What do you mean it didn't work?
What did you actually do?
If you can't even delete the file, what are you doing installing alpha software?

I am having the exact same issue. My phone rebooted and I get the same message in the Xposed app. I do not have that file that was mentioned to be deleted though. I attached my log, any ideas?
EDIT: I rebooted and it is working fine again!

Nothing in the /data directory
I'm running into the same problem as of this morning. The same line shows up in my log, but "/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf " doesn't seem to exist. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place.
Using ES File Explorer, I navigate to the "/" directory, and open the "data" folder, but there's nothing in there. nor is there anything in the "data" folder in the (emulated) SD card directory.
any suggestions?

The IMEI is not supossed to change, is your phone's UINIQUE number. Try editing the build.prop for model number and see if it works for you.
Thank you so much for an early reply. I am a noob when it comes to flashing roms and changing the builds. I will be very grateful to you if you can provide me with a link which tells how to change the build.

Try this
Take the build.prop from the system folder and copy it in your internal storage
Now in pc open buil.prop from internal storage
Do the required editing in notepad or notepad ++
Save it
Now using root explorer copy the edited buil.prop to system folder with permissions rw-r-r

You can use an Xposed module to fix it.
Else, you will need to decompile a system apk and fix it yourself

Okay, but what module and what parameter??
I fix it myself
Later uploaded for you
It has already been fixed before...
Check this out, it is a bug fix package-just extract it and take the packageinstaller.apk, push to system/app, set permissions and reboot. Alternatively try the one attached, the attached one has a white background (unlike the other one which is black), the white fits in more with Sony's 4.3 firmware.
If your getting an 'android is upgrading' message upon every boot (happened to me ) then move (or cut not copy) the packageinstaller.odex to your sd card/internal memory, reboot, then move it back into system/app, set permissions and reboot again-now it should boot like normal.
Btw you need root and a file explorer that supports root access to follow my method.
It seems to work.
Android updated once and then no problem.
Background is white. Why not.
Thanks a lot.

It is solved by replacing the APK but I had forgotten this module.
So if fixes this bug?
Is there a list of solved bugs?
I will download and apply to test. Thanks...

I'm not sure what's up with this. I've had Xposed installed before and have been using the same CM12 nightly for months. I re-installed the same Xposed I had before and it's telling me it installed but not active. I checked the logs the first time and it said something about a folder not existing or something. But I installed GravityBox LP and it seems to be holding. The only module I really care for is Youtube Adaway.

Make a screenshot of the Framework section within the Xposed Installer and post it here.
Furthermore, provide information about your device, your Android version and your ROM.
What did you do to install Xposed? What files did you try to install? Those are mandatory information, without them nobody can help you.
@kissnarocks02 You solved the problem?

I had a similar/same problem. According to the log there was a ClassNotFoundException starting at dalvik.system.NativeStart.main(Native Method) - some incompatibilities between extended classes. I presumed that as Xposed evolved, at one point the developers decided to rewrite a class or two and used different names as they couldn't guarantee compatibility. Therefore I tried to install a lower version of Xposed, that is v
2.4 (for a Huawei Ascend G6, v4.3). Perhaps this helps someone...

module doesn't appears, can't be uninstalled via magisk and uninmod doesn't work

Hello,
I had Youtube Vanced Black installed and it suddenly disappeared (official youtube app isn't installed).
I tried uninstalling via magisk, but after reboot it still is in the list of modules.
Googleing, I found uninmod, I installed it (v4) without issues, but when running it in terminal I got the following message:
Code:
/sbin/ininmod: line 41: setup_bb: not found
Magisk Module Uninstaller
magisk.img not mounted
Unmounting partitions
Any help please?
BTW, I'm on a Huawei pra-lx3 under RR ROM v5.8.5 and latest version of magisk.

That is because uninmod don't work for magisk v19. You could try to manually delete though by going to root/sbin/magisk/modules. Then reboot.

Well, last thing I can think of is go to all folders under DATA or SYSTEM and delete all the YouTube's that you see, modules or system based. Other than that I am not sure, maybe you could try a downgraded version of Magisk and retry the unimod. Wish I could help more.
