Looks like you got some launcher corruption man. I would try copying over a known good version of Launcher2.apk to /system/app

reboot the launcher...for that reason i turned off launcher rotation...

that happened to me all the time when I was using the launcher2 mod, just go into options and restart launcher. I would recommend downloading his latest version that he put in android market, I haven't seen it happen since moving on to that latest release.

reboot! had the same problem before and a reboot fixed it all

I have that too but only on a couple of icons...
I'll try a reboot!

Kill the launcher process with a taskman

Thats no theme that is the custom rom ligux you can find it in the thread [custom]cyanogen mod in general

You need install Next Launcher 3D for work this theme

[APP][LP-MM] White or black Sony OnOffTools widgets

Good old OnOffTools widgets are missing in LP / MM stock roms.
Restore them by downloading the attached apk (white or my black version), move it to /system/app, rename it OnOffTools.apk and set correct permissions rw-r--r--
Reboot and enjoy
Note: OnOffTools backlight widget does not work...
