4G Hotspot - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Has 4G hotspot been figured out for any of the newer sense ROMs? I know it works in 3g, just haven't noticed any news regarding 4g. Thanks

Yes and no, I have it working on sense7 however there is things that need to be done on the user end for it to work. I'm trying to make it fully recovery flashable it's just not there yet

any details on this? i'd love to be able to tether without having to force CDMA only. Which Sense 7 rom would be the best place to start? What steps are required?
Thanks!

In a bit I'm hit you up with a pm... I just made it for a stock sense 7 rom I made.

Any chance you might toss that info my way as well?

Any luck with the hot spot. I have not had any luck getting it working.

I would be interested as well.

If there would be enough interest then I could just add a rom thread with the hot spot mod.

Is this still in progress? Just making sure I haven't missed the thread.

SO how about the One m7 w/ sense 6 and lollipop port.... has anyone figured out how to make 4g work on lollipop 5.x with sense 6 or should I just bump up to a port with a newer sense???
Need to jump to something that has full 4g I am loosing my broadband in a week when my roommate moves out but like a stock feel... I don't need a bunch of HTC Bloat or extensive ROM Customizations just want latest OS with full tether capabilities.
Thanks!!

[Q] Custom Ring Request

Hello. I know there is a thread for the custom rings in the Thunderbolt forums but couldn't find the same ones in the HD2 section. So anyway, I tried to use some of them and had no luck. They flashed/installed okay but didn't change the ring. It didn't mess anything up either So I was wondering if someone could figure out how we could use them on our beloved HD2's.
Anyway, Im sure anyone using LeoRCMix 1.9(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1100707) or any other Sense3.0 ROM for HD2 would love to use some of these rings(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1135020) (http://forum.xda-developers.com /showthread.php?t=1136612 of course with OP'S permission
So, hopefully someone can figure out how we can use these awesome Rings. Thanks for your time ,

I have been using colored rings by arkatis (link below) but I am not sure if it is compatible with LeoRCmix 1.9 because it is technically sense 2.1 framework with 3.0 parts. I'm not sure if this makes a difference but I am currently using Dungphps sense 3.0 pyramid rom and the custom rings are working great. Check out this link and I hope it helps you to find what you need. You might want to PM Arkatis and see what he can do about possibly making rings for Leo RCmix.

Awesome. Thanks. I did see those rings but really like the ones in the threads I provided. But I like your suggestion on PMing Arkatis. Maybe he can take the ones from the thread with permission of course and make them work for this ROM. Anyway thanks for the response
BTW: Is there any Full Sense 3.0 ROMS? Ones that are only 3.0? Or do they all have old since with 3.0 parts? And if so, is this due to not having the Gingerbread source code yet? Anyway, Thanks

I don't know how it stacks up to the ones you mentioned since I've only tried one. Now I know this is mostly preference but if you have tried the one im using and the two you mentioned which seems to be the better of the three? Again I know to each is own but I like others opinions as well
BTW: Rings work on this ROM You were right about it having to be full 3.0

I have yet to try the Rom you are currently using but I have tried your previous Rom (LEORCmix 1.9) and I have been switching back and forth between the two links above and at the moment I am really happy with Dungphp's pyramid Rom. It is super fast! I actually have been using the EU version of the Rom on my TMOUS HD2 because I like the SD-Ext. That being said, I am looking forward to the new release of Angeldeath's Rom on 7-22 because it should be the most up to date sense 3.0 Rom out! But of course you are right, this is just my opinion

The EVO 2.2 ROMs that were ported always gave me great battery life, I am curious to see if this holds true for this 2.3 EVO port.
Ok I am transfering the de sprinted one to my SD Card to see if it worked. Then I'll upload. Give me like 20 minutes lol

If you just used the porting guide, MMS and EMMC mounting are probably broken on this build.
I ported an evo ROM and got the MMS working, but never fixed EMMC. I can help with that if you need me to, it's pretty simple.
Good luck!
nascar for sprint
sprint football live
sprint boot animation
Sprint Scence

2.3.5 wont happen on this sense rom. Unless he rebases it off of the *bliss port joelz had planned.
And the only update of 2.3.4 to 2.3.5 is for the nexus s and its a radio one.
*cause I'm not sure of the name of the device, but its a 2.3.5 android build and wvga screen.

They are all solid, it depends on what features, themes, etc you are looking for.
Rooted within 3 hours. Started on a different Rom but switched to vipers and never looked back. Incredibly close to stock with just some basic visual upgrades and a lot under the hood

I enjoy d3rpONE. Its a sense based rom with good a good looking theme, full functionality and lots of under the hood tweaks and fixes.
D3rped out Beastmode! HTC ONE!
d3rpROM, ViperROM, and TrickDroid are the best ones out there atm. I am currently running TrickDroid because it has tons of mods selectable in AROMA, it is quite nice. (you can find it in the international forum, it will give you the option to flash the Sprint version from the .zip)

Have you tried RENOVATE? Using RENOVATE ROM, Wolfpack Kernel and OJM MODs.....ultimate device. Viper ROM is very nice....but Quadrants and Antutu scores suffer greatly. Renovate also includes PureXAUDIO , battery optimization, and it flys. It's mostly stock unless you choose their theme
I think he meant he rooted in 3 hours and not it took all of 3 hours.
It took me about 2 hours to root. It would have been faster but I used the HTC One (M7) All-In-One Toolkit V1.2, and while it got me started, it didn't work as advertised, left off steps, and then just stopped working. I had to do most of the work manually myself, but I did it.
theres an easy video to follow on youtube if you search "htc one root" look for the one posted by qbking77. it doesnt use the all in one toolkit so if something goes wrong its easier to figure out what you did wrong...

HTC Desire 626s: Any Way To Get Xposed Framework?

Awesome. If you get far enough along to need testing let me know. I've been a flashahplic for years but I know nothing about building. It might be easier to try to port a ROM with permission from the roms developer. Just a thought. I'm not too sure about that

Another way we might get this working is if somebody takes the stock rom and deodex it. Browsing xda and I see the desire 616 was able to run xposed after deodex. Just putting that out there in case anybody has the ability to do it. Damn I miss having xposed on my phone. Flat style colored bars in particular lol
