zip but I'll post it here too:
Icon sets for Android devised HOW TO:
1. Put icons folder somewhere in phone memory but make sure it's a place
which is allowed for your image viewer to scan. (I've set manually image folders in Qpic
although I am sure most people don't bother doing this)
2. Install Desktop Visualizer.
3. Make Desktop Visualizer widget 2 columns by 1 row.
4. Tap the new widget.
5. Follow the on screen instructions.
Notes:
- this icon set was created and tested with Samsung Galaxy S I9000
but should work perfectly fine for smaller screens.
- I've shared my *.psd file so that people can edit it and do whatever
they want with it
- the icon set was created by XDA user HeavenCanWait

Just another picture frame widget for ur homescreen..
Feature :

++how to++
Just install this app(must install in internal storage). then in ur homescreen add widget.. and choose dcsms frame widget 4x2. It will bring u to widget config.
Grab ur picture and apply it..
To change the frame.. just swipe those image preview then choose apply...
To download skin... just simply press the round image in top right corner...it will bring u to the list of online skin... choose 1 to download and it will automatically add to your skin list...(make sure ur internet conn available)
-if u want manually copy ur skin..just paste it in sdcard/DcsmsFrameWidget/skin
-++How to create ur own skin++
Just simply rename those sample.dc file into sample.zip n extract it
U will find skin folder .now edit those frame.png . The mask.png is the mask area for the picture....it should be solid color
-desc.xml contain info about ur skin
Lebar means ur skin's width and tinggi is ur skin height
-after u finished editing... select those skin folder,desc.xml and send to zip or compress it....
Rename it into urawesome.dc
-if u want to upload ur skin to server.. just simply click the arrow image... then choose ur skin...it will upload automatically uploaded.. so everyone can use ur awesome skin too...

hmm..actually i wondering to have s3 lockscreen i will try to create but i don't promise,,
it's not easy to integrated into frmwork
btw need more screenshoots gan
i had mod few of the themes that i like by adding theme accent setting background and transparent lockscreen. to have that transparent lockscreen, you must change the theme as well. hopefully this will be useful to someone. it only work in 4.1.2 10.1.1.A.1.310 firmware. i'm not responsible if anything happen to your device. good luck

4. move the files extracted to your system/app folder in the phone, overwrite the old one, changing the permission to rw-r-r
5. restart

2: Install the .apk file.
3. Go in to the layers app
4. Press the right button at the bottom of the app.
5. Select the apk file from the NavBar you want to use.
6. Reboot your device

Okay ofcourse there will be many possible navbar themes. So if you want a special theme for your device just request a theme and send me three images you want to be inside the theme.
