i try to change my battery icon but after run the app my phone reboot an all it got
is white screen with [email protected] logo only and it freeze there. can any 1 help me.....
My phone build no is 2010.07.18. i can go to boot screen and reinstall package

i have been trying to update my galaxy s to froyo but haven't been able
first i had d issue of kies not recognizing my phone........every solution failed but one formatting d phone so now i hv d phone formatted and kies recognizes it without a problem. also m galaxy is rooted , could that be a problem??????
i tried updating cos it pops up immediately i connect d phone to kies.......after downloading the update components.......i get hooked on the second screen saying preparing update components .........even when i stay for 3 hours it never gets past that stage i contacted Samsung and they said i have to take it to a service center for update........i really don't want to go thru that procedure..........please, what do u think i can do to update my galaxy s.................i have almost 265 apps already installed do i uninstall all of them ...........will that help???????? please i need answers
can u access your phone at the moment? if u do use titanium back up to back your apps
than try updating.. if that doesn't work u can always use ODIN to flash froyo
or spooffw kies to get original updates
Well, thanks a lot. I can access my phone i hv no problem with my phone at all.....i already backep up with titanuim n mybackuppro.... I just gt hookes trying 2 use kies...... Do i need 2 do a factory reset to get my galaxy updated...... I really didnt understand ur last statement abt spooffw kies 2 gt original updates n am really scared of using odin.....
Difficult to understand your post .
One kies will only update firmware if two conditions are met .
One their must be an update on the server for your phones product code .
Froyo should be on the server /
two kies can only update if the phone has correct id product codes etc that match firmware on the server . If the phone has been flashed then it will not match .
Rooting will not be the problem but you could unroot if possible .
Titanium backup pro will backup al your apps .
265 apps installed you may have no room for the update is one thought ,
Two before update turn off AV and firewall .
That fails two choices Samsung Service centre or unofficial path and learn how to flash firmware .

thanks again .........i guess ur last reply was very good.............. i have never flashed my phone before...............and i dont hv problem with kies it detects the phone and starts the update but get to where it says........processing update components and stays there forever.......i have backed up and will try one more time now to update it again and see what happens if i still get stuck on that same screen am going to do a factory reset which i guess will unroot the device and clear all applications so i hope this works for me am so sorry its difficult to understand my post am not so very good at explaining but i guess u understand it enough
thanks again man and this are the screen shots of my kies .......dont know if it could be of any help........am trying again to update and am still stuck on that screen again the preparing update components screen .......am gonna leave it for a while then if nothing happens am gonna reset to factory settings and try again
I tried, I tried, I tried to make that Lg On Screen work, but he don`t whant.
I chage me pin code from phone, but the problem persist. He give me a eror mesage "there is nothing to connect. any ideeals how to make that program work.

Did you have installed the USB driver for your phone?
alrite...thats the same problem i was facing...i searched alot but nothing specific...here is what u need to do inorder to make it working
(em assuming that u already installed drivers, LG OSP etc)
u need a file named "osp_skin_p970.zip"...either goto /system/media and grab the file and extract it to "LG OSP\Phone_skin\P970" in your my documents folder...or i uploaded it for u so u can grab it http://www.multiupload.com/O6MLGJP987

yes of course and i have the lastest on screen phone soft on my computer, I don`t understand what it`s the problem. i will instal on other computer to see if me computer it`s the problem.

I have just got android P update a few munites ago. After restart, My Phone required password as ussual. But it doesn't appear keyboard .... That's amazing ! Now i'm crying over my phone =((( just see , can't touch ! Anybody with knowlege tell me how to solve this problem ! I have no idea now and not good at deeply system. I just bought phone and use it , no root , no unlockBoatloader so far !

I ve got problem too! I got update today .... system->system updates (was on 9.6.17.0) and after downloaded and applying i had option "RESTART"
After restart -> BLACK SCREEN
(Flashing again V9.6.10.0 version, that one was thy only one that worked with MiFlash - newer couldnt install system on my MI A2)

Seems like i have disabled GGkeyboard before cause i used to another keyboard for getting better exp in my language ! After restart several times, i turned off power and like you said : Black Screen !

Hello guys,sorry for my bad english but I rly need all the help I can get,I got MiA2 like several weeks earlier for my birthday gift,tbh I don't like using android one and prefer miui,so I convert it to mi6x with the guide in this forum,it all went well and yesterday I feel like I want to test the MiA2 latest rom so I convert it back to stock,the flash finish and there's no problem during the flashing process,didn't even bootloop or anything,then suddenly I got this bug everytime I open the camera it's always black screen and stuck,so I flash magisk,got the root permission and install cam2api,the bug's not there,sometimes it stuck again but it'll fine after 1 or 2 reboot,but now it's getting worse,even tho I restart it several times or even if I reflash the cam2api or edit it with build.prop editor it's still stuck,what should I do? Pls help me

i have the same problem bro but when i came back to stock my proximity sensor, gyroscope and that didn't work anymore <
so my phone doesn't have automatic rotation actually :/

And what about sensors? I believe you have sensors also broken.
